Fang Headquarters of C.E.A.Y.P (Chuunin Exam Association of Youth Program)

The Fang Headquarters of C.E.A.Y.P (Chuunin Exam Association of Youth Program) is a quite fairly simple building that is only one story. The building is stylized like a Japanese home called a Minka. The housing is quite honestly a large Minka as it reaches up to 100 feet in length, with an un-estimated width. The way one enters the housing is through a Shoji, which is a door consisting of translucent paper over a frame of wood which holds together forming what looks like a grid.

When one enters the room along the far back there is a Kamidana which is miniature alter, or shrine. The Shrine had many kinds of vases as well as other smaller dishes, with small statues of Oni littered all around. The shrine itself was colored in black giving an eerie look within the Kamidana.

The Minka has no windows in sight, but when one enters they will be greated with a Genkan, which is a combination of a porch and a door mat where one must remove their shoes before entering, however this is just for show, and not entirely practiced. There is also four Fusuma two on each side (sliding doors) which seperates approximately six quarters that cannot be seen unless walked too.

A few guards here and there wearing an awkward Headband. Each warrior wore completely black tight gi. All faces could not be seen, nor could the eyes be seen. All that was visible was perhaps a sword, an axe, and the headband. Proper lighting shined on the ceiling with a few bookcases here and there littered with books neatly and organized throughout the cases. The floors were made out of maple wood as a single table sat directly in the middle. The table was modern, western style with golden finish. The top of the table was littered with papers.

Sitting at the large table was a young man, and a young lady. The man wore an overcoat with fur top of the overcoat. The young man’s hair was dark brown, short, and slightly spiked with the eyes of black like coal. The young woman’s hair was long, tied completely back in a pony tail but loose in the color of black with eyes of dark brown. The two were mirror images of one another except for the fact that they had different colored hair, and eyes, however if one were to match the eyes and hair, they were complete opposite. The man’s face laid emotionless, body calm, while the young woman seemed frustrated as her leg began to twitch.

With a melodious call as the emerald bird soared to the door, the long tailed aviator perched on the roof outside the building, waiting for someone to open the door for her. To be sure her needs were attended to, the creature would call loudly to those inside. "Piou! Piou!" She chirped, hoping to catch the attention of someone inside. . . or to annoy them enough for someone to come check on what was causing all the racket. Her calls would continue until someone came to open the door, after which she would sail through the portal to the desk in order to deliver the message.

Of course, if the door or a window was left open, the quetzal would simply soar into the building gracefully to deliver the elegantly folded document.

The Konohagakure ninja would have made his way into the thriving port city of Parthos as his lavender optics looked in awe at a nearby building. From what a stranger had told him, that very building was the C.E.A.Y.P HQ where he needed to deliver the letters of information.

It wouldn't be long before he would enter through the Shoji as he entered only to wonder where in the world was he. He had seen those quite outlandish headbands all around but had no clue what they meant nor their origin. But for some reason he guessed that if he asked he would simply be ignored, hence why he never asked. It wouldn't take him long to travel throughout the complex domain until he reached two very particular shinobi.

Within his eyesight sat an aloof male and an agitated female as he simply guessed these were the pair he was supposed to deliver the information to. He wouldn't pick up on the similarities and differences of the two since his mind would be focused on delivering the scroll. "I suppose you are the two that I'm suppose to give Konohagakure's information too?" he would simply state ignoring the feathered bird knocking at the window for the time being. His hands would dig deep within his garments as his hands would extract a scroll as he waited for one of the two to take it.

Yet he would speak with a keen interest as he would await a answer from one of the two. "The symbol on your headbands.... What does it mean? What's it origin?" he would question hoping that he could get a answer from one of them.

With a grateful cry, the emerald bird followed the Konoha shinobi and landed upon the desk where the two people sat, quite agitated no one had let her in sooner. With an attention grabbing "Piou!" The beautiful aviator shook her head to indicate a note was attached. Hopefully one of the twins was smart enough to remove the origami flower containing the forms they required.

