Effect: A special arrow which creates a net made of chakra when it is released. The net can capture a target and it is hard to break.
Special: (Cross)Bowman
Drawback: The arrow moves slower than normal ones and it cannot go farther than ten meters. It must be shot in an upward angle. Consumes a small portion of the user's chakra.
Description: The arrow looks normal up until the tip part. The tip is flat, similar to a fake arrow. When released from a (Cross)Bow, the arrow can fly for 10 meters before it lands. It moves in an arch pattern so the user has to shoot it at an upward angle.
Limit: Must be a (Cross)Bowman and must have a (Cross)Bow.
3x Glue Arrow

Effect: Spews forth a glue substance when arrow is released and 2 seconds in the air. It will engulf the enemy in a glue like substance making him unable to move for 2 turns.
Drawback: Has a range of 20 meters
Description: Contains a substance inside the casing that when it breaks the casing it shoots out and engulfs the opponent in glue so that there unable to move for 2 turns.

Effect: The arrow when shot, and because the way the tip is created, has the ability to boomerang back to the user safely in case the shot missed or only scratched the opponent.
Drawback: Range of 15 meters.
Description: Upon release the arrow will be shot forth and upon reaching the length of 15 meters it will begin to turn back towards the opponent due to the way the arrow cuts the air. It will return safely to the user.

Description: This wire can be used in tons of ways, each and every one of them being useful to say the least. These can be used for grappling down trees and such, making effective traps, to tie people up or restrain them effectively and even cut through not too thick objects. These wires can resist high and low temperatures, a massive amount of weight and even after being pushed to the limit, are still well use-able.

Effect: A small tag around the ten centimeters big, which upon triggering causes a small explosion and flames to come from it.
Special: Tiger seal to trigger tag.
Drawback: Is unable to retrieve after usages
Description: These small tags can be put on objects, tied to kunai or be used in a thousand other ways. Once these tags have the user’s chakra put into them, they can be activated by a simple hand seal. Once activated, an explosion with a diameter of roughly three meters in diameter will be triggered. The delay of the explosion is all up to the user, though it cannot exceed the ten seconds.

Effect: Small balls which are able to, as their name implies, release a vast amount of smoke in a small area.

Description: These smoke grenades can be thrown or be tied to objects. When the user desires, they can trigger these balls to explode and release a good amount of smoke, covering an area around the ten by ten meters wide, and around the three meters high. The smoke of the grenade will stay in effect for three to five turns, though wind jutsu can easily blow the cloud away.

Effect: Just like a smoke grenade, these bombs can be used to hinder one’s vision. But rather than a good amount of smoke, this releases a blinding flash.

Drawback: Is unable to retrieve after usages
Description: These small balls can, when triggered, give out a blinding flash, bright enough to light up the area up to fifty meters away from the actual explosion. If one looks in the explosion, they will not be able to see for six seconds, and their vision will be somewhat blurry for another six seconds. Even with one’s eyes closed but towards the bomb, it blurs their vision slightly for six seconds.

Description: A more advanced form of the simple bow. This bow is shorter in length, which greatly decreases the draw of the bow, thus decreasing the range of the bow. It is effective up to 250 yards; beyond that, accuracy declines dramatically, decreasing the arrow’s ability to hit. These bows are used in closer range situations, where they have more power, are easier to use, and are easier to travel with.

What some might call uncaring, Onikisu prefers to be the referee rather than the hero or the scourge, he has his own views on the world and it rarely coincides with the view of the world on its self. Nevertheless, he values balance, even if in his own way.Appearance:
As far as friendship goes hes quite loyal if hes freedom is respected, even so, if he feels his path takes him elsewhere he has no problem in just leaving.
With strangers he is seemingly friendly, although what he really wants is to study them, he's ok with company but just as well alone.
Of course all can be overwritten if he find himself being bossed around, he despises being told what to do and even though he has a little sense of responsibility left, he reaches the goals in his own way.
He has a pretty average body, a little taller, slightly built for speed and strong enough to wield a bow, with dark black long hair, slightly shorter and leaning to his right in the front, pale skin and dark brown eyes although keeping a rather warm aspect and usually has a slight smile on his face around people.Bloodlimit: N/A

Effect: Allows wind techniques performed by someone who has obtained a mastery of Fuuton to move at twice their natural speed.
Special: A passive ability gained automatically.

