Team Meeting Grounds. (Private) (Kira and Runeska)

I'd walk through the small port city, watching as the seamen went about doing their job; docking their boats, moving crates, and doing who knows what else. Lacking the motivation to train more... and lacking any really exciting events or places within the city at the moment... I simply ran about doing whatever. The calm waters of the bay where relaxing so I stayed near the dock as I ran about looking for my allies and interesting things to do. I knew three things about my to-be-allies: they would be wearing Cloud Headbands, they would likely be near my age, and they had to be somewhere around here...

Kira would be strolling about the port around the area he had told his fellow cloud shinobi to meet. It would be nice to actually meet them before they had to work together. Kira saw one fellow who looked like one of his team mates so he went off to go chase him down. The ninja didn't really seem like he was doing anything in particular so Kira wasted no time in confronting him. As Kira neared the ninja he noticed the cloud headband was worn by him as well.

"Glad to finally meet you. I'm Kira."

I was running along when I felt someone approach me from behind; low and behold! It was one of my teammates I'd been looking for! And it actually looked like they had found me! I turned to face the ninja and stopped moving, taking a good look at the ninja quickly; about my height, about my age, brownish short length hair, a bit of shiny stuff, blades on his left side, and he wasn't that bad looking. By this I could only assume that the ninja was also right handed, since grabbing a blade with your left hand on your left side in it's usual position would be awkward.

"Glad to finally meet you. I'm Kira." I would reply to my teammate, smiling happily as I did so. "Hey Kira, my name's Kiyoshi! *Arf!*" I would think for a split moment as I spoke; I knew that there was a third teammate but I wasn't sure when... or if... he would come to the team meeting. I wanted to play with the fellow cloud ninja but my brain told me that something ninja related would be far better to do right now. "It looks like we're on a team together with another ninja who isn't here yet... Wanna do something ninja-ish while we wait?" I didn't really know what 'ninja-ish' conveyed to Kira, but I was thinking a heated spar on the docks or an awesome display of skills or something cool like that.

The other cloud ninja was obviously not easily snuck up upon. This made Kira fell all the better. Though the lack of a partner was rather upsetting at the moment. He was rather hoping that all three of them would get to know each other before the start of the exams. Going in without knowledge of each other was kind of reckless. Though reckless didn't bother Kira all that much there was just times where it wasn't necessary. As the other ninja responded to Kira, something about it just didn't seem right.

"Hey Kira, my name's Kiyoshi! *Arf!*"

'Did he just... bark?' A surprised look would cross Kira's face for a split second and then it would simply fade away as he forced himself to ignore the bark, and continue to listen to the Kumo ninja's words.

"It looks like we're on a team together with another ninja who isn't here yet... Wanna do something ninja-ish while we wait?"

As Kiyoshi finished his sentence this time Kira noticed no bark at all... 'Maybe I was just hearing things..?' Kira wasn't sure anymore. He would just put this all behind him for now and concentrate on what was happening. Though Kira wasn't completely sure what Kiyoshi meant by "ninja-ish" he would be glad to try something while he waited. Maybe he would get to know his partner a bit better.

"Before I say yes... What exactly is "ninja-ish" to you?"

For all that Kira knew he could mean sneaking up on people and playing tricks on them just as easily as him meaning to duke it out on the docks showing their epicness in a fight.

Kira replied after a second of thinking. "Before I say yes... What exactly is "ninja-ish" to you?" I hadn't thought about him saying that, and thus my reply was pretty strange. "Oh, I thought you'd reply with something like 'Let's spar' or 'Watch this' and then set off into a cool technique or something..." I always tried to measure people by how they replied to me, but it didn't exactly help that my mind was full of nonsense to begin with.

Then, I almost said 'Hey, we should sneak up on people and play tricks on them with my Genjutsu', but I decided against looking completely idiotic until I knew Kira better. "How about a spar out on the water? So we can see each others fighting style and techniques a bit." It seemed like a good idea, plus the open water would make hurting each other or other people pretty much impossible.

Even though I tried to stay calm, it didn't really work. I couldn't help but moving around while I stood, looking at various things that caught my attention and fidgeting a bit.

"How about a spar out on the water? So we can see each others fighting style and techniques a bit."

The idea wasn't half bad. Though there were some down sides to all of it. Someone might catch them fighting and peep in on their techniques, but if they were far enough away then they would be fine... There was also the problem of them getting in trouble for fighting, but that could easily be solved by saying they were doing some harmless training. They could also be low on chakra before the exams started, in which case they would just have to make sure to rest after they sparred. Kira couldn't help but enjoy to fight, so he made sure to find a good excuse as to why they could for every reason he thought of for why they shouldn't.