Along with it was a simple note.

Though the shinobi had entered mentally focused, the annoying noise of a creature near his ear's caused the Uchiha to react in a surprised manner. With finesse and grace the shinobi would show his skill as his left arm would shoot upwards. The movement of the bird over his shoulder would be quite straightforward as his nimble reflexes with allow him to capture the creature delicate frame within the grips of his hand as he held it tightly. It had been ahead of him and primarily focused on the two up front. It had no indication of ownership as he only observed the quetzal with intriguing eyes hoping the pair in front of him were no way lovers of nature. The bird was merely a annoying pest in the Uchiha's eyes, not to mention the fact that it was inside a building flying around.

A single note in the shape of a flower would be pried from the neck of the small creature as he read the enclosed information while holding onto the bird tightly. He dared the creature to peck his flesh as he merely would tighten his grip around the bird's body as he shoved the note in his pocket only for the moment. He would then toss his own scroll onto the table as he thought what to do next with all that had taken place.

Tap, tap, the door sounded. The cool sounds of a respectable bird found usually along islands could be heard from within. One of the warriors wearing all black glanced to the two sitting down on the table. The young lad nodded without ever removing his eyes from his paperwork. The woman somewhat glared at the door as she slowly sat back against her chair as a eerie shadow overlaid her face, showing her beady horrific eyes as a large grin appeared upon her ruby lips. A pencil daintily wrapped around her fingers as a single snap could be heard as the pencil simply broke in two.

The one who glanced at the two warriors would simply walk to the door, opening it slightly to allow the bird in, however was interrupted by some disrespectful lad. The young beauty of a bird would fly in and give its cry.

"I suppose you are the two that I'm suppose to give Konohagakure's information too?" the young man would simply state ignoring the feathered bird now inside the building. Who was this boy? And why would he just simply enter a room without paying proper respects of the house holders, while simply ignoring what a Genkan was for.

“Yes, we are the ones,” the young man spoke never leaving his eyes along the paper work as he sighed softly. His voice was calm, soothing, yet slightly scratchy. “Please put the scroll on the table.” He continued as the young woman just simply licked her lips staring, watching with the creepy look within her eyes.

"The symbol on your headbands.... What does it mean? What's it origin?" the young lad would question hoping that he could get an answer from one of them. Then, trouble was created. The moment the young lad would reach up with his nimble reflexes to take hold of the creature his back would meet a sharp poke against his back if he was not quick enough, or if he did not know what was coming from behind. The Warrior who would open the door from before to allow the bird in reacted. A warrior (A Class) of great skill reacted to see the hand move. With such short distance he would quickly dash to the man taking out kunai attached from within his sleeve to place against the young man’s back.

“Hands where I can see them” he would quickly speak. This was ample enough time to actually stop the man from grabbing the bird, for if he did anything to take hold of the bird, the warrior would not just poke, but pierce through the lad, especially a young lad who was so intent in concentrating on the two ahead of him while being oblivious of his surroundings.

If the lad didn’t take hold of the bird (which is still up to Hotaru too since you cannot auto the bird), the bird would reach its destination. The man of the two would then avert his eyes from his paperwork noticing the flower like note. Reaching forward he would take the note as the girl quickly stood up sliding the chair back as she placed her arms against the table, bending over, showing some risky outlook of herself from her own top. “Mmmmm brother, let me torture him.” She uttered soothingly, seductively as she stared at the young lad. Her eyes pierced towards him as she just smiled, somewhat warningly, but eerie at the same time.

“No, master would not be pleased, my dear sister,” the man spoke out as he would begin to write the names (if the bird did indeed reach to him).

“Awww brother you never allow me to have fun” she uttered as she would wrap her arms around her brother’s neck lovingly as she placed her cheek against the top of his hair. “Perhaps, I can torture you,” she said with a soft chuckle as she met a swift push from the man as he never averted his eyes from the paperwork once again as she hissed out to her brother landing on her rear glaring with evil intent.

