Drawback Able to use 3 times a day when first learned. Each time learned after first time user is able to use it one more time. If user uses it passes the number capable, leg muscles cramp dramatically and user is unable to move till medical treatment. May only be used on the ground in a straight line whether facing forward or away.
Description: This jutsu is a high-speed movement technique, allowing a ninja to move short distances at an almost untraceable speed. To an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. A puff of smoke is occasionally used to disguise the user's movements. It is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily boost the user's reflexes. The amount of chakra required depends on the overall distance between the user and their intended destination. When used this technique does not take up any movements. However a user may only use this technique equal to half the amount of their movements per round rounding down. Thus 3 movements user may use it only once per round. 15 movements user may use it 7 times per round without it taking up a movement.
Limit: User must have a Character.
Kawarimi no Jutsu (Body Switch Skill)

Effect: The Replacement technique. A technique where one quickly replaces their body with an animal or an object by making it seem like they were attacked, this usually distracts and confuses an enemy and create a chance to attack.

Drawback: A user may only switch with an object of similar size from the nearby area. A user must perform the jutsu ahead of time, and not within the same round they are attacking in. The Background must be explained correctly in order to perform. The user may not switch with an object on them, only something around them. The technique only works within a distance of five meters from the user. Objects changed may only be of at the most two feet in different fo size. A user may not perform this technique, and perform other techniques after because it gives out the position of the user. This technique does not work on area effect techniques that exceed the user's capabilities of performing Kawarimi no Jutsu (Body Switch Skill)
Description: The Kawarimi no Jutsu, allows a ninja to dodge attacks, whether they are weapons such as kunai, ninjutsu, taijutsu, or any other attack type. Coupled with other jutsu, it can be very effective in confusing your opponent, and catching them off-guard. The only downside, is it often takes a strategic mind to effectively utilize it, not that it can't be useful in the hands of an inexperienced ninja.
Limit: An academy Jutsu that all is capable of performing if they wish to do so.
Nawanuke no Jutsu (Rope Untying Skill)

Description: When using the seals of the Dog, Boar, and Reverse Ram the user quickly transforms into any human or animal that is of size or a few inches smaller, or even a few feet larger. The user at this stage is only capable of holding the form for four turns at a time.

Bacteria, poisons, that are above E-rank (Such as one that can be produced by a clan or person) cannot be stopped
Description: A rather simple Academy technique taught to all students on a universal level as first aid treatment. This technique allows the user to kill very weak bacteria and pathogens which enter into small cuts and slashes. Originated from the fact that children often hurt themselves while playing; receiving small cuts and bruises while doing so. This technique was also created as a method for students to practice the many handseals over and over again.
Once the user performs a the long string of seals, there finger tips glow with blue chakra, which allows them to disinfect wounds. No healing is gained from the cleaning of the users wounds or the wounds of others, except for natural healing. Boo boo's can't be larger then 1 inches long and 1/4 of an inch deep. At that point, a medic and medic jutsus are needed. Stings mildly as well.
The user places their fingers on the small cuts and the chakra will begin to destroy the weak germs

Description: Very similar to Chakra antiseptic. After performing a long string of handseals, the user cups a small amount of water between there hands (Roughly 8fl.oz) and flows there chakra through it. The user baths the water in there chakra for about 6 seconds and kills small and harmful bacteria and pathogens in water. Water being such an essential source of life, its necessary for everyone to know this technique (taught usually during academy survival classes). The user can only purify the water in which they cup and cannot clean highly toxic/poisoned water. The water purified is usually water retrieved from nearby lakes, rivers of even puddles. The user can purify bottles of water if they wish, placing there hands on a filled bottle of water and letting the chakra do the task for them once more. This technique only kills minor bacteria, it does not stop poisons or other type of toxins.

Genjutsu Kaishou (Genjutsu Cancellation)

Effect: The user disrupts the chakra flow within his/her own body to escape a Genjutsu.

Drawback: The technique has predetermined failure rates for each skill level. The technique can only be used twice per battle.
Description: Genjutsu Kaishou is a Ninjutsu technique that allows the user to negate the effects of an enemy's Genjutsu in order to escape. Once the handseals have been formed, the user would create a disrupting flow of chakra in the brain in order to interrupt the Genjutsu and break it. However, the technique does not always work. If the technique fails, the user cannot perform the technique again until the Genjutsu wears off or is aborted by the Genjutsu user.
D-Rank: At this level the user is capable of cancelling out E-Rank Genjutsu and has a failure rate of 80 percent. A dice roll of 81-100 is required for a successful technique.
C-Rank: At this level the user is capable of cancelling out D-Rank and lower Genjutsu and has a failure rate of 75 percent. A dice roll of 76-100 is required for a successful technique.
B-Rank: At this level the user is capable of cancelling out C-Rank and lower Genjutsu and has a failure rate of 70 percent. A dice roll of 71-100 is required for a successful technique.
A-Rank: At this level the user is capable of cancelling out B-Rank and lower Genjutsu and has a failure rate of 65 percent. A dice roll of 66-100 is required for a successful technique.