"Okay. That sounds fine to me. Just have to make sure that we are far enough away that others can't spy on us and we have to make sure to have plenty of time to re-cooperate our chakra."

Kiyoshi seemed really fidgety as Kira spoke, so Kira himself would waste no time and take off onto the water. Chakra would allow the teen-aged shinobi to run easily across the water. From here Kira would place his MPGs on his face and begin a simple set of hand seals. In no time at all he would finish them and a small whistle would release from his mouth. From one boat to another an invisble wire of wind chakra would appear. Kira just wanted to play a small trick on his partner before the spar actually begun. Kira would smile as he awaited Kiyoshi.

Effect: user creates a wind trap on the floor that causes the opponent's feet to slip from under him.
Special: ---
Drawback: The trap will end when the opponent slips on it. Can only be attached to a solid object. Once in place, the user cannot attempt to move it from its normal spot or it will break. It only lasts for five posts.
Description: The user takes a deep breath. While gathering oxygen, the user mixes chakra into their lungs. When enough chakra has been gathered, the user whistles the chakra out onto one solid object all the way to another to keep it in place. The chakra becomes a type of web thread that sticks to a solid object. The chakra causes a wind current to circulate around it which if tripped, the opponent slips and falls.
Limit: Wind Release

"Okay. That sounds fine to me. Just have to make sure that we are far enough away that others can't spy on us and we have to make sure to have plenty of time to re-cooperate our chakra." It was official! No turning back now! "Alright! *Arf!*" I'd instantly begin to run off into the water, trailing only a bit behind Kira as we made our way onto the water.

Before I knew it, a whistle would pierce the air and I would trip on nothing as I passed two boats. I would fall and splash into the water, not being quick enough with my chakra to prevent my fall through the water. I could only think to myself as I swam a short distance under the waves; Kaito, my ferret, would make his way out of my large cargo pocket and float near me. 'Oh! I guess he does like pranks... let's see him after this. I'd form a few handsigns and touch Kaito as he made his way to the surface, I would then wait just a few moments before swimming back to the surface.

Kaito would make his way to the surface a short distance from Kira and as he did so my 'magic mouth' Genjutsu would activate, sending a voice coming from the ferret and even making Kaito's lips move as if he was saying them! "Hey! What the hell did you do that for?!?" The ferret would swim toward Kira, treading water at a fair speed as he 'spoke'. "I was sleeping in Kiyoshi's pocket when you did that! Do I look like a fish to you? Well do I?!?" With that Kaito would swim away again, simply just swimming aroudn the water as the Genjutsu wore off.

I would surface only after Kaito would finish 'speaking', holding in my laughter as I watched Kira's reaction to the Genjutsu and as I stood up on top of the water. I was ready to spar... or laugh my ass off, whichever came first.

Magic Mouth

Effect: This Jutsu creates the chosen object or creature with an illusion mouth that suddenly appears and speaks its message the next time a specified event occurs.
Special: "Handseals"
Drawback: Only works on one target at a time per usage.
Description: This Jutsu creates the chosen object or creature with an illusion mouth that suddenly appears and speaks its message the next time a specified event occurs. The message, which must be twenty-five or fewer words long, can be in any language known by user and can be delivered over a period of ten minutes. The mouth cannot utter verbal components, use command words, or activate traps with the usage of words. It does, however, move according to the words articulated; if it were placed upon a statue, the mouth of the statue would move and appear to speak. Of course, magic mouth can be placed upon a tree, rock, or any other object or creature. Commands can be as general or as detailed as desired, although only visual and audible triggers can be used. Triggers react to what appears to be the case. Disguises and illusions can fool them. Normal darkness does not defeat a visual trigger of the Jutsu

Laughter would erupt from Kira as he saw Kiyoshi take a fall into the water. Kira couldn't help but laugh. As Kiyoshi didn't make his way back up as Kira thought he would he would let down on his laughter and begin to pay attention to his surroundings in case of a sneak attack. As Kira saw the water ripple wear the animal companion would appear he would hop back. Though what he saw would make him continue to laugh. It seemed Kiyoshi had a ferret and Kira had made him angry. This made Kira's laugh increase but not to the point where it had been.

"Hey! What the hell did you do that for?!? I was sleeping in Kiyoshi's pocket when you did that! Do I look like a fish to you? Well do I?!?"

A look of shock would appear on Kira's face as the ferret spoke to him. He had no idea what to say in response to this. '...Did I just get scolded at by a... ferret? What?' Mouth being slightly ajar Kira could only watch as the ferret began to swim away from him and back toward where Kiyoshi had plummeted into the waters. As I saw Kiyoshi once again I could only ask one thing...

"... How did he... do that?"

