Darui is Randori's middle name. It means "slow", or "sluggish". Oddly enough, his first name means "Chaos". Randori is nowhere near "slow" or "sluggish". In fact, he is quite energetic, and likes to talk.Appearance:
Sometimes, he enjoys talking a little too much. You know that expression "to not use one's freedom is to lose one's freedom?" Well, even if you don't, Randori abuses his privileges. He is usually happy most of the time, but can be quite chaotic and disruptive.
If he had to stay in one place for more than a span of five minutes, his mind would probably be doing a 360 with ideas on how to start more trouble. Trouble is something he likes. It starts things, like fire. It either makes people famous, or hated. He likes that, and wants to be that way.
Randori is a leader as well. He prefers to guide a pack rather than follow it. This is simply because he often has ideas against the one leading a group. For that, he becomes independent and creates his own group. The saying "If you can't beat 'em, join 'em" doesn't apply to him. His response is "Then you find the dirtiest way possible to beat them".
He prefers not to have fights, however. It's not the fact that he would lose them. Randori just prefers to not fight so that he wouldn't be looked against and have more than he would have to deal with. For that reason, Randori tries his best to keep his anger in check.

Rear View
Randori has a simple body build. He isn't necessarily skinny, but he isn't what you would call muscular. His legs are rather large, however, and are attuned for running. If one had to put it, he has a rather agile body build. Shortly put, he isn't skinny, but he isn't ripped or anything like that.
The Sakurai has fine and pale skin. It is not translucent, but far from looking burnt. He has a few scratch marks here on there on it, but it's generally light. His skin tone is very comparable to a light peach.
His face looks very compassionate and angelic. It doesn't resemble any kind of bird of prey. Nor does it look mean or harsh or hostile. There is compassion and laughter in his eyes. There is always at least a faint smile on his face.
On his head is a wild mess of hair. His hair is a dark violet color, so dark that it can almost be mistaken for black. Some say that he doesn't style his hair. It may be true, but he prefers to say that he uses a lot of hair products to spike it out. Who knows?
Randori has an interesting set of clothes. He is always wearing a jacket. The jacket is either an orange or a red color. To him, those colors say "energy", or "fire". On his hands, he wears blue fingerless gloves. Under his jacket, he wears a plain white T-shirt. His ninja headband is located on his waist, worn as a belt. For pants, he wears the usual jeans. On occasion, he wears orange goggles.

Look BelowHistory:
Randori was born in Kaminari no Kuni. His father was part of the famous Sakurai Clan. His mother was part of the Kazeraikou Clan. She had the Ryuugan, and her side of the family hoped that their son would inherit the Ryuugan as well.
On the other hand, his father's side of the family wished for him to be part of the Sakurai Clan. Even though he would only be an outer compound member, they hoped for him to take after the Sansuegan. Truthfully, neither of the parents cared which of the blood limits he would get. So, when he was born with the Sakurai Blood limit, a large feud erupted.
Randori was far too young to remember what happened. His mother would eventually be "cast out" for not fighting her husband about what blood limit he had. Still, that was something she couldn't control. She even told them that, but they wouldn't listen.
On Randori's father's side, he was quite modest about it, and didn't brag. His family however, were happy to know that they would have another Sansuegan user. Neither of the parents could stand their families, so they decided to start anew.
His parents would debate on which village to belong with. Obviously, they wanted to be part of a country that had a ninja village. Neither could stand the thought of their son not being what they were. For either bloodlimit, it would be a disappointment not to have their son be on of them. They thought carefully.
Finally, they decided that they would move to the island nation of Mizugakure. It would be an excellent place to raise a son. The whether was nice and cool, but could get mildly hot when it wanted to be. They wouldn't have to worry about wars from other neighboring ninja villages. Yes, no doubt, it would be the ideal place to go. So, they left, without telling their brothers, sisters or parents.
When they boarded the ship, Randori began to cry. He was only three years of age, or so, but he was already used to the mountainous region of Kumogakure. His mother recalls him vomiting when the ship swayed back and forth.
As Randori grew accustomed to the Village Hidden in the Mist, he enrolled in the ninja academy. He graduated at age twelve. He took a special interest in weapons. It's probably because the Kazeraikous enjoy crafting and forging. Even if he doesn't have the Ryuugan, he is his mother's son.