Description: The masters of Fuuton no Jutsu are often known as Shunshin no Kami, or Gods of Speed when using their powerful wind techniques. By focusing upon a common aspect within wind techniques, the user will then release their wind techniques shaped slightly differently, allowing them to move up to twice as fast as they normally would.
Limit: Must have up to 500 TP in Fuuton techniques. Once this is done, this technique is gained automatically.

Skill: NinJutsu
Effect: A wind technique using winds to lift and control a certain amount of weapons or people using powerful and at some points violent winds after utilizing the wind release. However, this can only be done to a certain extent.
Special: "Handseals"
Drawback: Must be learned multiple times, last handseal must be held for the technique to work. Once the seal is broken the technique will end.
Description: Performing the necessary handseals, the user will affix their wind release chakra and summon a small to large amount of powerful wind around a certain number of objects. At this point they can be suspended and controlled, moved through the air. However, the ability and amount of things possible to be moved varies along the rank learned for the technique. The winds if commanded can be very dangerous at any point in time, however it may only maim or move. When first learned at "D" Rank, the user is capable of having lifting a total of 10lbs. When dealing with weaponry, the weight of each weapon will be added together to result in the max; same with shinobi. When "C" Rank is reached the user is capable of lifting 50lbs. At "B" Rank, 200; At "A" Rank, 500; and finally at "S" Rank, 1000lbs.

Kaze Ya no Jutsu (Wind Arrow Technique)

Skill: NinJutsu
Effect: User is capable of breathing inwards and exerting outwards a large like arrow to pierce into the opponent's body.
Special: User takes in a deep breathe filling their lungs with air.
Drawback: Only one may be created at a time.
Description: The user molds chakra and breathes in. He or she then blows out and an arrow made of wind is shot from the user’s mouth. This arrow may be blocked as it is just a large consumption of wind, however it can not be deflected away. This means that the object must be large in size enough to defend from one against the wind. The size of the arrow is the size of the opponent's mouth with the length of three feet as it can travel up to the distance of twenty meters. This technique is used for short range to steer an opponent away from the user.
Limit: Must have the Wind Release

Effect: Creates a ball of air about the size of a beach ball. It does no damage but is useful for sitting on and escaping from a dangerous situation quickly. This ball is also handy as while riding it you can ride up walls, ceilings, water, hot ground and cold ground without harm.

Drawback: Really None
Description: The user quickly performs the simple handseals, horse then serpent then extends there hand under them palm extended as almost instantaneously, air forms into a ball under them. They can then sit on the ball and scoot away quickly or ride it across hostile terrain or up steep cliffs.
Limit: Must have Wind Release. The ball continues to use chakra as long as it remains active but only a small amount, two points of chakra per turn.
Wind Surf

Effect: Use wind to surf on land.

Description:The user focuses their chakra to their feet. Then they are able to adjust thier body and weight to the winds current. After that they push their chakra to the back to of their feet in the direction they want to travel.

Effect: Creates an invisible wall of high pressure air anywhere on the battlefield. Multiples ones can be placed creating for an extremely good defense and a confusing time for opponents who keep running into walls.
Special: Handseals
Drawback: Can be seen through by Byakuugen and Sharingan.
Description: The user creates the bird handseal and pushes outward creating the wall. This is useful for a quick defense when an opponent is running towards you or to scatter around the battlefield to trap or confuse then opponent.
Limit: Must have wind release.