Bunshin no Jutsu (Clone Skill)

Effect: This technique creates intangible clones of the user. The clones are simply illusions and will dissipate when they come into contact with something.
Special: Tiger, Boar, Ox, Dog or Ram, Snake, Tiger.
Drawback: The illusions can be seen through Chakra seeing techniques. A person with normal eyes can also distinguish the clones from the original, since the clones will not disrupt the area around themselves with their movement (won't kick up dust, crush grass, etc.).
Description: Bunshin no Jutsu creates a clone of the user, which can be used as a means to create a diversion, distraction, or cause confusion. Like Kage Bunshin no Jutsu (Art of the Shadow Doppelganger), these clones will simply disappear if come into contact, but unlike Kage Bunshin, they are substanceless, and thus cannot do any damage. These Clones may be moved around freely and easily to the user's wish.
Limit: Universal Academy technique, must have a perception.
Kakuremino no Jutsu (Magic Cloak of Invisibility Skill)

Drawback: A Child like technique with no true purpose unless the user is quite cunning. The user must have everything covered or else they will be seen.
Description: The user simply takes a cloak and places it around them as they then blend with the background.
Limit: Universal Academy technique, must have a perception. Must have a simple piece of Cloak.

Drawback: Extremely easy to notice. Once spotted, a large exclamation points springs from the user head (only seen by the user). Not very effective in certain areas which do not have card board boxes.
Description: A special genjutsu that allows the user to hide under a card board box. The user can only see through the small holes in the front and back of the box and have very limited moving space. The user can lift the box and walk around with the box ontop of them if the wish to, but if spotted, it would be pretty obvious of what your doing. The user can move the box and settle in any place they wish, attempting to fool opponents. The user may use any box available to them or use their own Magical cloaks
Limit: Universal Academy technique. The user does not gain training points toward Genjutsu perceptions of any type.

Effect: A Fan, a large creation used primarily for creating a breeze that was defined and tuned to allow an opponent use as a deadly weapon. One of the most significant, and perhaps most interesting, uses was as a signaling device.

Description: There are different types of fans with sizes. Some range to the size of the user, and may be used to extend outwards and used for using techniques of the wind variety. Dansen uchiwa (断線団扇, Dansen uchiwa) were large iron fans, sometimes built on a wooden core, which were carried by high-ranking officers. They were used to ward off arrows, as a sunshade, and to signal to troops. Gunsen (軍扇, Gunse?) were folding fans used by the average warriors to cool themselves off. They were made of bronze, brass or a similar metal for the inner spokes, and often used iron for the outer spokes, making them lightweight but strong. Warriors would hang their fans from a variety of places, most typically from the belt or the breastplate, though the latter often impeded the use of a sword or a bow. Saihai (采配, Saihai) were tasseled signalling fans which would be used by a commander to signal troop movements. Tessen (鉄扇, Tessen) were folding fans with outer spokes made of iron which were designed to look like normal, harmless folding fans or solid clubs shaped to look like a closed fan. Samurai could take these to places where swords or other overt weapons were not allowed, and some swordsmanship schools included training in the use of the tessen as a weapon. The tessen was also used for fending off arrows and darts, as a throwing weapon, and as an aid in swimming, like hand-flippers.

