Effect: A small tag around the ten centimeters big, which upon triggering causes a small explosion and flames to come from it.

Description: These small tags can be put on objects, tied to kunai or be used in a thousand other ways. Once these tags have the user’s chakra put into them, they can be activated by a simple hand seal. Once activated, an explosion with a diameter of roughly three meters in diameter will be triggered. The delay of the explosion is all up to the user, though it cannot exceed the ten seconds.

Description: An item used to hold rope. It appears as a three dimensional donut shape, inflated like an inner tube. ‘D’ ranked versions of this item are three inches wide, have a diameter of seven inches, and may carry up to ten slots of Wire, or Rope. ‘C’ ranked versions of this item are four inches wide, have a diameter of nine inches, and may carry up to twenty slots of Wire, or Rope. ‘B’ ranked versions of this item are five inches wide, and have a diameter of eleven inches. This item works by use of a small crank, which is located on one side, that pulls rope into the pouch, locking it into place. It is capable of carrying thirty slots of rope. Rope being pulled in fits snuggly, as it’s held around a center bar, before being tied in by itself. Description: An umbrella or parasol (sometimes colloquially, brolly, or bumbershoot) is a canopy device designed to protect from precipitation or sunlight. The term parasol usually refers to an item designed to protect from the sun, and umbrella refers to a device more suited to protect from rain. A combat umbrella intended for use on multiple opponents. It resembles a modern-day umbrella, but when spun fast and launched into the air, it literally rains death on opponents by firing many needles. Konno has always been a free spirt. He along history of sibling rivalry with his brother he trains all the time from little stuff while watching his brother train to fighting with his brother. Konno loves to work hard but also likes to walk around the village at night when everybody is inside. Especially on the nights when it was raining. Konno loves to eat and enjoys beating his younger brother at pai sho.Appearance:
Konno has shoulder length black hair and light blue eyes that have specs of dark blue in them. He has a well balanced face with his eyebrows, and ears pierced with silver.Bloodlimit: N/a
He wears a cloak with a hood on it. The cloak extends all the way to the ground. It is loose in the front though so it allows him freedom to move any way necessary. The sleeves of the cloak are long enough and wide enough to allow Konno freedom to make hand signs and not worry about them being seen.
Underneath the light blue cloak is camouflage BDU's and a tactical vest with kanaami underneath.

Description: The user completes the handseals and sends their chakra up the umbrellas pole and then combines it with the water on top of the canopy (rain is a good water source for this jutsu) then shapes it into about fifty small needles (10 slots) of equivalent size shape and weight to senbon, these needles can then be used for parasol fighter techniques that require the umbrella use senbon either in addition (eg: 10 slots of senbon and 10 slots of water needles in the senbon shower) or instead should the umbrella be empty (eg. 0 slots of senbon and 10 slots of water needles), you cannot not use the water needles for a technique that needs senbon, with an additional C rank training of this technique it can be used for amagara as well, the justu can make water needles for only one parasol or amagasa at a time

Effect: A technique where the user hides within the ground for a brief moment to surprise attack the opponent from under ground.

Description: The user takes the time to push into the ground by using their Earth Release. The user pushes into the ground quickly so that to be used against the opponent later on. The user at this point cannot necessarily move within the ground at this moment, but the user does know by feel of when an opponent is right above. When an opponent is right under the user reaches up to take the opponent and drag them back down to the ground in one fell swoop without movement or notice. The opponent is unable to move for one post and the user is capable of slamming out of the ground with one movement.