(OOC: Gasp! I'd been so involved with putting the technique in that I forgot it! *Hangs himself in shame.* )

I stifled my laughter, attempting to pretend that I had no idea what had happened as Kira's mouth stood slightly open from the confusion. "... How did he... do that?" I wanted to laugh, I REALLY wanted to laugh, but I contained myself for the most part; if I manage to fool Kira now then there could be no end to this trick! "Huh? Kaito? He was asleep in my pocket... and he can swim pretty well actually." I'd be grinning heavily, but thankfully my normal smile was pretty much the same anyways. "I see you like pranks, I'll have to get you back for that later." I'd smile innocently, if I pulled this off then I could trick Kira with this whenever I got the chance!

It was time for the spar to begin right? I'd watch as Kaito would simply pudge around through the water, swimming a short distance away from us. "I guess we should start our spar. Can you not hit Kaito though, I'd point to the ferret, again having to keep from laughing aloud. "he isn't really any good for fighting in the water." It was the truth, Kaito could swim fairly well but it would be impossible for him to jump from the water; the most he could do while swimming would be to bite someone's ankle. "Alright! *Arf!*" I'd throw my fist into the air in a dramatic fashion to declare the beginning of the spar. "Let's start!"

It seemed that Kiyoshi didn't know what Kira was talking about, but how could one not know why there own animal could not talk? This confused Kira a little bit more but he would focus once again as Kiyoshi continued to speak.

"I guess we should start our spar. Can you not hit Kaito though, he isn't really any good for fighting in the water."

Kira would nod his head at Kiyoshi. Before Kiyoshi stated for the spar to begin Kira would think of an interesting attack for the exams, but he couldn't use it now because he didn't know if Kiyoshi would get out of the way in time or not. Regardless though Kira would move on to his next idea, which involved his favorite element. As Kiyoshi declared the start of the spar Kira would begin his set of twelve hand seals.

They would be over rather quickly. As Kira inhaled his breath he would remember that his mastery over Fuuton made this technique dangerous so he would have to aim it off. [Just gonna say we are ten meters apart] Kira would aim the wind for Kiyoshi's lower half and the water. He would try and see what would happen. At this point Kira would let out the breath and water would swoosh up with all the wind that came with it. With his mastery over wind, this jutsu had the ability to make it to Kiyoshi with plenty of power left. If it hit it was sure to send Kiyoshi flying and might cause him pain though not close to as much as it could. After the attack was over, regardless of the results, Kira would go ahead and explain to his partner about the attack.

"My favorite element... Wind! Haha that was one of my weaker techniques. It can do some damage if it hits directly. It's capable of leveling almost anything."

Kira would not let his guard down for he knew not what Kiyoshi was capable of still.

Awaikaze [Fleeting Wind]

Effect: Allows wind techniques performed by someone who has obtained a mastery of Fuuton to move at twice their natural speed.
Special: A passive ability gained automatically.
Drawback: ---
Description: The masters of Fuuton no Jutsu are often known as Shunshin no Kami, or Gods of Speed when using their powerful wind techniques. By focusing upon a common aspect within wind techniques, the user will then release their wind techniques shaped slightly differently, allowing them to move up to twice as fast as they normally would.
Limit: Must have up to 500 TP in Fuuton techniques. Once this is done, this technique is gained automatically

Effect: User hurls out a large blast of wind capable of leveling almost anything within its path.

Drawback: ---
Description: User performs the handseals as they take in a deep breathe. Holding it for a brief moment they quickly exert it as a large blast of air the size of the user's head, and double the length is sent out towards the opponent within the distance of twenty five meters. This technique is capable of crushing an opponent's ribs if hit directly, or capable of dislocating a shoulder if hit along the shoulder. This technique is sometimes used to break down large doors, or to smack an opponent away from the user when the user comes into a bind. Depending on the user's class level depends on the distance this technique may be used. When the user is "D" class the distance is that of twenty five meters. Each class the user is higher then that of "D" The distance increases by five meters. When the user masters the art of wind, the blast increases by doubling it size as the distance is increased by ten meters.
Limit: Must have the Wind Release, Must know Fuuton Kaze no Senbon (Needles of the Wind), Must know Kaze Ya no Jutsu (Wind Arrow Technique)

Kira would nod in acceptance towards my words about Kaito and the fight would be under-way. I'd watch as Kira would quickly form handsigns and take a deep breath in before letting out a massive burst of wind coming in my direction, the water under the attack would ripple away from the speed of the attack. I would jump quickly, the fairly simple attack would splash into the water behind me as I made handsigns of my own.

