Once the President-Elect stepped foot onto Land of Fire's soil, the Security Force would wish the Adolescent girl the best of luck. They regretted not following her the whole way but Mikuru wouldn't have any of that. With her black bag strapped around her figure, communication device at the ready, everything was set. Now it would just be herself and Haseo. They were heading to a familiar place, the place where a man literally disappeared from the face of the earth.
As for Mikuru, she maintained her Sharingan as a scroll was pulled out. This scroll contained some key jutsu she wanted to learn along her travels. The first jutsu was a genjutsu perception. The ability to create figments, quick genjutsu that were often used for distractions would serve as a useful supplementary ability. Careful aqua-marine hues began to study the scroll, committing it to memory before she practiced.
The process of learning began with the basics; moulding chakra. For genjutsu, one needed to focus on projecting their chakra outwards. It was a subtle technique, the Akumu performing hand seals in order to align her chakra perfectly. The basis for her figment would be to create a figment of a kunai. Her arm would outstretch awaiting the Kunai to emerge within her hand. Had the contacts not masked her bloodline, an onlooker would see the three tomoe spiraling counter-clockwise at that very moment. The Kunai would emerge slowly, it's form materializing like stardust. She attempted to position her hand to make it seem like she grasped the illusory kunai but no sooner did the item disappear.
Perhaps it was too soon or her own mind was fooled by the success, the kunai wasn't real but out of killer instinct she attempted to grasp the handle. Her cheeks almost puffed into a pout, The Akumu had become rusty in her practice of genjutsu over the years, using it less and less. Now she had to look back to the memories of yesteryear. Within her mind she recalled the lessons of one of her many Akumu teachers. Her body yearned to grasp the feeling she had long ago. Starting from the top she'd create several hand seals before ending in the ram hand-sign. The ram was a well used hand seal for genjutsu practitioners. Sending her chakra forward, her sharingan would analyze the essence as it began to build the image of a bonzai tree along the ground.
Thanks to the Sharingan, she was able to analyze the genjutsu she created. It sparked new ideas and methods to construct more figments. One idea was to create the figment with the principles of fire. Sending her chakra outwards, she'd form a small flame. With each passing second she'd use her chakra to fuel the new creation. Since she was so focused on fire, the figment became that of fire itself. The flame grew from a small ball into a sizeable flame. This flame was perfect for a camp fire. "Is it possible to make this bigger, more elaborate?"
Her mind began to race with the idea, her chakra began to layer itself on-top of the previous chakra source. Figments felt like paintings to the Akumu, you had to carefully apply your chakra as colours. The colours, essentially light, helped to make the genjutsu believable. Mental imaging was also a key, the more she imagined a larger flame, the more her chakra would react. She had connected her thoughts, her very imagination to her chakra. This was how she'd be able to make things "real", capturing a fleeting moment through chakra alone.
Speaking of imagination, as she focused on the art of figments her mind began to wander. Lost in her own world, she began to think about her dreams. One dream forever stood out in her mind, this was a dream of her father. Whenever she increased her skill with the Sharingan he was always there. His spirit; an essence she could only see within her dreams became the mental imaging for her chakra. The very flames swirling in a small twister before it revealed the stunning Uchiha. He held no specific pose, arms at his side. His head was held down with his eyelids shut. When the figment looked up and his eyes opened, Mikuru would gasp as she saw his own Sharingan. After that the chakra connection severed, she'd become caught within her own figment and lost focus.

Figment Perception
Rank: "C" Rank
Skill: GenJutsu
Effect: With this technique the user is capable of performing Jutsus that deals with the type of perception of Figment kind.
Special: ---
Drawback: Without this the user is unable to perform Jutsus dealing with the Figment Perception.
Description: Figment Perception creates a false Sensation. When a Figment Technique is perceived everyone feels the same thing, there is no alter, or different versions of a technique from person to person. This means that if a user performs a Figment Perception on a group, everyone feels the exact same Perception. With a Figment Perception if a user wishes to create an affect such as speech, the user must pick the speech first in order for it to speak or else no audible speech will be heard. If intelligible speech is possible, it must be in a language the user can speak. This goes the same with images, a user cannot create an image unless the user knows the image. User can only create figments out of two sensory, sight and sound. Figments cannot cause damage to objects or creatures, support weight, provide nutrition, or provide protection from the elements. Figments are pure illusions, used for distractions, confounding, or delaying enemies. This is not a mind affecting perception.
Limit: No Limitation.
