Suiton – Suirou no Jutsu (Water Prison)
Rank: "C" Rank
Skill: NinJutsu
Effect: A Technique that may be used in order to trap an opponent by creating a prison made of water. The water is used so that the opponent may drown within the water if the opponent does not know how to escape forth.
Special: Handseals
Drawback: ---
Description: Suirou no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to imprison an opponent. The ninja forms the necessary hand seals which causes the water to form around the target into a spherical prison which only allows for limited movement. The ninja must keep their body touching the water prison to maintain its existence. If the contact is broken, the water falls away and their target is released. When combined with a bushin technique, the ninja can imprison their target but still allow for a clone to attack others nearby.
Limit: Water Release

Axcel stood over the body of water, deeply thinking of what technique he should practice and add to his arsenal. Suirou no Jutsu would be useful, and eventually something he would need to have for missions. He wanted to think it through and look over what the jutsu would be capable of, so he continued to stand over the water, completely zoned out.
It’s obviously capable of imprisoning someone then forcing them to drown in the water if they are unable to hold their breath for long periods of times. Another bonus would be the fact that he could use one of his bunshins to perform the prison, allowing him to create multiple prisons at once if the situation demanded it.
“All right, let’s get started!” Axcel momentarily held the tiger seal out, focusing his chakra within in order to create a single bunshin of water. “Mizu bunshin no jutsu!” Axcel called out, using the body of water beneath him as a source, he created an identical clone out of water which he planned to use in order to practice the jutsu.
Axcel flashed through handseals and held his arm out, “Suiton: Suirou no Jutsu!” Axcel called out as the water rose around his clone from all sides in a circular fashion. The water didn’t make it half way before collapsing, resulting in the jutsu failing. “Oh great. Lemme guess. ‘Practice makes perfect.’” Axcel said to himself, referring to how repetition, in a way, is the key to all learning.
“Man you really suck.” Axcel’s bunshin taunted him. An ironic situation, but it was something Axcel would probably say regardless of who it was. “Shut up! Your supposed to be useful or something like that!” Axcel grunted as he closed his eyes and returned back to training . “I’m only as useful as the master. Eheheh” The bunshin responded, but Axcel just kept quiet and continued.
He took deep breaths while slowly exhaling in order to regain his composure and focus without further distractions. Axcel then flashed through the necessary handseals while pumping bits of chakra out into the jutsu. “Suition: Suirou no Jutsu!” Axcel shouted out again. Ice cold water rose once again from the frosty pond, attempting to capture Axcel’s bunshin. The water managed to make it halfway up before falling down once again. “Damnit! What am I doing wrong!” Axcel cried out, having jutsus be self taught could be a real pain in the ass at times.
“Weellll for starters you should try not su-” Axcel’s mizu bunshin began to speak but was quickly cut off, “You wanna die?” Axcel said sarcastically to the clone who quickly quieted down. If anyone else was around to witness this it would be both awkward and embarrassing for Axcel to be arguing with his own clone. “Anyways…lets get back to learning this jutsu.” He said to both the clone and himself, needing to remind himself not to get side-tracked so easily.
“Get in position…” Axcel muttered, but it was loud enough for the bunshin a few feet in front of him to hear. Just as he had done before, he took a few deep breaths as he closed his eyes. In an instant, his eyes opened and he formed the hand seals required to perform the jutsu. Chakra could be felt swirling around his body as he performed the jutsu, “Suiton: Suirou no Jutsu!” Axcel recited the jutsus name as water emerged from underneath the mizu bunshin.
It rose as high as it should be, and a grin grew across Axcel’s face as he thought that he successfully performed the jutsu. The water came down onto the bunshin like a tidal wave. And that was the problem. Instead of holding up like a prison, the water fell upon the target, which in this case was his own bunshin. Not only that, but Axcel felt that he could both lower the amount of chakra required and have the water rise faster to be a more efficient trap. He let out a sigh as he stretched his arms back, preparing for another round with his battle against training.