"My favorite element... Wind! Haha that was one of my weaker techniques. It can do some damage if it hits directly. It's capable of leveling almost anything." It was a nice Ninjutsu, granted that I was going to borrow it for my technique. Wind huh? I wasn't going to tell him my jutsu type... since it would likely take away from it's effect, but I would still taunt him. "I like it, but let's see if you can tell what type of jutsu I use." I'd smile and inhale inwards, blowing out a massive wind blast similar to the one he'd shot at me. The only difference would be that if he didn't dodge it, which I doubted that he'd purposely let it hit him, it wouldn't do any damage and the water would be unaffected by the attack; once the attack would finish I had no doubt Kira would know it wasn't real.

I'd then perform a few more handsigns as I landed on top of the water near where I'd been before, having jumped straight upwards. And thus I would unleash my 1,000 Shurkiens of Death in the general direction he was located, aiming towards Kira (wherever he may be at this point) and would cause 1,000 Genjutsu Shuriken to fly at Kira. I'd finish the attack with a war cry, though Kira would likely be unable to see me through the illusion shuriken. "Take this! *Arf!*" The same rule applied to this Genjutsu, even if it hit Kira it would do no damage and it would even go through any defenses Kira would put up since it wasn't real. I simply wanted to show my skill at Genjutsu... and hopefully freak Kira out a little bit.

Bakemono NinJutsu (Ghost NinJutsu)

Skill: GenJutsu
Effect: This technique allows the user to mimic the technique at hand. They are capable of mimicking a technique to where it "looks" like any other type of technique that is under the arsenal of the NinJutsu kind. This however does not mean that the technique does damage.
Special: "Handseals"
Drawback: Depending on what sort of specialist you may be is dependent on how well you are capable of using the technique and how far you are capable of going into the technique. The user must have first seen the technique they wish to do in order to perform. While using this technique they cannot hold or perform another technique at the same time. This technique can never, ever cause real damage no matter who knows this technique.
Description: The user must know and see the technique at hand that they wish. The type of technique that they are capable of copying is usually the basic types of techniques that do not have anything truly complicated within it. The user performs a few seals that are not that of what is done for the real technique. As the user does so they mimic the movements that are the same as that of the NinJutsu they wish to copy and simply do the effect of the technique. The biggest problem really is the fact that the technique does not do any damage. This technique is not an eye technique however, this technique is a body technique this means that if the opponent looks at the user the technique would simply show its face, but if the opponent was not looking at the user, it would seem as if the user was simply doing nothing just making hand gestures. The user must learn each rank to be capable of mimicking the same ranks. This means that if a user wishes to mimic a "B" Rank technique he must be capable of knowing the Bakemono NinJutsu "B" Rank version.
Limit: Must know Figment Perception of GenJutsus. Can only be done as a GenJutsu Specialist but up to only "B" Rank. A GenJutsu Master is capable of going into the whole technique.

1,000 Shurkiens of Death
Rank: C
Skill: Genjutsu
Effect: A genjutsu in which the user looks to be throwing 1,000 Shuriken at rapid speed. However, this is just a mere illusion. However, it is ideal if you want to slip in a shuriken or two
Special: "Handeals"
Drawback: Can be broken by will power/ Sharingan. not much of a draw back it takes little chakra and it is useless without any really weapons. in addition, it will not fool smart ninja.
Description: after the basic handsigns, the user begins to throw a barrage of Shuriken at the opponent. While many of these are but mere illusions, some of them may be real so watch out! the user can also move around while performing this jutsu. It is very dangerous if you do not break it quick.

"I like it, but let's see if you can tell what type of jutsu I use."

Kiyoshi would seem to d the same thing that Kira had just done. With a smirk on his face Kira would respond by jumping up in the air as Kiyoshi had done. Though what Kira expected to happen didn't. He was expecting the water to splash up from the connection of the fuuton attack, but instead nothing happened at all. As Kiyoshi was about to finish his next set of hand seals Kira himself would be close to landing. Kiyoshi's battle cry could be heard as the 1,000 shuriken came at Kira's direction. The only thing Kira could think of doing at that moment was to cut the chakra flow to his feet, so instead of landing upon the top of the water Kira would sink down into the water. Waiting a couple of seconds he would rise to the top and once again take a place atop the water.

"Wow... What an attack. How did you even release so many shuriken at once?"

Though Kira was asking a question he would form hand seals. Kiyoshi would surely be able to manage answering before, during, or after Kira's technique. As Kira finished his hand seals a huge gush of wind would lift Kiyoshi as well as some water around him. Considering the effects were rather sudden Kira didn't think Kiyoshi would be able to dodge this technique. If Kira did manage to capture Kiyoshi, Kira would simply keep him up there for a second before ending the technique. He had no intention of using the next step of this technique. He would explain this one later.