Ashi Tenma acts relatively kind to others right now, and is overall a relatively kind and caring person (or so it seems...) He dislikes snobs, people who are overly loud, idiots, and bladed weapons; he enjoys reading, construction, destruction, puppetry, silence, good music, good sake, good food, smoking, and using intellectual skills.Appearance:
[Caring]- Ashi cares deeply for his companions, administering as best he can to their wounds and protecting them in battle. He feels that people who hide their emotions are reclusive and withdrawn.
[Respectful]- Ashi constantly acts in a dignified and noble way, making sure to constantly keep himself in check and not overreact. He has the air of a dignified royal, yet acts affably towards others.
[Thoughtful]- Ashi is constantly questioning the things around him. He prefers figuring things out rather than have them explained to him, and constantly sits and thinks about anything passing through his head.Ashi Tenma is destinde to become a villain. Once he reaches said status, his true demeanor is revealed. He honestly has no respect for the preservation of human life, destroys buildings because he feels they are ugly (with certain exceptions), feels no guilt from killing, and is a cold and calculated killer because of it. He still retains his likes and dislikes, but is overall a much more fearsome person.
[Detatched]- Ashi cares little for others problems, feeling others to be far too noisy and thus unsuitable. He has no concept of right and wrong, and acts the same in the wilds as he does in society.
[Arsonist]- Ashi has developed a love for nature, and so feels that buildings simply detract from the said beauty. He feels no regret in destroying anything, and would walk away from burning hospital without a thought.
[Silent Fury]- Ashi hides his anger, only releasing it onto those who openly battle him. He feels that displaying ones emotions weakens oneself and so rarely displays any form of emotional reaction to any event.
Ashi wears a black hakama over his bare skin and carries a small backpack slung over his left shoulder. He has a pair of green eyes, black hair, and often wears a black trench coat with buttons removed and the sleeves going just past his fingertips. He wears the collar up (Like Aburami) and wears a pair of sandals on his feet. He has a black leather belt that droops over his left hip, and it is covered in his weaponry. He wears his fan sideways across his back, similar to the way Jiraiya wears his scroll. He has pale skin and his hair is cut short, ending right at the nape of his neck. Description: A rather simple Academy technique taught to all students on a universal level as first aid treatment. This technique allows the user to kill very weak bacteria and pathogens which enter into small cuts and slashes. Originated from the fact that children often hurt themselves while playing; receiving small cuts and bruises while doing so. This technique was also created as a method for students to practice the many handseals over and over again.
Once the user performs a the long string of seals, there finger tips glow with blue chakra, which allows them to disinfect wounds. No healing is gained from the cleaning of the users wounds or the wounds of others, except for natural healing. Boo boo's can't be larger then 1 inches long and 1/4 of an inch deep. At that point, a medic and medic jutsus are needed. Stings mildly as well.
The user places their fingers on the small cuts and the chakra will begin to destroy the weak germs

Description: Very similar to Chakra antiseptic. After performing a long string of handseals, the user cups a small amount of water between there hands (Roughly 8fl.oz) and flows there chakra through it. The user baths the water in there chakra for about 6 seconds and kills small and harmful bacteria and pathogens in water. Water being such an essential source of life, its necessary for everyone to know this technique (taught usually during academy survival classes). The user can only purify the water in which they cup and cannot clean highly toxic/poisoned water. The water purified is usually water retrieved from nearby lakes, rivers of even puddles. The user can purify bottles of water if they wish, placing there hands on a filled bottle of water and letting the chakra do the task for them once more. This technique only kills minor bacteria, it does not stop poisons or other type of toxins.

Effect: The user disrupts the chakra flow within his/her own body to escape a Genjutsu.

Drawback: The technique has predetermined failure rates for each skill level. The technique can only be used twice per battle.
Description: Genjutsu Kaishou is a Ninjutsu technique that allows the user to negate the effects of an enemy's Genjutsu in order to escape. Once the handseals have been formed, the user would create a disrupting flow of chakra in the brain in order to interrupt the Genjutsu and break it. However, the technique does not always work. If the technique fails, the user cannot perform the technique again until the Genjutsu wears off or is aborted by the Genjutsu user.
D-Rank: At this level the user is capable of cancelling out E-Rank Genjutsu and has a failure rate of 80 percent. A dice roll of 81-100 is required for a successful technique.
C-Rank: At this level the user is capable of cancelling out D-Rank and lower Genjutsu and has a failure rate of 75 percent. A dice roll of 76-100 is required for a successful technique.
B-Rank: At this level the user is capable of cancelling out C-Rank and lower Genjutsu and has a failure rate of 70 percent. A dice roll of 71-100 is required for a successful technique.
A-Rank: At this level the user is capable of cancelling out B-Rank and lower Genjutsu and has a failure rate of 65 percent. A dice roll of 66-100 is required for a successful technique.

Bunshin no Jutsu (Clone Skill)

Effect: This technique creates intangible clones of the user. The clones are simply illusions and will dissipate when they come into contact with something.
Special: Tiger, Boar, Ox, Dog or Ram, Snake, Tiger.
Drawback: The illusions can be seen through Chakra seeing techniques. A person with normal eyes can also distinguish the clones from the original, since the clones will not disrupt the area around themselves with their movement (won't kick up dust, crush grass, etc.).
Description: Bunshin no Jutsu creates a clone of the user, which can be used as a means to create a diversion, distraction, or cause confusion. Like Kage Bunshin no Jutsu (Art of the Shadow Doppelganger), these clones will simply disappear if come into contact, but unlike Kage Bunshin, they are substanceless, and thus cannot do any damage. These Clones may be moved around freely and easily to the user's wish.

