Fuuton Kaze no Senbon (Needles of the Wind)
Rank: "D"
Skill: NinJutsu
Effect: User hurls a mixture of senbon needles in the form of wind to cut into the opponent.
Special: "Handseals"
Drawback: ---
Description: The ninja gathers air with his hands and mixes it with chakra, by doing this he transforms them into sharp and deadly needles. The needles are almost invisible so it is hard for the enemies to see them. This technique may be blocked by large objects, however something small such as a sword, or a staff will allow the needles to seperate still moving towards the object it was originally sent to. Not a powerful technique as the user is capable of hurling up to ten senbon wind needles that gives out minor cuts. However this could be used as a more of a set up technique to allow the user to perform a more dangerous technique.
Limit: Must have the Wind Release

The jutsu Ryuichi was about to learn didn't seem like anytihng too complicated; he was already familiar with wind elemental jutsus. He was along the outskirts of the village, where he could safely accomplish his training without putting any of the villagers in danger. His training spot was atop a snowy hill, where he had a clear view of the village and the large mountains nearby. He kneels down, closes his eyes and takes slow, but deep breaths. This was how he was taught to meditate; typically he used followed this process during his training under Suzuka, but he figured it couldn't hurt to apply the same tactics to his ninjutsu.
A few minutes later, he felt he was ready. He rises from his meditation stance, pausing for a moment to embrace the cold environment. The tiny flakes gently land on his face, almost immediately melting and becoming water. Ryuichi takes out his spear and sticks it in the ground, just in case its weight would disrupt his focus. Once ready, he performs the handseals at high speeds and begins gathering air with his hands. He begins to worry when nothing happens.
"Perhaps I performed the wrong seals?" he thinks to himself. He tries it one more time, except at a slower speed to prevent messsing up again. Waving his hands again, he can feel chakra flowing through his fingertips as he gathers air. He can feel the senbon needlesin the air, awaiting his command. Ryuichi thrusts his hands forward, hurling the needles through the air. He notices the the snowflakes separating from each other due to the speed of the needles; it worked.
However he couldn't call it a day just yet; in reality, he would need to learn to go through the process much faster if he is to use it in combat. He performs the technique a little faster, and it works like it did before. He then repeatedly performs the technique, doing it again faster each time he performs it correctly. He does this until he can do the jutsu at the original speed he performed it in.
Now that he was familiar with it, the time came to test how well he can use it. He located a dead tree with a few leaves; this would make a pretty good target. "If I can hit those leaves, then I can say I mastered this technique" he thinks to himself. He moves about 100-200 feet away from the tree, observing where the leaves are and how the wind is making them move. He waited for a good moment, when the leaves would be open enough to hit from distance. Wait fo it...wait for it...now! He does the corerct handseals at high speeds and hurls the senbon needles forward. To his amazement, he hit five of the leaves, separating them from the branch. Proud of himself, he smiles lightly and goes to get his spear.