Kaze Haji no Justu (Wind Grasp Technique)(70)(100)
Rank: "B", "A"
Type: Ninjutsu
Effect: The user concentrate air pressure under- or around- an objects so that the wind created is able to lift it into the air, by increasing the pressure and adding a lot of extra charka the object begins to be crushed.
Special: Handseals
Drawback: This Technique puts extreme pressure on the shinobi's body if it used in rapid succession.
Description: The user performs hand seals, as this happens a current of wind shoots under the selected area within the distance of forty meters of the user with a radius of fifteen meters and lifts any objects in the zone into the air forcefully. This includes the ground someone is standing if a lot of chakra is poured into the jutsu, this said it is impossible to move anything too large for an average shinobi’s skill bridges, mountains, mansions. When the user learns the "A" Rank version of this technique the user is capable of crushing the object or objects in which was lifted.
Limit: Must have Wind Release

(OOC: I'm sorry but... I just remembered how much I love Genjutsu. <3)

A smooth evasion, ducking down into the water quickly to avoid my fake attack. I'd begin making handsigns once possible and Kira would begin only a short time after me, having to duck under the water and pop back up first. "Wow... What an attack. How did you even release so many shuriken at once?" I was kind of sad, this likely meant that Kira wasn't incredibly familiar with Genjutsu... but at the same time it also meant that I could mess with him some more; something I always enjoyed doing during a battle. "I am a Weapon Specialist," This part was actually true, though I doubted that such an attack could possibly be done with a Weapon Specialist attack I knew of. "But those attacks where something different." As much as I outright wanted to say 'hey man, it's all Genjutsu.' I really wanted him to feel the heat from it a slight bit more before I told him... mostly because I enjoyed watching people get tricked by my Genjutsu.

As I'd finish my handsigns, Kira would already be done, and before I could do anything about it I would begin to be lifted into the air... no doubt a cool wind jutsu in Kira's arsenal. I was really glad I hadn't told him I used Genjutsu directly, else I wouldn't likely be able to do this. I'd finish my technique, the Mislead Genjutsu, and turn invisible while creating a Genjutsu clone at the same time in such a way that it would be impossible to tell that I had disappeared. Next, I would be caught in the Ninjutsu, unable to do anything; BUT, my clone would seem to be fighting against the current of the technique, and would even throw in a bit of grunting and smack talk to make it seem real as he 'broke' through the wind barrier. "RRRRr! My strength... this wind technique can't hold me! *Arf!*" At that moment the clone would 'break' the technique, falling to the surface of the water.

"A technique that weak can't hold me, have you not figured out my strength yet?" The clone would walk towards Kira slowly and clinch his fist in front of it's face, in a kind of 'you can't stop me' way that would normally make my weaker opponents possibly wet themselves in fear. I hoped that Kira would release the technique, since it would be highly illogical to keep the technique going while I 'wasn't' trapped within it and while 'I' was walking towards him.

Mislead

Skill: GenJutsu
Effect: Turns the user invisible and creates illusory double.
Special: "Handseals"
Drawback:
Description: The user becomes invisible and at the same time, an illusory double of the user appears. The user is then free to go elsewhere while the double moves away. The double appears within a certain range but thereafter moves as the user directs it. The user can make the figment appear superimposed perfectly over their own body so that observers do not notice an image appearing and you turning invisible. The user and the figment can then move in different directions. The double moves at the user's speed and can talk and gesture as if it were real, but it cannot attack or use Jutsus, though it can pretend to do so. The illusory double lasts as long as you concentrate upon it, which means that the user can only use this technique and only this technique without using others.

"I am a Weapon Specialist, But those attacks where something different."

'Hmm... What is it that makes him want to keep it a secret... Maybe he is showing off those types of techniques like I am with my wind... Surely I'll find out eventually.'

"RRRRr! My strength... this wind technique can't hold me! *Arf!*"

'!! No way! How can he break out of that?! Hmm... Seems I have a good partner than. Maybe I should kick it up a level.' The thoughts would rush through Kira's head as he saw 'Kiyoshi' 'break' the ninjutsu. Releasing the technique Kira would let out a small smirk. This was fun. He knew exactly what he was going to use next. He just enjoyed wind jutsu to much to use anything else at the moment.

"A technique that weak can't hold me, have you not figured out my strength yet?"

Kira would smile and wait for 'Kiyoshi' to get in range. Once he was there, which wouldn't take long, Kira would begin a simple set of twelve hand seals which would take him only two seconds to complete. Once this was done wind would encircle the false Kiyoshi. The wind would seem to form a barrier all around that spun at 200 miles per hour due to his mastery of Fuuton. Water would definitely get picked up and would join in the swirling wind. Though Kira could make the wind cut back and forth inside the barrier he decided not to. He would just keep what he thought was Kiyoshi trapped inside.