Description: The user simply takes a cloak and places it around them as they then blend with the background.

Drawback: Extremely easy to notice. Once spotted, a large exclamation points springs from the user head (only seen by the user). Not very effective in certain areas which do not have card board boxes.
Description: A special genjutsu that allows the user to hide under a card board box. The user can only see through the small holes in the front and back of the box and have very limited moving space. The user can lift the box and walk around with the box ontop of them if the wish to, but if spotted, it would be pretty obvious of what your doing. The user can move the box and settle in any place they wish, attempting to fool opponents. The user may use any box available to them or use their own Magical cloaks

Description: A Large creation is created as the user performs the necessary handseals for the technique. As the user does so they raise their hand up over their mouth. By taking in a deep, breathe the user fills their lungs with chakra to in, which ignites the moment they blow out air. As the user blows out the creation of fire is made taking the form of a giant dragon like creature. The Dragon is quickly hurled towards the opponent as the dragon swivels and swerves moving like that of a Chinese Dragon. When first learned the Dragon does not explode forth but the very flames oozes out spreading out in all directions that would wrap around the opponent in a blaze of glory. When the user learns the "B" Rank version the user is capable of pushing so much power into the technique to where when it touches the target it is needed it is ignited in a mass blaze of glory, creating a grand explosion.

As the air begins to get full of tar, the tar begins to rub off the crystalization. Finally the user "vomits" the Tar and crystals out of their body, filling their mouth with the foul taste of the tar. This technique doesn't remove all of the tar though. Afterward the user muust regain their breath. But will be able to notice an increase in breathing abillity.

Description: User forms a few handseals and calls forth any remaining smoke that may be around then into a concentrated area to use for other techniques. When the user first learns this technique they are able to call smoke within the distance of 10 meters radius. When the user learns the "C" rank version of this technique the distance increases to 20 meters radius. When the user learns the "B" rank version of this technique the distance increases to 40 meters radius. When the user learns the "A" rank version of this technique the distance increases to 80 meters radius. When the user learns the "S" rank version of this technique the distance increases to 160 meters radius.

Description: Figment Perception creates a false Sensation. When a Figment Technique is perceived everyone feels the same thing, there is no alter, or different versions of a technique from person to person. This means that if a user performs a Figment Perception on a group, everyone feels the exact same Perception. With a Figment Perception if a user wishes to create an affect such as speech, the user must pick the speech first in order for it to speak or else no audible speech will be heard. If intelligible speech is possible, it must be in a language the user can speak. This goes the same with images, a user cannot create an image unless the user knows the image. User can only create figments out of two sensory, sight and sound. Figments cannot cause damage to objects or creatures, support weight, provide nutrition, or provide protection from the elements. Figments are pure illusions, used for distractions, confounding, or delaying enemies. This is not a mind affecting perception.

Hydrou Bunshin no Jutsu [starter]

Effect: The user performs the needed handsigns and then creates what seems to be an ordinary clone. The clone cannot attack and will disappear the second it meets an opponent. When the clone is destroyed two more clones come in the place of the destroyed clone. This can continue infinitely if the clones are continuously destroyed, its purpose to overwhelm the opponent in numbers and cause an effect of invincibility although the clones can do no damage. A simple "Kai" technique can easily get rid of all of the clones when used by a skilled GenJutsu user.

Description: The hydra clone technique looks like a normal bunshin no jutsu, however this is changed as the clone is destroyed and more take it's place, making the technique look like a high level kage bunshin no jutsu when in reality the clones are simple clones that can do no damage.

Ashi comes from a relatively wealthy non-ninja family. However, at a young age, his parent's mansion was burned down by arsonists in an attempt on his father's life. Rather than become a burden to his now poverty stricken parents, Ashi ran away to the Ninja Academy to become a ninja.
He was accepted, and managed to eke out a living. He was a lazy child, and this behavior continued into his training; he much more preferred out thinking than out performing his opponents. He barely made any head way after graduating the academy, and worked in a bookstore in order to fund his rather boring life. He occasionally wrote to his parents, but never got any reply. He recently became more interested in gaining more strength and power, and so is seeking out training and scrolls. Although he stays in the village, he dislikes the ANBU and his inability to leave the city without telling everyone where he is going, so he rarely leaves. But recently, his presence has become noticed more and more by the village gate guards...
