[atrb=border,0,true] Momiji is a fairly ordinary looking girl for her age and the corner of the world she lives in. Not inheriting any true distinguishing features besides her mothers horrendous eyesight, she has also inherited her families frailty and inability to perform well in close quarters movements. Growing into the "geek" image which in all honesty, befitted her personality to the truest, she has been graced with a somewhat average body and yet higher intellect than most. Pale skinned, despite the fact she lives in one of the hottest climates of the ninja world, and with jet black hair, she carries more of the nomadic features more familiar with her other family members in Tsuchi no Kuni and Yuki no Kuni. Her face is actually one of the few things which she could aptly be proud of, if not for her spectacles; with large, welcoming eyes and a small, curteous smile, she was lucky enough to avoid the biggest threat to any teenager. Acne. Her body is somewhat curvy, though not "curvacious" and as appealing as what "those boys" tend to go for - something she was glad of, leaving her free and unmolested. What little she does have though, she tries to show in her choice of attire. Wearing a light jacket over her undergarments which parts to expose her naval, though in all other respects is a traditional coat, this allows her body to keep warm in the harsh nights and yet not overheated in the intense days. Wearing anything other than shorts in this weather is pure suicide, and to which she has opted for the most suitable of all ninja attire; hotpants. Coupled with thighhigh socks which breathe in the heat and also keep heat in, as well as traditional ninja boots for shoes, it is a makeshift image she can find herself being comfortable in at all weathers. Her only bad choice however is choosing black for all of her lower half, which in the mid day heat can warm up something awful.

Momiji is, by standard, friendly to all those she meets. Trying her hardest not to hold a grudge or vendetta against any one person, she is quick to forgive yet not as quick to forget. Though she'll allow a person their misgivings and misunderstandings, she cant help but become easily influenced by the effect they have on her. A wrong word said here, a glare there, she is the sort of girl who would take note of each and every occurence, labelling it as "ammunition" should an argument arise one day.

Naturally inquisitive, she lives by the motto "curiosity didn't kill the cat; being stupid did". With very little regard for consequences or her own safety, she will often find herself in an uncomfortable situation whilst investigating things, much to her own peril. To her own credit, she does try to not become a victim of her own nature, yet she often finds herself on the brunt of an uncomfortable situation or having been discovered somewhere she ought not be.

Somewhat talkative, she has a nervous afflication to any strangers. Often found rambling on about nonsense and making more small talk than required, she does so to avoid giving any details of herself away. Oh it's all very well and good being open and honest, she'd tell you, but what if being open and honest meant being offensive? Knowing how fine a line that is, she would always verge to stay away from such points, and instead keep up a pretence infront of all.

In battle, she is something of a coward. Knowing her physical powers are limited in both Ninjutsu and Genjutsu, she would rather keep out of reach of both and use tactics and Genjutsu to ensnare her opponent. She isn't a fan of killing though, not in any degree. She would rather knockout or otherwise incapacitate a human rather than straight out kill them. Every life is precious in her eyes; even that of a tiny bug must be treasured.

0-7 Years Old
"That was a pretty unassuming time, even for me. Not sure what I can really say what I'd remember clearly... well, I guess the first thing I can remember is moving to Sunagakure from my little town out over in Tsuchi no Kuni. Haha, our town was so small, it didn't even have its name on the map! Still doesn't to this day, but it was somewhere west of the ninja village there. All I can really remember is my folks doing the accountancy for some big group or company. Things were pretty hectic back then, and you know what its like when your a kid - can barely see outside of your own little sphere of reality! I do remember one day though, a team of Ninja came to our town. I was so excited to see them and the things they could do - it was like watching magic! I think thats where it first started... yeah, from that moment on, I knew I wanted to be a Kunoichi".

8-12 Years Old
"First thing I remember saying when we got to Sunagakure was me whining that the sun was too hot - haha, I still do even now. It was such a big culture shock, moving to a large town like that, especially one with such a high military presence. Where I lived before, it was a village of some seven families, and everyone knew everything about everyone else. Suddenly getting here, I felt like a very small fish in a very big pond! I certainly made my splash though, and joined the throng of things in full. One thing I didn't like or understand though was how strict some people were, especially about kerfews. I was so used being able to wander around and do whatever as a kid, and suddenly I had all of these adults watching me! Sounds a little creepy when I say it like that... haha.