"This is very fun!! Haha!"

Kira would yell in order to make sure Kiyoshi could hear over the wind that was created.

Futon- Kaze Kage (Wind style-Wind cage)(20)(70)
Rank: C, B
Skill: Ninjutsu
Effect: The user creates a large cage of wind, about 10 feet long and 10 feet wide. The wind spins around in a constant motion, making it almost impossible for anything to pass in and out of it. Sound is also impossible to pass through the barrier therefore anyone inside cannot hear anything on the outside, and vice versa. The B-rank version however, has wind continue to move around at a high rate inside of the cage, throwing whatever is in side of it around and cut it up. The cage can only be held for up to 5 posts.

Drawback: The cage cannot move, and the jutsu user cannot move while he/she is holding the jutsu. If the jutsu user is disrupted while the jutsu is in place the jutsu will be disrupted and the cage will go away.
Description: The user performs a series of handsigns and stop on the tiger symbol. A cage of wind will form wherever the caster wishes it to be, as long as it is within 20 feet of the user. The cage will begin spinning faster and faster around the selected area until a cage is formed. The cage will remain for as long as the user wishes, but will automatically disappear after 5 posts. The cage of wind will spin up to about 100 miles an hour creating a very powerful barrier. If the user learns the B-rank version wind will also be inside the cage, shooting around back and forth at a rate of 50 miles an hour and cutting up whatever is inside it.

'Perfect.' Nothing else described the moment within my mind; Kira released his previous technique and though that he had trapped me in a new technique, even gloating a tad bit. "This is very fun!! Haha!" I would land onto the water, making sure not to make noise as I prepared my attack. Forming handsigns, I would used two technqiues together; first the Clone technique, a simple Genjutsu, and second the Whisper Technique, another fairly simple trick. Together it would first cause a Clone to appear behind Kira, then the wisper would be applied, speaking "I'm glad you're having fun, I'm having fun too." directly into Kira's mind. To Kira it would likely seem as if the clone had said it, something I hoped that would distract and confuse him until I unleashed what I hoped to be a grand attack; and it would only be afterwards that I will tell him directly that I use Genjutsu...

As the clone would likely distract Kira, I would quickly gather my chakra and begin to move towards my teammate. This was the power of Genjutsu, the power to take control over the battle without throwing a single attack. Luckily for me, Genjutsu invisibility doesn't wear off until I directly attack someone, something that neither of my techniques had done yet; so I would silently and invisibly move quickly closer to Kira while gathering chakra behind my eyes.

Bunshin no Jutsu (Clone Skill)

Skill: GenJutsu
Effect: This technique creates intangible clones of the user. The clones are simply illusions and will dissipate when they come into contact with something.
Special: Tiger, Boar, Ox, Dog or Ram, Snake, Tiger.
Drawback: The illusions can be seen through Chakra seeing techniques. A person with normal eyes can also distinguish the clones from the original, since the clones will not disrupt the area around themselves with their movement (won't kick up dust, crush grass, etc.).
Description: Bunshin no Jutsu creates a clone of the user, which can be used as a means to create a diversion, distraction, or cause confusion. Like Kage Bunshin no Jutsu (Art of the Shadow Doppelganger), these clones will simply disappear if come into contact, but unlike Kage Bunshin, they are substanceless, and thus cannot do any damage. These Clones may be moved around freely and easily to the user's wish.
Limit: Universal Academy technique, must have a perception.

Sasayaki no Jutsu (Whisper Technique)

Effect: Creates a whispering voice in the target’s mind, that only they can hear.
Special: “Hand Seals”- Tiger, Horse, holding the Ram seal
Drawback: The user must hold the Ram seal for the voice to be continuously projected towards the target.
Description: The user performs the handseals, ending with the Ram seal and holding it. This projects chakra towards the opponent, stimulating the part of the opponent’s brain that translates the messages sent from the ear drum into actual voices. What this can do is create a whispering voice in the opponent’s mind, with the user choosing what is being whispered into it.

Mesesshoku: Fuketsu futatsuyochi [impure 2-D world]

Skill: Genjutsu
Effect: user projects a 2-D Dimension onto his/her opponent's mind.
Special: Ox
Drawback: must be with in 5 feet of the person and kept them there. The opponent can escape the jutsu from even the slightest external stimulation (besides the users touch), because of this the opponent must be thoroughly isolated.
Description: user gets with in five feet of the enemy and gets into eye contact to iniate the jutsu. The user then projects the 2-D (paper like) world inside the opponents mind. Once the the person is there they become paper like and and begin to start on fire. In the real world the person affected thinks their skin is burning and it can cause psychological damage. This jutsu lasts 1-2 turns if uninterrupted and there are also 2 stages to learning the jutsu:
Stage 1
For the first stage of the training the person must focus on building their chakra in there eyes and projecting it out of he/she's eyes. This helps the person become more presice in how they use thier chakra in this jutsu. The person will have master this stage when they can project and concentrate their chakra out enough to wear through a piece of paper.
Stage 2
The user goes into his/her mind and creates the 2-D world that will be projected upon the opponent. This world is typically dark with a lone platform in the middle. This place exists only in the users mind so they are able to customize it. This world can also be used for meditation or going over moves in your mind