“Not now, we have much work to do, sad, that one village would not respect our wishes enough by sending a member. Strange though, it seems the Hidden Ninja Villages are more barbaric then we anticipated,” the brother would speak in his cool tone while glancing up to the lad while looking down noticing his sandals were still on. What would the lad do? Would he ignore the request? Did he know of the man coming from behind? Was he able to take the bird afterall?

The bird flew in infront of the Leaf ninja, but it performed a barrel roll in mid air, causing the bird to whimsically avoid the grip of the enemy shinobi. Landing on the table with an innocent cry, the bird hopped towards the woman and showed its neck to her. Hopefully her mission was complete so the aviator was able to return home.

What a douche

The Uchiha's movements would come to a halt as to his displeasure a shinobi of the palace had made swift movements behind him. The exotic bird would simply escape the grips of the shinobi as he was unable to move due to orders from an unknown assailant behind him. With his hands simply up in the air it was obvious that he wasn't here to do anything threatening. But his hands would remain straight up towards the sky for the time being.

Yet with gentle eyes his gaze would lock on to the female as she mentioning "torturing" him in a tone that was all too feminine and sweet. With curious eyes he would only look at her as words weaved throughout his mind. 'Ew. I hope I don't have to Chris Brown this bish.' he would simply think to himself as his face contorted into one of disapproval towards her desires. But if she meant torture as the weird kinky stuff that he remembered a friend speaking to him about he would simply pass. He wasn't into that weird shit. Yet after the two exited their realm of bantering and teasing the male would simply size him as he became irritated. He would notice the male intently staring at the ninja sandals upon his feet obviously showing that such weren't allowed in the dojo or at least weren't favored.

"Sorry. I didn't anticipate staying here for too long." he would simply state with the click of his pearly whites. "I'll go remove these at the door." he would state aloud making sure the shinobi from behind would notice that he wasn't hostile at all. He would simply turn and go around the man if allowed with his hands still directly up until he reached the porch. In mere seconds his blue ninja sandals would be neatly left where other sandals remained as he would reenter the dojo.

But as he entered his hands would be at his side hoping the guards no longer saw him as a threat. The only thing in his hand would be the scroll that he had been designated to give the pair as he would simply extend his arm so that they could take the scroll.

Light steps to the door of this small Japanese home, I slid the wooden door to the side allowing me entrance into the wooden structure. A few steps in, I notice a large quantity of shoes sitting at the side of the doorway which lead me to believe I also had to remove my own shoes. Moving over to a free spot upon the ground, I removed both boots before taking my first steps onto the wooden floor. A single peek backwards to check whether the Yukikage was present or not before I reverted my attention back to the rest of the room. My eyes would look upon all within the room, a table sitting within the middle of the room; a male and female sitting behind said table. A guard and another man who was removing his sandals as he seemed to not have done so before he entered.

Walking towards the table where the male and female sat, I looked on the table to see an abundance of paper laying about and something I did not expect, a bird. Sitting upon the table sat a small bird which I would ignore for the time being as I removed a scroll from my back pocket. The scroll contained information on the Yuki-nin who would be participating in the exams. There was a question I wished to ask so I would do so as I held out the scroll, waiting for someone to take hold of it. "Are the exams taking place in the Land of Fang?"

Arriving at the correct place to deliver the scroll with this years participants of the Chuunin Exams for Sand, Zadkiel opened the door quietly and looked inside. While doing so, he noticed a few guards standing around, two people sitting at a table, a bird on the table, and two other people who were standing at the table, facing the ones that were sitting. Zadkiel stepped in and took his shoes off at the door, next to that of the other ones. He then pulled his cloak off, his 4 hidden arms showing along side his two regular ones. He had nothing to hide from these particular people.

He looked at the guards, noting the strange symbols on their headbands. What could it possibly mean? He stared at one for a small amount of time before walking foward and standing near the two at the table. He would wait until spoken to before speaking. There were already two others there and he would not want to intrude upon them. So he stood there, the scroll in one of his six hands, his Sansuegan no longer active. He figured that for those participating... this would be an intreguing exams...

