Kaze Ya no Jutsu (Wind Arrow Technique)
Rank: "D"
Skill: NinJutsu
Effect: User is capable of breathing inwards and exerting outwards a large like arrow to pierce into the opponent's body.
Special: User takes in a deep breathe filling their lungs with air.
Drawback: Only one may be created at a time.
Description: The user molds chakra and breathes in. He or she then blows out and an arrow made of wind is shot from the user’s mouth. This arrow may be blocked as it is just a large consumption of wind, however it can not be deflected away. This means that the object must be large in size enough to defend from one against the wind. The size of the arrow is the size of the opponent's mouth with the length of three feet as it can travel up to the distance of twenty meters. This technique is used for short range to steer an opponent away from the user.
Limit: Must have the Wind Release

The Land of Claw was the perfect place to fill the pages of her sketchbook. For one, the landscape was ever-changing, from forest to volcano, to wide open spaces. Right now, she was at the base of the volcano, at the edge of a forest of evergreen trees. She was drawing the top of the volcano from the perspective of the bottom, sketching carefully. She had filled her sketchbook about halfway now, but she wanted to finish the rest of it with sights from the country.
Once she was finished, Kyrene set the sketchbook down on the ground, and stood up to stretch. The sun was behind the volcano, casting a large shadow over her and much of the land around her. It was about time she ate something, but there didn’t seem to be much that she would consider edible. There was only evergreen trees, and the songs of birds in the sky. With a sigh, she scooped up her sketchbook, placed it in her bag, then wandered along the edge of the forest.
She felt like she was walking for awhile, with nothing more to see than evergreen trees. She had already drawn enough of those, so there was no point in stopping. However, in the near distance, there was a circle of apple trees, which really seemed out of place in this forest. Nonetheless, they provided food, so Kyrene didn’t really care about that. As long as the apples weren’t contaminated with poison or disease, apple trees in an evergreen forest were fine to her.
Kyrene reached the trees, glancing up at the apples that dangled far out of her reach. She didn’t want to climb up the tree, as there were easier ways to grab the apples. In fact, she wouldn’t have to move at all; she could use wind to knock an apple down from its tree. She couldn’t use wind needles though, as they would slice the apple into millions of chunks. It was time for a new technique.
Within her body, Kyrene began to mould some chakra. It required no hand seals, which was convenient. She allowed her lungs to fill up with lots of air, so it could mix with the chakra. With this technique, she could blow out air with much more intensity than a human normally could. Best of all, it could travel a much greater distance than normal breath could.
Once she could no longer inhale, Kyrene opened her mouth as wide as she could, tilted her head towards an apple, and breathed outwards. An arrow-shaped blast of wind escape her mouth, traveling rapidly towards the apple. It was there within a moment, but it pierced right through the fruit, causing it to explode. Kyrene only had a little bit of apple juice and chunks hit her, which was frustrating. She needed to control the wind a little bit better, and perhaps have better aim.
Kyrene picked another apple hanging from the tree, and decided to try again. Chakra moulded in her, mixing itself with air and she drew in with one deep breath. Once her lungs could handle no more air, she pushed it out through her mouth, but this time she opened her mouth only a little bit. The circumference of the arrow was reduced, so when it traveled upwards towards the apple, it only sliced through a little bit of the top, freeing it from the tree.
She caught the fruit in her hand, and took a big, satisfying bite from it. It was juicy and fresh, which was nice after a long day. She felt slightly exhausted from working her lungs like that to produce the wind arrow, but the apple was a good reward. Plus, she got a little bit of training out of it, when she could’ve simply materialized herself into her wind form and floated up to the apple.
