((Death for Money))
Description:
Within back allies and abandon warehouse district's of Thunder's Capital, lies a dank and unwholesome place. No one truly ventures into this side of town, except for those who wish to gain cash through shady and dark deeds. One warehouse in particular within this abandoned district is known as "Sendo Kinsen", Death for money. Sendo Kisen's name fits this building well, as many dead bodies come through here, in exchange for money. Sendo Kisen is a bounty exchange point within the Capital. Thugs, thieves, missing Ninja, bounty hunters, and all sorts of merciless warriors come to this building for money.
Sendo Kisen is only known to those who seek it, and wish money and riches. Ninja, and Shinobi alike dare not to trek on this earth, unless business is to be attended too...
Locations:
The warehouse itself is dilapidated, and old. The red rust and bricks give the building a unsightly red hue, similar to blood. The building was once an old steel mill, but has long lost its value and use. There are no gates, no sign of protection for the building nor are there any sign of life to be found within the district. A stray animal may cross paths here and there, but for the most part, this location is deprived of people, and social interaction.
A beaten path leads the way to the building where many exchanges occur. No other signs can been seen, and any former signs have been rusted away. The beaten path will lead a user to a old rusted Iron door, that is left slightly ajar. Anyone can walk in to the building, but if no business is to be had, then don't expect to walk out.
The inside the building is also falling apart, old and decrepit. A large hole in the ceiling exposes light to the floor, and the growth of wild vegetation can be seen within the building. There are a large assortment of boxes and unknown crates lying about within the building; there use and value are unknown. Like the outside, the building does not seem to have any signs of life.
The floor remains beaten, and bears signs that many do come and go inside this building.
If one stand in the middle of the floor, the room will seem like its playing tricks on you. Shadows move and shift oddly about the room, and an cold ominous feeling overwhelms you. Any soul that walks these grounds have been watched by one man...
"You Lost or something?"
Asks a man, who seems out of place with the building entirely. He wears a expensive black tuxedo, black leather shoes, and a white scarf (reminiscent of 1920's gangster)
"Call me Mr. Green"
He will say as he studies the bounty that you have brought him. This mysterious man exchanges money for dead bodies, but where and how he does so is unknown. There seems to be no visible place were bodies can be stored or taken, but yet he is here and performs his business. If no dead body is seen, then Mr. Green does not appear....
"Let's take a gander at what bounty you brought for me today"