A frown would cross Kira's face as he was now getting annoyed. It seemed Kiyoshi had escaped from Kira yet again. How he was doing it Kira wasn't sure, but he wasn't going to give up. A shunshin would place Kira behind the fake clone. Kira would form few hand seals with great speed. Kira would once again use the element of wind to aid him. As the invisible wind would form around Kira's hand he would swing it at the Kiyoshi clone in front of him now. Certainly the technique would connect with the clone and Kira would go right through since the clone was a fake, and from there Kira would simple begin a new set of hand seals. Though if Kira didn't connect he would continue to face the clone and swing again with the wind drill.

Fuuton: Chibikazekiri no Jutsu (Wind Release: Tiny Wind Drill Technique)(10)

Effect: The user sends a small burst of wind that spins like a drill towards an opponent.
Special: Handseals
Drawback: It is small, thus not capable of doing a ton of damage.
Description: The user performs the handseals and then extends their right or left arm. From that arm, a small burst of air will escape. It begins spinning rapidly as it moves with speed towards the opponent. It will drill against whatever it hits for a matter of a round before dissipating into nothing. This technique is capable of being used within the distance of ten meters. This technique is considered to be an extensive punching like technique.
Limit: Must have Wind Release

Kira was quick, moving behind the clone of myself and attacking it quickly with a wind attack. But I would be finished with my attack preparations, placing myself behind the clone, and would move to the correct range of within 5 feet from Kira. As the attack would hit the clone the clone would simply dissipate and I would reappear on the opposite side about 4 feet away from Kira right in front of him. I'd only say a single word as I'd form the single final 'Ox' handsign and shoot the gathered chakra out of my eyes and towards Kira. "Genjutsu! *Arf!*"

If the technique would hit then Kira would be launched into a Genjutsu as he would fall forward. To Kira it would seem as if he was made of paper and falling downward through the darkness; I would withhold the fire part of the Genjutsu as I didn't want to do anything but freak out Kira with Genjutsu. Kira's body, if the attack hit, would no doubt fall into the water, the sensation of something but solid ground would instantly break the Genjutsu due to it's effect and I had no doubt that the suddenness of it all would be a shock. I would, if the Genjutsu hits, be standing above the water and simply laugh. "Ha, it worked!"

The attack would work and the clone would puff away. So it was a fake!

"Genjutsu! *Arf!*"

Kira would look up to see the real Kiyoshi and it seemed he had activated a technique. Kira seemed to enter a whole new world, but before anything could truly happen Kira's body would fall as he had no control over it anymore. The smacking of his body into the water and the wet feeling that would envelope his whole body as he sunk would be what caused Kira to leave the genjutsu. 'So there are more forms of genjutsu. I remember Anji using it on me during that tournament. Dangerous stuff...'

Kira would try something different this time. Looking up from under water Kira would place his MPGs into the underwater setting. He could see perfectly down here now. Forming hand seals Kira would use a jutsu that allowed him to breath underwater. He could stay under for plenty of time and he would make use of it. Forming another set of hand seals Kira would finish them in two minutes. Taking a breath as he know could because of his prior technique Kira would exhale one ball of air directly at Kiyoshi. He just wanted to send him flying. The other 5 balls of air would be all around as Kira wanted to make a water show. After his 6 wind attacks were over Kira would once again re-surface.

Drawback: After returning to surface the user must rest half of the time used underwater. As example, if the user has stayed under for 20 minutes, he’ll have to rest 10 minutes before the jutsu can be used again.
Description: Simple technique used by channeling chakra to mouth, lungs, ears and eyes. With chakra moved to mouth and lungs the user gathers air from the water and is able breath underwater, chakra guided to ears protects from the aching caused by pressure, lenses of chakra protecting eyes work like swim goggles.
Limit: Anyone can learn it, the techinque doesn’t even need a scroll, smart ninjas should be able to figure out the process on their own.