And then I made the big leap, pleaded with my parents, and went to the Ninja Academy. My big chance! I felt so proud of myself, I really felt like I could do something. Unfortunately, the rest of the class simply looked down on me like the country bumpkin I really was. A few of them mumbled on about "Bloodlines" and "Heritage" - stuff I didn't care about. It was obvious though that I wasn't really made to become a Ninja. Try and try as I might, nothing I did worked. Taijutsu I was a flop, and couldn't even put one foot before the other without tripping up over myself. In Ninjutsu I was even worse - I couldn't even get the card to activate and show me my release! Genjutsu was my only redeeming quality, because I could conjure up the most wild things from my imagination and spring them to life - though... even then, I was still pretty bad. I guess it'd help if I didn't fall asleep in class so much.

My biggest embarrasement as a kid - failing my Genin exam. Come my twelth birthday, I was all ready to go, but try and try as I might - I just couldn't do it. Each year, the exam came around and I was made to do something - Nin, Tai or Gen. I couldn't ever hold it right though, or something went wrong. So I got held back".

13-16 Years Old
"When I failed my exam, I kinda hit rock bottom. I did a couple of radical things - I went out drinking, smoking, argued with my parents. I wasn't a happy girl at all. Thats when I started to look into other things though - like the Tsubasa clan. I got caught watching some of their people flying once, and they talked to me. I don't know why, but that day, I opened up - really opened up. They must've felt sorry for me or something, because after that they asked me to join them! They did the ritual and everything and hey presto; chicks got wings! The Dhenada was kind of the same... I stopped some boys bullying this Dhenada girl because of her Halo, and her family was so impressed, they offered to make me a part of their clan too. Then, when I turned fifteen, I took the exam again with these new skills and wham, bam, thank you Kunoichi ma'm! Haha, it all sounds really quite silly. I owe them everything though - both of those clans, they mean as much to me as my family now".

Ritual of Talon and Feather
Materials: At least one baby bird (any species), a person who is taking the ritual, at least 1 ancient Tsubasa ritual scroll (or at least a copy of one), 2 Tsubasa members that are at least 24 years old, blood from the Tsubasa members, and a Tsubasa medic.
Special: ---
Preparation: The Tsubasas draw a circle with their blood. Inside the circle, the person who is about to take on the ritual sits on top of the scroll, and the bird sits next to them, back to back. The scroll must be touching the blood circle. The Tsubasa medic stands outside of the circle. The Tsubasas must be in front of the end of a scroll.
Description: The Tsubasas at the scroll's ends start making handsigns. Each sign they make will make a symbol on the scroll glow green. Once all of the symbols glow green, the green chakra will spread throughout the circle.The green blood will begin to wrap around the person and the bird. Then, the medic steps into what used to be the circle. The medic sends then proceeds to take a feather from the bird. Then, the medic places the feather directly between the person's shoulder blades. The green blood engulfs the feather, then it melts into the infant's shoulder blades. The feather and the green blood, once inside the body, release chakra that hollow out the bones of the person. Then all the excess bone is built up in the shoulder, to be used for Tsubasa Sodachimasu no jutsu. The medic is constantly using healing hands on the person so they doesn't feel anything.
Effect: Gives the ability to use Wing Grow Technique.
Drawback: -
Limit: Uses two slots for members of the clan, four for non-members.

Tsubasa Sodachimasu no jutsu (Wing Grow Technique)

Effect: Lets the user grow wings of a bird out of their shoulders.

Drawback: The user may feel some pain, due to the initial outburst of the extra shoulder bones that are used for the rest of the wings to grow on.
Description: The user forms the handseal, and then the extra shoulder bones that come from the Ritual of Talon and Feather burst through the back of the user and they start to grow into wings of any given bird, through chakra increasing the length of the bones, (user chooses) that are twice the length of the user’s arms. Chakra will numb the pain, but it will still hurt. The chakra will also accelerate the growth of the skin, but it will come out with feathers. The user may then use the wings to fly and perform other techniques that require this jutsu.