Daichi Kangoku No Jutsu (Earth Prison Technique)

Effect: Raises Earth in a circle radius around the person of the user's choice. It can have a maximum base diameter of 3 meters.
Special: Hanseals, Hold Rabbit
Drawback: The earth prison is not closed at the top, so it is possible for the victim to escape.
Description: Earth rises up around the targeted person quickly to a maximum height of 10 feet, trapping them inside. At D rank this technique is little more then a distraction or simple defense, only able to absorb a simple "D" ranked attack before it crumbles. Only the part that is attacked will collapse, unless the structural integrity of the entire prison is compromised. At C rank it becomes much harder and resists attacks better, but with persistence victim can break free (1 C rank). At B rank the prison is extremely hard and thick, made of solid rock. It is very difficult to break and will reflect most ninjutsu techniques back upon the victim. Although this attack is only B ranked, its is extremely tough and will stand up to most jutsu, including all B ranked techniques. Piercing jutsu will be most effective in breaking the wall.
Limit: Earth release, C rank requires rock creation "C", B rank requires rock creation "B".
Ijou Nobebou Ochiiru (Surrounding Bars of Entrapment)

Skill: Ninjutsu
Effect: Bars of earth will grow out of the walls inside of an earth prison, further trapping the enemy and hindering movement.
Special: "Handseals", place your hand on the outside of the prison.
Drawback: You must keep your hand pressed against the outside of the prison so that they jutsu will be accurate and successful.
Description: In order to seal the movements of an opponent that has been trapped by the earth prison it is possible to create bars inside the prison that will restrict movement and prevent escape. You must press your hand against the side after performing the handseals and multiple bars of earth will grow at once, each attempting to complete a solid connection between walls that would provide less space for the enemy to move and with enough bars could completely restrict their movement. These bars each grow at about half the speed of a thrown kunai. Multiple bars are created at once and more can continue to be created until the user is satisfied that the enemy's movement has been properly restricted. At D rank the bars can only withstand the force of one D ranked attack before breaking. At C rank the durability improves to one C ranked attack before breaking, and the bars grow a bit faster.

Description: The user runs forward, then jams their parasol into the ground and puts all their weight on it, the user then vaults themselves forward and goes into a long range and very powerful kick (similer to dynamic entry).

Konno was raised on the out skirts of the Rain Village. He lived with his father, mother, and brother Nakajima. At the age of 4 Konno mother died due to a fatel illness that the medical ninja could not heal. From that point on Konno and his brother Nakajima began training with their father in the ways of a ninja. At the start Konno was far better at everything Their father could throw at them.
When Konno 8 years old he and his brother Nakajima are out training to see who was better so far in their lives. The fight started out with Konno throwing a kunai at his brother, but he did it in a way that made him look cool. Nakajima just came running straight in trying to throw Konno off balance. Nakajima dodged Konno's Kunai with practiced ease and with a 4 hit combo that knocked Konno to the ground. Konno hit the ground hard and was shocked when Nakajima kept punching and kick Konno without stoping until finally Dad came out and stopped the fight. Konno had a broken jaw a collar bone and three ribs while Nakajima only had a couple broken knuckles. Konno was so shocked when Dad said that Konno would no longer be able to match his brother in hand to hand combat. Konno got jealous when Nakajima was being giving private class by Dad and he felt that he needed to work more on his fighting skill. But after many fights Konno realized that his talents where more Jutsu based.
Two years later Konno and Nakajima where enrolled at the academy Konno was now 10 years old. Now Konno was far superior to his brother in Ninjutsu. Now his brother had dropped out of school and left the village to find a suitable fighting teacher his brother ended up going to some hermit north of the village. During this time Konno decided to begin learning the villages unique fighting style using the amagasa.
One day after graduating from the academy Konno now 13 and was sitting in the house that he was left when his father died. Konno was amazed when his brother walked into the door. Konno rising without a word punched Nakajima in the mouth. Nakajima hit the ground Konno said,"That was for dropping out of the academy and leaving the village, and this is for what I am about to tell you." Reaching out Konno helped Nakajima off the ground,"Dad died while he was out on a mission. Nakajima looked heartbroken. Then Nakajima looked to Konno and asked him how he could become a ninja. Konno said he had no idea. A few days later Nakajima enrolled in the academy and went on to pass his class and earn his head band. Now that Konno and his little brother where ninjas they could plan there lives and live them together.