Koukuukougeki no Jutsu(Air strike Technique)(20)

Effect: The user will bring his/her hands up to there mouths sending chakra into there breath and shoot multiple blast of air at there opponent.
Special: "Handseals" Bring your hands to your mouth, the user cuffs their hands around mouth and starts blowing out multiple breath of air.
Drawback: Can only shoot 6 times per usage.
Description: The user will bring up there hands and cuff them around the users mouth. Then after taking in a deep breath of air, the user will mix there chakra with it. After this, the user will blow there air similar to the way they would use the Daitoppa technique.(The great Break through) But instead of one powerful blast of air, the user will shoot multiple( up to six) blast of air. Though they are smaller and weaker, they allow the user to effect a wider area making it more likely they will hit there target.
Limit: Requires Wind release and Fuuton - Daitoppa (Great Breakthrough)

"Ha, it worked!" That was a nice combination, I patted myself on the back a bit as Kira fell into the water. If it had been a battle to the death then the only thing that Kira would have fell on would have been several senbon in the neck. As I stood there, patting myself on the back, I didn't even notice the blast of air come from underneath the water. I was launched up into the air quickly, drenched with spewing water coming from all directions... it was only then that I remembered that I was still in the middle of a spar.

I'd simply fall haphazardly, filling my lungs full of air as I'd dive into the water about five meters away from where I'd been launched by Kira. It hurt a slight bit, hitting the water was not that much fun... but I'd shake it off and begin handsigns, mimicking the technique I'd seen Kira use earlier (Fuuton - Daitoppa (Great Breakthrough)) and send it headed off in Kira's general direction. Being fake I didn't have to actually use air, a good thing since I needed my breath to stay alive under the water.

Bakemono NinJutsu (Ghost NinJutsu)

Effect: This technique allows the user to mimic the technique at hand. They are capable of mimicking a technique to where it "looks" like any other type of technique that is under the arsenal of the NinJutsu kind. This however does not mean that the technique does damage.
Special: "Handseals"
Drawback: Depending on what sort of specialist you may be is dependent on how well you are capable of using the technique and how far you are capable of going into the technique. The user must have first seen the technique they wish to do in order to perform. While using this technique they cannot hold or perform another technique at the same time. This technique can never, ever cause real damage no matter who knows this technique.
Description: The user must know and see the technique at hand that they wish. The type of technique that they are capable of copying is usually the basic types of techniques that do not have anything truly complicated within it. The user performs a few seals that are not that of what is done for the real technique. As the user does so they mimic the movements that are the same as that of the NinJutsu they wish to copy and simply do the effect of the technique. The biggest problem really is the fact that the technique does not do any damage. This technique is not an eye technique however, this technique is a body technique this means that if the opponent looks at the user the technique would simply show its face, but if the opponent was not looking at the user, it would seem as if the user was simply doing nothing just making hand gestures. The user must learn each rank to be capable of mimicking the same ranks. This means that if a user wishes to mimic a "B" Rank technique he must be capable of knowing the Bakemono NinJutsu "B" Rank version.
Limit: Must know Figment Perception of GenJutsus. Can only be done as a GenJutsu Specialist but up to only "B" Rank. A GenJutsu Master is capable of going into the whole technique.

Kira would lose Kiyoshi for a second as he was hit by the air. As Kiyoshi crashed back onto the water Kira couldn't help but laughing. He had no trouble breathing under water because of his jutsu. As Kiyoshi went underwater as well he would begin some hand seals. It would seem that Kiyoshi was doing great breakthrough, but there was no way Kira would be able to get out of the way in time. Putting his hands in front of him Kira would brace himself for the attack but nothing would happen.

'The hell?' Kira was now confused. Was that an illusion?

Kira decided he would respond with a great breakthrough of his own now. It would be the second time that he did this technique today, and Kira didn't like repeating techniques when showing off but he wanted this battle to go above the water. Dropping down to below Kiyoshi, Kira would begin his hand seals. In two seconds Kira would be releaseing his breath shooting out a great deal of wind. Hopefully pushing Kiyoshi up and out of the water. Regardless if it hit or not Kira would surface to the top of the water. They should probably rest eventually.

Description: User performs the handseals as they take in a deep breathe. Holding it for a brief moment they quickly exert it as a large blast of air the size of the user's head, and double the length is sent out towards the opponent within the distance of twenty five meters. This technique is capable of crushing an opponent's ribs if hit directly, or capable of dislocating a shoulder if hit along the shoulder. This technique is sometimes used to break down large doors, or to smack an opponent away from the user when the user comes into a bind. Depending on the user's class level depends on the distance this technique may be used. When the user is "D" class the distance is that of twenty five meters. Each class the user is higher then that of "D" The distance increases by five meters. When the user masters the art of wind, the blast increases by doubling it size as the distance is increased by ten meters.
Limit: Must have the Wind Release, Must know Fuuton Kaze no Senbon (Needles of the Wind), Must know Kaze Ya no Jutsu (Wind Arrow Technique)