Drawback: These halo have no effect on the world unless jutsu are used with them. The bright glow makes stealth hard if not impossible.
Description: The user creates a bright glowing Halo made out of chakra with a diameter of 100 centimeter near their body. The colour of the glow can be altered by the user. Per time learned, one is capable of creating another Halo. When first created, a Halo will appear within a meter from the user, and from then on tend to swirl about behind their back unless they are used. The user can move these Halo through the air as they please as long as they are within eyesight.
Limit: Clan jutsu.

Effect: Makes it possible to let tendrils come out of the Halo, allowing the user to perform more jutsu with the Halo.

Drawback: These tendrils have no effect on the world unless jutsu are used with them. The bright glow makes stealth hard if not impossible.
Description: Once activated, the user can make several bright glowing tendrils slide out of the Halo, all made out of chakra, and all having the same kind of glow as the Halo they come out of. Per time this jutsu is learned, one can create 10 tendrils per Halo.

Description: A Figment GenJutsu creates a false sensation. Those who perceive the figment perceive the same thing, not their own slightly different versions of the figment. This means that it is not a personalized mental impression. Figments cannot make something seem to be something else. A figment that includes audible effects cannot duplicate intelligible speech unless the technique description specifically says it can. If intelligible speech is possible, it must be in a language that the user is capable of speaking. If the character tries to duplicate a language the character cannot speak, the image produces gibberish. However since Genjutsus are not specific such as that it only works with how a user knows or fibs forth. This also works when a character cannot make a visual copy of something unless the character knows what it looks like.
Limit: No Limitation.

Hydrou Bunshin no Jutsu

Skill: GenJutsu
Effect: The user performs the needed handsigns and then creates what seems to be an ordinary clone. The clone cannot attack and will disappear the second it meets an opponent. When the clone is destroyed two more clones come in the place of the destroyed clone. This can continue infinitely if the clones are continuously destroyed, its purpose to overwhelm the opponent in numbers and cause an effect of invincibility although the clones can do no damage. A simple "Kai" technique can easily get rid of all of the clones when used by a skilled GenJutsu user.
Special: Boar, Rat, Dragon, Tiger
Drawback: No drawbacks to the user
Description: The hydra clone technique looks like a normal bunshin no jutsu, however this is changed as the clone is destroyed and more take it's place, making the technique look like a high level kage bunshin no jutsu when in reality the clones are simple clones that can do no damage.

Effect: A technique that enables the user the capability to distract an opponent or opponents by creating a false sensation of something moving quickly, or a creating a loud sound.
Special: Handseals
Drawback: This technique stacks by how strong the user is. Depending on the strength of the user is what depends on how many opponents the user is capable of affecting, as well as the distance the user is capable of performing.
Description: This technique causes the opponent or opponents to experience a false sensation of a fast moving object or a loud sound that would momentarily divert the target's attention. When the user is a "D" Class character the user is capable of affecting only one opponent within a distance of ten meters. When the user is a "C" Class character the user is capable of affecting three opponents within a distance of twenty meters. When the user is a "B" Class character the user is capable of affecting five opponents within a distance of thirty meters. When the user is an "A" Class character the user is capable of affecting seven opponents within a distance of forty meters. When the user is a "S" Class character the user is capable of affecting nine opponents within a distance of fifty meters.

The Nara clan is Ninjutsu. The Shadow Perception is the fifth basic as it deals with the understanding of what the mind sees it sees and what the mind hears it hears. Shadows is an unknown force that has plagued the mind throughout existence in which one feels they have seen a figure that is not really there, a shape that is not truly its shape. The Shadow Perception brings these shapes alive in an illusionary form, making the mind feel, and believe it is real. This is why it is called the Shadow Perception.

Effect: This jutsu is a high-speed movement technique, allowing a ninja to move short distances at an almost untraceable speed. To an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. This technique allows a user to move from one point to another at speeds double of their speed potential of up to ten meters.