Effect: Gathering chakra to the users limbs the user gains extremely strong amounts of air underneath them allowing them to float in the air in a sort of flight. When the user is in the air, it resembles walking on water. Altitude can be altered by jumping. However this is not flight as the user can only move up or down however the user can fall and glide.
Special: --
Drawback: Uses up a fair amount of chakra. Dangerous to use in storms. The jutsu makes the user feel weightless which can be nauseating.
Description: The user gathers their chakra to there limbs evoking air to swell around there legs and arms, mainly there feet as they begin to feel weightless. With a large jump they soar into the air and wherever they stop at is where they remain as they float, normally one leg down and one leg curled up in front of them. They can jump again and again to gain higher altitude. To go down, the user merely dives or in better terms makes there feet higher then there head. Although one cannot fly you can straighten your body with your feet slightly higher then your head so the user falls but glides as they do which can gain a few miles before reaching the ground.
Limit: Must have Wind Release.
Wind Technique: Wind Jump

Effect: Releasing a jet of air from the users legs allows her/him to reach greater heights (Twenty Plus Meters, Depending on Training)
Special: Handseals
Drawback: The user had best mark their target well for a missed landing could result in a nasty fall. Also, if intending to increase the power of an attack, the user best hope they aren’t thrown off balance or miss their target (which would inevitably throw them off balance as well as they try come to a stop) as they could end up being seriously hurt.
Description: Allows the user to reach greater heights by combining chakra and the wind element; releasing the combo via the lower legs just before the user launches into the air. It’s difficult to perform as it requires precise timing along with an understanding of how to mix chakra with an element. The user can jump to a max of twenty meters at C rank level with an added five meters per C rank training. The user can also attempt to use it to rush in for an attack but it's ill-advised due to the drawbacks stated above.

Effect: The user coats their entire body in chakra. Any time something tangible gets within one foot of the body, a tiny burst of wind will escape the body in an attempt to displace the attack.

Description: The user performs the handseals, thus coating their entire body in chakra. At that point, any time something tangible (minus whatever they’re walking on) gets within an foot of their body, a tiny burst of air will move out to block and try and displace the attack. This technique is used against object like techniques such as arrows, swords, or anything else materialistic in which is not a Jutsu. Reasons for this is because the burst of winds quickly rushes pushing out into the distance knocking all that gets close enough away from the user, to keep the user safe.

Fuuton: High Pressure Air Cube (x3)

Effect: The user creates high pressure air cubes.
Special: “Hand Seals”
Drawback: Doesn’t do anything on its own. Can be seen by some doujutsu (sharingan, byakugan ect).
Description: The user performs hand seals to make ten invisible high pressure air cubes in a five meter radius around the user. The technique can be activated unlimited times in a battle. The cubes are 1x1 meters and floats around the user’s body making him/her clothes, hair ect. move (looks cool). The cubes are always moving around the user and do not need constant chakra channeling to it, it’s one time technique. The cubes last until they are depleted by a technique or the user dispels them. The user can control the cubes in a twenty meter radius around them and can make a total of ten cubes when first learnt. Additional C rank training adds five meters to the control that can be trained up to forty five meters and adds ten cubes that can be trained up to one-hundred.
Limit: Must have Fuuton. Must have at least 250 TP in Fuuton.
Fuuton: High Pressure Air Cube Manipulation

Effect: The user can shape the cubes into anything he/she wishes.
Special: “Hand Seals”
Drawback: Fuuton: High Pressure Air Cube must be active. Can be seen by some doujutsu (sharingan, byakugan ect).
Description: The user forms the hand seals and releases the chakra into high pressure air cubes. The cubes then reform into any shape the user wishes them to be. The shapes will be shaped ten meters from the user and can be controlled up to twenty meters. The technique doesn’t do anything other than solidifying the cubes and shaping them. When someone gets in contact with the shape, he/she can’t pass by it since its solid shape.

* - Medium objects uses up 10 cubes.
* - Big objects uses up 15 cubes.
* - Gargantuan objects uses up 30 cubes.

Effect: The user forms a shield out of high pressure air cubes.