Running up to the building from the harbor the Genin slowed to a walking pace and began to slow his breathing. He had arrived at the building and simply pray he was not too late to make the delivery. Removing his shoes outside on the Genkan he placed them to the side and out of the way before sliding the door open. Pushing his glasses upon the bridge of his nose a little bit he stepped in while reaching into the confines of his coat. Were there others there the Uchiha would await his turn before stepping forward. Reptilian lips parted as the Tokagekuran pulled the Kumogakure information out and addressed the two at the table, "I hope I'm not too late to deliver the Chuunin information."

He had not taken a good look at them before, yet the man and woman seemed nearly identical. Yet further inspection showed him that the differences in appearance and air made them polar opposites. Now, the Uchiha would simply await their response with the information held up in one hand next to his ear.

Oyushi burst in and slid across the smooth floor on his feet. He skidded to a stop and looked up, he was a little taken aback at first to see so many people here. Obviously the chunnin exams would be full of participants this year! The boy turned around his backpack and rummaged through to find the scroll. He grasped it in his hand and withdrew it, flinging his bag around onto his back. Suddenly he stopped. He recognized the guy at the front of the line. He squinted for a second, where did he know that guy from?

Then it clicked, he was from Kumogakure too! Oyushi's face turned to a scowl as he looked back to see if Naota had arrived yet. Oyushi knew he had put on a burst of speed, but he didn't expect the other boy to be left so far behind. Oyushi shrugged and walked up to the guy. He turned and spoke,
"So are you delivering the Kumogakure chunin information now?"
He asked politely, devoid of all accusation. With that he waited, if the man was delivering the info, Oyushi could go home, if not he would have to sign the scroll in himself. He didn't really mind either way, but he did want to know which way it was happening.

[Naota]

Naota walked into the headquaters to see Mukoro. He didn't know who he was but his face shape and general appearance seemed vaugely familiar. Naota had not known this but he had met him in the Hall of Roses. He exploded in fury due to the fact that he had to waster his time coming here when the Raikage would send someone who was faster. He cursed and stormed out the place because he wated two days getting here just to be beaten by someone else.

"Damnit!"

Oyushi looked across and checked that it was indeed the same information, then dropped his scroll on the table and started to leave,
"Sorry for your time... Uh, whatever your name is, see you back in Kumo!"
He called out as he hurried after Naota.

Oyushi had to be responsible for his team mate, and he had run off! Oyushi came out of the building and saw Naota's running back.

As the Ninjas continued to pour into the room one by one. More and more continued to enter disrespectfully in the eyes of the young woman as she glared at each one. The young man however did not care, however felt it was slightly disrespectful to send a messenger animal other then having a ninja coming face to face. To the man it was considered more satisfying to see those who will come in their eyes, to see what they were perhaps capable of. However in the back of the mind of the man he just smiled, though never shown, as a single phrase uttered in thought, ‘satisfaction in the eyes of the beholder as the ravens of night peddle softly on the deep pond of destruction.’

As each member walked in to present their scroll, a ninja here and there would slowly walk over to each member, taking hold of a scroll and placing it where the man was as he continued to mark down names, along with the names of villages. It was a sort of backup registry just in case to the mind of the man. It was better to have one name listed twice then just one as they were guarded by the best. Where Kaeor was located the ninja with the kunai slowly placed his kunai back into his sleeve as he would reach for the Scroll. He would take the scroll if allowed and hurl it to the young woman as she would get up from the fall, and stand next to her brother.

Taking hold of the scroll she examined it before giving it a sniff as her eyes rolled in the back of her head. “Mmmm,” she uttered. “I love the smell of potential don’t you brother,” she said sticking her tongue out to give the scroll a lick as it would simply vanish, showing it was against the table as a disgruntled look etched on the man’s face.

As those would enter the man would mark stating the names of the villages. “First Grass, then Leaf…”

"Are the exams taking place in the Land of Fang?", the young man would ask, as one of the remaining four ninjas would take hold of the scroll handing it to the man.