Drawback The user is only capable of doing this three Times per day after learning it the first time. Each time learned the user is capable of going into this multiple times. Each time learned the user is capable using this technique an extra turn per day. If the user uses this technique more then stated, the user's muscles will cramp and render the user unable to run about and move period.
Description: This jutsu is a high-speed movement technique, allowing a ninja to move short distances at an almost untraceable speed. To an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. A puff of smoke is occasionally used to disguise the user's movements. It is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily boost the user's reflexes. The amount of chakra required depends on the overall distance between the user and their intended destination.

Description: The user performs the handseals, ending with the Ram seal and holding it. This projects chakra towards the opponent, stimulating the part of the opponent’s brain that translates the messages sent from the eardrum into actual voices. What this can do is create a whispering voice in the opponent’s mind, with the user choosing what is being whispered into it.

Description: Creates a large illusionary booming sound within the opponent’s skull. Because it is genjutsu, only the target can hear the sound, which can then disorient the opponent or weaken the opponent’s resolve as well as cause an immediate distraction. As the sound is not real, no actual damage is done to the ears and as such they may continue to hear fine afterwards.

Senro Ue Fuku no Jutsu (Track Covering Technique)

Effect: A technique that most GenJutsu warriors learn in order to help out an escape, or help out a situation at hand that may prove dangerous when it comes to finding their location. What the user does with this technique is it allows the user to become more diverse and secure of where they step and run off to. This technique allows the user to allow their tracks to be covered for a lengthy amount of time, depending on how far they have moved out, and how long it has taken.
Special: "Handseals"
Drawback: This technique somewhat increases along with the user's strength, as well as the Specialty that the user may be.
Description: What happens is that within a path as the user steps down onto the very ground the user pushes a small amount of chakra that is used for all those that come by. What occurs is that with every step the user takes upon the floor they push down a piece of chakra onto the very ground. The amount of chakra is pushed off in all directions as well as is used to mess with the very system within those who approach in which creates an illusion that steps never have occurred along the ground. When the user first learns this technique they are capable of pushing this technique in a ten-yard radius around them, but the maximum distance from the moment they start the technique can reach far past a hundred yards. This technique lasts up to a couple of hours, and this is considered the base amount for a GenJutsu NonSpecialist. If the user is a GenJutsu specialist, the very technique is increased by five yards in radius, while the technique's length is increased by ten yards, and the amount of time is increased to a total of two hours and thirty minutes. If the user is a GenJutsu Master, then the technique increases the radius of five feet from Specialist making it into twenty meters, with a distance of One hundred and forty meters, and the Time is increased to three hours. For every Class the user gains as a Non Specialist the length distance increases by ten yards, as the time increases by ten minutes. For a Specialist the distance increases by ten meters as the time increases by fifteen minutes. For Master the distance increases by fifteen meters, as the time increases by thirty minutes.

Awakened Fears

Effect: A technique that subjects the target to phantasmal images drawn from its latent or suppressed fears.

Description: The fears within the target's subconscious mind are transformed into terrifying and frightful images that its conscious mind can visualize. The target experiences a horde of phantasmal images swirling around its body, tearing and clawing at it. Those who undergo such a devastating feel will become shaken up, leaving a taste of un morale to attacks and capability to think. When the user is "D" Class, the user is capable of performing this technique off into the distance of thirty meters. When the user is "C" Class, the user is capable of performing this technique off into the distance of forty meters. When the user is "B" Class, the user is capable of performing this technique off into the distance of fifty meters. When the user is "A" Class, the user is capable of performing this technique off into the distance of sixty meters. Description: The target believes that it is suddenly covered by a swarm of thousands of insects. They then suddenly experience the insects biting and stinging at them and burrowing underneath the skin. Driving them into a sudden state of panic. The target freaks out greatly in pain. This technique lasts only as long as the type of class level they are. When they are of course a "D" class warrior, this technique is only capable of having this technique last for as long as one round. For every class the user is higher then that of "D" it increases by two rounds. The user is capable of performing this technique within a radius of fifteen meters, plus ten meters for ever class level they are higher then that of "D".