Drawback: Fuuton: High Pressure Air Cube must be active. Can be seen by some doujutsu (sharingan, byakugan ect). Depletes twenty cubes when used.
Description: The user forms the hand seals and releases the chakra into high pressure air cubes. The cubes then reform to make a large spinning cube around the user. The cube will be formed ten meters from the user. The shield can withstand two C rank or one B rank before being disrupted by further attack. Since the cube is also spinning really fast, anyone coming in contact with it will be sent flying away with brutal force which can break bones.
Limit: Must have Fuuton. Must know Fuuton: High Pressure Air Cube. Must have at least 250 TP in Fuuton.

Description: Each rank of the technique can create a shadow of up to a certain size category from fine to Colossal. At the time of performing the Illusionist chooses whether the shadow created will be a type of equipment or creature. Items created with this GenJutsu are considered to be one-third as real and have one-third the normal strength of the object. There are two types of objects that can be created: Weapons, and Equipment. Weapons created via this GenJutsu are partially real and those who succeed in finding out it is a GenJutsu will still be affected by one third of damage created by the weapon. Those who do not feel that this is a fake will suffer full on attack. Items created have no major significance. They cannot do anything other than look nice or pretty unless they were to harm those who perceive the object such as a stab, or a cut. Creatures shaped are considered one third real with a transparent feel along them. They are one third as strong as a normal creature. Creatures made by this Jutsu have none of the normal qualities such as poisons or helpers. When the user first learns this technique they are only capable of creating objects the size of fine, which is very small and is capable of making just one. When the user learns the "C" Rank of this technique the user is capable of making Diminutive and Tiny objects up to three. When the user learns the "B" Rank of this technique the user is capable of making Small and Medium sized creatures up to five. When the user learns "A" Rank of this technique the user is capable of making Large and Huge Creatures up to seven creatures. When the user learns the "S" Rank of this technique the user is capable of making Gargantuan to Colossal sized creatures up to nine.

Shadow Claws
Rank: "C"
Skill: GenJutsu
Effect: A technique that creates a shadow illusion of claws that surrounds the user's hands in order to be used as attacking weapons.
Special: "Hand seals"
Drawback: The claws do now help a user in climbing or stopping weapons. It is only used for attacks because it is still only an illusion.
Description: For the duration of this technique, a nimbus of shadows surrounds the user's hands, giving them the appearance of monstrous black claws. User may make melee touch attacks to channel the chill power of shadow into a target. If the opponent is hit, the opponent suffers a sudden chill in their attack and feels quite weakened. When hit, the opponent then hits with reduced power as well, reducing all attacks by half a rank. If the opponent’s highest attack is reduced until their attack becomes "D" Rank worth of power, the opponent then becomes paralyzed equal to the amount of times they were hit. This means that it would take a user who knows up to "B" rank techniques an amount of 6 hits before they become paralyzed, 8 hits for those who can perform "A" rank techniques, and 10 hits for those who can perform "S" rank techniques. If this technique is dispelled then the reduction is reduced to where an attack is reduced by 1/3 of a rank.

N/AHistory:
Being born in the village of waterfall, life for Onikisu was pretty peaceful most of the times, his father runs a local workshop, not being a ninja himself he gained acceptance by being very skilled in crafting, especially bow and arrow crafting from which Onikisu picked up some stuff while watching.
His mother is a skilled genjutsu user and also works with the ANBU at times being a very good leader and organizer, thing that lots of times got on Onikisu's nerves making him become quite a anti-authority person.
All in all his parents were pretty busy and rarely having time to be a real family, thing that Onikisu considers helped him a lot him being more of an observer he picked up a lot of his parents skills just by watching or hearing of their accomplishments.
Other than that he also gained a passion for wind, discovering he is a wind user at a young age, about 7 years old, by feeling the wind and at times trying to control it, he managed to learn Fuuton: Suiran Reppu mostly by himself with a little help from his academy teacher and made great use of it even gaining the next rank in a short amount of time.