“Yes, all exam participations will be occupied in the Land of Fang within Port Porthos. Please belay this message to your participants, and please, you have two weeks (One Week OOC: 10/13/09 for your members to gather what they need and enter here for classification registry,” the young man would speak out to the young man, also speaking out to the other Leaf ninja. He would move to take the scroll that was given from Snow and begin to write down the names as he would reach up with his left hand a small note.

The woman, taking a hold of the note would place it upon the bird, giving the exact same information as that was told to Leaf and Snow. “This makes three Villages, Snow now,” the man spoke out.

Another entered. It was strange how they all just suddenly started to arrive in an orderly fashion. Were they all waiting outside the door? Was this coincidence or just blind luck that every messenger would come abroad quickly and with great haste. The man took pleasure in this next person’s presence as he followed the roll of a Genkan. The young woman smiled as she eyed the man who entered, examing him from head to toe as she just smiled to herself thinking for a brief moment. ‘Mmm villages that follows directions, I like these, and they are all men.’ she continued to think as a warrior would take the man from Sand scroll. ‘They would all be lovely lined up on my wall, hearts in jars, eyes glaring out, all hope and devoid forever captured to my liking in an essence of eternal damnation towards my personal, projects.’ she continued.

That was when the tranquil thoughts of the psychotic woman suddenly became enraged as she glared at the next visitor. “Another bird!!” she hisses. The man would simply take his steps in order to take the next batch of registered people, marking in information as he took hold of another small piece of paper and pen, jotting down the information for the bird.

“This makes five, Stone,” the man uttered giving out the next orders placing it for the bird, to allow the animal to fly away.

And then the final village entered. However they entered quite abruptly in a sense. Not one, but three entered. The one carrying the scroll would follow the proper procedure of entering a home that had a Genkan, which made the brother quite happy. The woman, she was happy too as she began to continue her sick fantasies of those beheaded, mounted on her shelves, bodies split open, while organs hang on cranes. It was a good thing no one was a Yamanaka to see inside her mind or else this would have been quite, awkward.

“I guess this is the final village, Cloud,” the brother spoke out as the Ninja would hand over the information in which taken from the first who entered.

His eyes veered up looking at those that were still around. “As I said to the others, as well as written down to the messengers. You have two weeks (One OOC: 10/13/09) to be here. Have your ninjas, everyone who is participating to come here, and fill up the last registry papers. Then, the exams will soon commence. If you have any intellectual questions please do not be afraid to ask. If there are any concerns perhaps my sister would be more willing to distinguish any factors of your concerns” he spoke out pointing to the young woman as she sat down on table smiling, grinning, looking at her hand in fascination twirling her hand as if she was in some sort of high as she flicked her hand bursting out a quick flame here and there never leaving her hand.

“Who wishes to see my lab,” she uttered with a soft chuckle.

As the list of participants was taken from the raven haired man he gave it freely. The mission was complete, and it was about time for the Uchiha to leave. With the information given and the woman's offer to tour the labe he smiled and scaled lips parted in speech. "I'm afraid I must decline, there is much I need to help with back home," after a brief bow to the hosts he continued, "May peace be with you." Turning he moved to the Gekan and replaced his shoes before leaving the building and heading towards the docks.

Ikki Sanada strolled through Port Porthos, looking for any sort of bulding that would help him register for the Exams. He was wearing his Sand headband now, in the regular place tied around his left bicep. Ikki's eyes shifted to the right and to the left, but after twenty minutes of walking, he was thoroughly tucked out. Ikki quickly asked a stranger to point him in the right direction.

Ikki picked up his pace once he knew exactly where to go. When he came upon the large building and saw the Exams Sign, he smiled and went inside. Ikki noticed a large amount of shoes just inside the doorway to the building, he shrugged and slipped his shoes off as well.