Effect: For the duration of this technique, the user is capable of seeing, and hearing what the target sees or hears.

Drawback: User must have their hand down along the ground.
Description: The user performs their handseals and places their hands along the ground transferring their chakra through the ground to the targets that may be around. One at a time, the user is capable of seeing certain targets. When the user performs this technique, they are capable of seeing and hearing by the person that is infected. Depending on the Class level of this technique depends on the user's capability in distance the user is capable of performing this technique. The user is capable of hiding while performing this technique. When the user is a "D" Class warrior, they are capable of performing this technique within a distance of thirty meters. For every class level the user is higher then that of "D" class the distance increases by fifteen meters.

Effect: Causes the opponent to believe that a part of their leg is caught within the ground.
Special: "Handseals"
Drawback: The effect is only illusionary, meaning that it does nothing to the opponent if they break the illusion.
Description: Gathering chakra via use of handseals, the shinobi releases this chakra to attack the opponent's brain. The brain, thus affected, will cause an illusion within the mind stimulating the senses of touch, sound, and sight. Within the opponent's vision, a small portion of the ground will gave way underneath either their right of left foot, causing them to lose their balance slightly. They will then find that the ground is seemingly closed again, except now their foot is caught within the ground. Unless dispelled, they become unable to move away from that spot.

Mesesshoku: Karasuseme [Eye contact: Crow Attack ]

Effect: User comes into eye contact with the opponent. The opponent then thinks they are being attacked by crows.

Drawback: Must keep eye contact up to 20 feet away until the victim is affected by the GenJutsu which takes about 2 seconds.
Description: User does the Ram hand seal and builds chakra in his eyes. He then projects the chakra out of his eyes and in to the opponent’s eyes. the chakra makes its way to the brain were it takes affect. to the opponent a flock of crows appears and mauls the enemy. This gives the person performing the jutsu a chance to escape or gain a better position. this jutsu lasts 1-2 turns

Brain Shuffler

Effect: Shuffles the targets information-processing system, making one attack appear to be something very different. Duration: five rounds
Special: "Handseals"
Drawback: Different shuffle sets are not controllable
Description: After finishing the seals, the target is totally immersed in the genjutsu, as well as totally unable to realize that they were affected, as it only shuffles appearances, but all in all still appears real. There are three distinct shuffle sets:
mirror shuffle: the target sees everything in mirror image, an attack from the left actually coming from the right, top actually from bottom, elemental NinJutsu appear opposite of their element.
clutter shuffle: the target sees everything at a completely random setup, much more effective than the mirror shuffle, as an attack from either side could appear to be coming from the bottom or vice versa.
perfect random: the most powerful illusion, in this version a TaiJutsu may not even be so, it could be a ninjutsu, or even a completely different taijutsu. A target trapped in this level of illusion looks like a complete idiot more often than not, guarding from attacks that do not exist.
Limit: Must have Genjutsu specialist to perform clutter or perfect shuffles. Must have the Phantasm Perception.

Drawback: The user must hold the Ram handseal for the duration of the jutsu.
Description: The user performs the handseals, ending with holding the Snake handseal. Without warning and sound, an illusionary snake appears underneath the opponent’s feet and rapidly coils around the opponent before ending with its’ open mouth poised right over the opponent has exposed neck. This jutsu is used to prohibit the opponent’s movement and to induce a large amount of fear in the opponent.

Tenrai Meimu: Eiei Karasu no Bunshin (Divine Illusion: Eternal Raven Clone)

Effect: Creates clones that, when hit, turn into a cluster of illusionary ravens that will fly back together within a turn.

Drawback: Every time the clones re-form requires additional chakra expenditure on the user’s behalf.
Description: The user performs the handseals, creating a much more powerful variation of the Bunshin no Jutsu. These Bunshins, when hit, will fall backwards completely off their feet. Before hitting the ground though, they begin to levitate within the air about an inch from the ground and then, after a few seconds, disperse into a mass of ravens. Within one turn, these Ravens have pieced themselves back together into the regular Bunshin.
