"Oto Dangan" (Sound Bullet)

Skill: Ninjutsu
Effect: Small invisible sound waves pass through opponents body, but harms body on the molecular level.
Special: Horse, Monkey, Bird, Ox, (Hold) Tiger
Drawback: Some armors may greatly reduce the effectiveness of this jutsus. Other (large) sources of sound may cancel out this jutsu. Also, the users hands at the same time cannot be used for anything else (explained below). Visible to those with chakra seeing powers.
Special: Horse, Monkey, Bird, Ox, (Hold) Tiger
Description: While holding the the tiger handseal, chakra begins to flow between the small gap left by the two hands being held together. The user proceeds to position the handseal held over his/her own mouth now. All sounds emitted through the handseal are converted and charged by the chakra, to become far more deadlier. The chakra compresses, and alters the sounds wave lengths, forcing them into a smaller area (roughly the size of senbon needles). The entire process occurs within fractions of a sec and the user is able to create multiple sound bullets. The sound bullet itself travels at amazing speeds and are extremely hard to dodge.
-Upon hitting the opponent, the sound bullets travel right through the human body. Once inside the body, the sound bullet clashes against every cell in the vicinity, vibrating them violently. Water retained in the cell vibrate so much, that they explode upon themselves. To the opponent, he/she will suffer searing pain in the area where the sound bullet hits.
-This jutsu is best used on open extremities of the opponent
C-Rank:The user is able to create three sound bullets that travel a maximum of 40 meter
B-Rank:The user is able to create 6 sound bullets that travel a maximum of 60 meters.
Limit: Must have sound release, Must know "shriek" and ultra sound vibration

Chuunin Exams.
She was here once again. This time, of course with a new partner. A girl to be exact. Someone she could decently trust. It seemed that it was going to be a good exam. Afterall, she wouldn't be facing her Kage! Oh damn him. Damn him straight to hell. He was a b***h! Could he have been a bigger b***h than Ina?
Ina could not be outbitched. And she would show it. It was time to finish these exams once and for all. It was time she gained the title of "Chuunin."
The next jutsu she would train wasnot Genjutsu, surprisingly. She needed to improve on her Ninjutsu. Last exams she attended showed her that Genjutsu was not everything. She needed to use Taijutsu last time. And when she faced the Yukikage, she barely had any ranged attacks. They were all mind games to play with the Yukikage. This time, she would have some range on her.
"Sound bullet." She whispered to herself. This would prove useful. With a small smirk she would continue reading this book that she packed. Sure she had a book of Genjutsus, but that did not stop her from going to the nearby bookstore and "taking out" a Ninjutsu Book.
It was time she grasped the knowledge of Ninjutsu. It would be her first in a really long while. Instead of empowering the mind, she would need to tap into the mystical forces of Ninjutsu. Almost like magic.
The Sound Realease was a realease she was familliar with. She had learned it a while back when her dad was preaching to her that Ninjutsu was the superior! He taught her how Sound was a powerful release and worked her to the bone to learn it.