As he entered he saw what appeared to be a shrine, obviously this was the Kamidana, except Ikki would not have known this. Ikki was not a religious person, but he could show reverence when he saw the obvious signs of an alter. Ikki paused for a moment at the alter, examined the various figures and clay china, bowed his head slightly, and then continued on.

Ikki finally arrived at the large wooden table where he assumed he would have to sign up. Ikki presented himself to the strange pair sitting behind the table and then announced all of the information they would need from him. Once that was done, Ikki looked around and took in the whole room.

He could see guards stationed around, wearing black clothing and strange headbands, Ikki wondered what country they were from, but sighed when he realized just how unworldly he was.

Then Ikki saw him, a man wearing the mark of a Sand Ninja! Ikki quickly walked over and tried to get the ninja's attention. He was a little strange looking, however with long horns on his head and what looked like a tattoo of an X on his forehead.

"Hey there, I'm Ikki Sanada from the Sand Village like you. Are you participating in the Exams as well?"

With a steady stride the Genmaster would enter this a tad old fashioned building, glancing over the insides with his violet optics. Displaying his headband on his forehead, the place where the metal plated Hachimaki was supposed to be. He wouldn't wait for the sound of his teammate closing the door behind him, as he lifted the protection of invisibility before taking off his shoes, walking around invisible in someone's house without being on a mission was something that he regarder as indecent.

A Genkan and a Kamidana would catch his eye. The shrine he would let to be, the Minamoto wouldn't say a prayer to an altar that was littered with demons, however it made Solus suspicious, what kind of family would pray to mainly demons?

He would progress, nodding to the other Konoha ninja that was here and the allies that were also present, the Cloud ninja, Solus had been treated as an honoured guest when he was in their village, however the present Sand and Snow ninja wouldn't even be honoured with a glance of his eyes.

On the far end of the room there was a table with two people, who, judging from their clothing where of the high society around here, however, unlike Solus, who was now displaying the Daisho in his sash they didn't wear any symbols that truly made clear whether they were nobility or not. Taking the Katana out of his sash, separating her from her smaller Wakizashi brother the Minamoto would sit down in Seiza, placing the sword in front of him on the floor. A small bow would be performed, nothing more then a man of his stature should do. "My name is Minamoto Solus... It seems I have arrived to late, and that the main information has been delivered, if I can still be of service then please do say so, or I will not keep you any longer from your work and make my leave again." He would speak, every word uttered with care and distinguished, he wouldn't leave any room for mistake on whom he was.

Toushiro and Solus was walking around the fang country looking for anything that had knowledge of the chuunin exams. Toushiro was looking from right to left and saw nothing, He sighed with tiredness. He stopped walking and he felt tired. This was starting to get boring, so he looked forward after stretching and yawning. His partner entered some old fashioned building. Toushiro hurried over to him and slipped off his shoes. He walked into this building with the protection of invisibility, and he didn't know what this place was. Hoping that his partner knew, They entered into the main part of the building.

Toushiro saw some Konoha shinobi. He wasn't friendly with the shinobi of his village, because he is always training. Cloud, Sand and Snow shinobi. They were all knew to him, he never seen them before. He knew about their village from the speakings from his grandfather. He didn't know who were the real allies and the real enemies yet, but soon he'll know. Their headband signs were different from Konoha's. He adjusted his headband on the strap of his katana, so everyone could see it and then he also adjusted his katana also. This place was big and he wasn't sure what was about to happen.

He watched his partner present himself, and he dropped his katana to the ground. He didn't know if he was showing respect or anything. After his partner finished speaking. Toushiro cleared his throat and then he bowed also. He felt nervous and then he spoke with pride and he became calm. "My name is Toushiro Ishidate, and I've also arrived late as well as my partner... Do what you must." Toushiro was hoping that he'd say everything right and not make himself look like a fool. After speaking he stood up standing straight and sat down in one of the seats that was available.

He looked around what quite things were in this room. Toushiro was waiting for the host or more shinobi to arrive. Just to see how they present themselves and how they look. Are they dangerous or skilled shinobi?
