Neito is a somewhat under-stable person. He believes that every actions he takes is for the good, and just cause which he personally chooses to believe in - this myopic personality however means that he is often the victim of his own misunderstandings. Easily lead and gullable, whilst equally hot-headed and frivilous in his behavior, he tends to sport a dual-personality. This side belongs to the Neito without the mask, the one which constantly feels as though he is losing control and is grasping at reality for some form of confirmation. This is the side of him which constantly fights his own anxiety, and has no true place in the shinobi world.
His other side is his masked side. Cold, calm, calculated, clinical, he moves with near surgical precision in every exercise he seeks. Whilst wearing the mask, he feels all of his qualms and worries are lifted from him, freeing his mind of any brewing tempests. Instead, in a near autonymous manner, he seeks out his "goal" and exacts what he has to do relentlessly and ruthlessly.
Withdrawn and anti-social, he opts not to seek solice in the company of another. He will work with anyone of all types undiscriminantly, but struggles in keeping and maintaining attachments. He will put up with people, tollerate them to a certain degree, but if he finds them encumbersome or a nuisance, he will simply walk away. He would rather spend the time wasted on social interaction training, and developing his skill sets further now that he has regained the use of his full body once more.[/blockquote][/size]

.the past
Life can at times be hard. Everyone would have their own tale of hardship to sport, and how the lessons they learned during that time has helped develop them into the person they were today. Neito is no different from any of those people. Born into the Outer Compound of the Sakurai, he and the rest of his immediate kin were treated as how the clan had intended them to be treated - they were foot soldiers. Skirmishers. Shock troops. Whilst the Outer Compound was classed as being expendable, the Inner Compound would flourish and grow stronger. The class divide between the two was phantasimal, and so over time began to effect those of the Outer Compound into obedience.
Neito however did not succumb, much to his own bitter peril. His early years up to his teens were somewhat insignificant - he grew and was born into Amegakure, and had come to know and love the village. Seeking to serve it as one of its own Shinobi, he could care less about the ties which bound him to te Sakurai clan itself, and sought his own destiny rather than the one forced upon him. As soon as adolescence began however, Neitos insubordination began to become noticed - not attending meetings or attendance checks for Outer Compound members, disobeying Inner Compound members, and generally acting in such a way that caused him to develop a "rebellious" nature. The Inner Compound did not find this amusing in the slight.
Although it was never proven, Neito knew his attackers. One night whilst returning home from the academy, a scant half-year before graduation, he was ambushed on the rooftops of Amegakure itself. His foes masked in shadow, he could barely process what was going on until he felt an incredible pain searing into his back, and saw the telltale petals of Sakurai petals blow past him. Someone in the Sakurai clan had just attacked him! His body going into shock, he felt a cold sensation sweep over him before finally collapsing on the rain drenched roofing.
Found a day later, Neito wouldn't regain consciousness for a further week. When he did however, and much to the horror of the family around him, the full length of his injuries were explained to him. Electrical currents had been forced into him at the top of his spinal column, leaving minor burns but causing severe damage to his spines nerve paths as well as the motor functions of his brain. In an effect akin to a stroke, he could not move his entire right hand side of his body, rendering him paralysed and broken.
Defiant to the end, Neito would still continue his studies in becoming a ninja. Though his doctors were doubtful of a full recovery, he knew he would progress and become useful once again. Devoting a deep amount of his time into the knowledge of the One Handed Seals techniques, he soon mastered those with the one hand he could still move and began to regain some of his strength. During his time at the hospital itself, he also learned a deep appreciation for medics and medical staff, igniting a yearning desire inside of him to also harness the same healing potential. This was the start of Neitos path to becoming a Medical Shinobi.
Though his body had begun to repair itself however, his consciousness still could not let go of the image of the attackers. He could clearly and distinctly remember them wearing a white mask, a crude painted red line for a mouth and with a purple lightning stroke across the right eye. As time went by, trapped by his confines, the image of this mask became somewhat of an obsession for Neito. Before long, the minor psychosis had developed to a degree where Neito believed in the mask above all else. Taking comfort in the mask, he could feel his mind begin to soothen whenever he opted to wear it - the mask now becoming his new identity.
fter three years had passed, and his body had repaired itself to the full despite the doctors beliefs, Neito discharged himself at the age of 21 and set off out to Amegakure, passing as a Genin, and registering amongst the shinobi roster. Changing his name to Neito Yin, discarding the Sakurai name for all what had happened, he slipped on the white mask once again and became another of the Amegakure kind.
