Kuragari believes in personal freedom. He will happily cause trouble to do good overall. He doesn't like being tied down to one place, this is part of the reason he doesn't work well in a team. He is a hard worker and enjoys learning new things. He is very intelligent for his age and quite advanced in the form of chakra control. Although he has little trust in his home nation and village. He loves music, it makes him feel at peace. He often spends his days in his house painting with his music on full blast. Although he is a hard worker, he loves lazy days. Unless theres some personal gain in what he does he tends not to do it. Although he will help others if he wants to.
Appearance:
Kuragari has medium length, perfectly straight, Jet Black hair, with read tips along the back. His hair is cut into a side fringe. He wears a forehead protector with a black strap in the classic style.
He wears a black neck warmer, that can be pulled up over his face. He wears a skin-tight, black, sleeveless top. He also wears his fathers long, fingerless ANBU gloves, that come a quarter of the way up his bicep. Along with his fathers ANBU arm guards. He wears a pair of black long shorts, with his shuriken holster on his right leg, and a medium sized bag on his belt. He wears basic black, toeless nin shoes. Effect: A skill that lets the user draw in amazing detail and speed.
Description: This technique cannot be classified as a Nin, Gen, or Taijutsu because it is not a technique but rather a developed skill for members of the Li Clan. It allows them to draw what they see or from memory with exact detail and amazing speed. This is the clan’s most basic technique needed for them to use most clan jutsus.

Choju Giga (Super Beast Imitation Picture)

Description: Sai draws creatures on his sketchpad, and then uses this technique to bring them to life. They can act as they normally would (for example, a bird can be used for espionage or flight, while a tiger would attack his target), or he can control them for other purposes.
Effect:
- Stage 1: The user of this technique is able to create multiple small to large creatures such as insects, birds, rodents, small cats and dogs, tigers, lions, large snakes, bears, etc. With a maximum of twenty at once for small creatures and six at once for large. This is the standard level of Choju Giga available to most Genin and Chuunin.
- Stage 2: The user of this technique is able to create huge creatures such as large dragons, birds for flight, and various other creatures. With a maximum of two at once. This is the next and final level of Choju Giga available to most Jounin.

Sumi Bunshin no Jutsu (Ink Replication)

Description:Creates one or more identical copies of the user out of ink. More similar to Kage Bunshin no Jutsu (Shadow Clone Technique) than to a normal Bunshin no Jutsu (Clone Technique), these clones are capable of attacking, except for the fact that each clone's strength is only one-tenth of the user. The clones will disappear when enough damage has been done, which is usually after one hit.
Sumi Shunshin no Jutsu (Ink Body Flicker Technique)

Description: A high-speed movement technique. It is described as 'appearing with the wind and disappearing like the wind.' It's a very basic jutsu and it appears that most shinobi above Genin-rank know it.
Using chakra to activate the body, the user is able to move from one point to another with extreme speeds. This super-fast movement is almost impossible to see with the naked eye. To a normal person, it would seem as if the user has teleported. The amount of Chakra used depends on the distance and elevation between the user and the destination.
Katon: Sumiiro Nenshou (Ink-Black Combustion)

Effect: The user expels a stream of highly-flammable, sticky, black ink from their mouth that clings to the opponent and anything else it lands on. Resulting in an explosion.

Drawback: Caution is needed when using this technique as the ink clings to everything, and distance between the user and opponent is vital as to not get caught in the resulting explosion.
Description: The user focuses chakra to their stomach and expels a long stream of flammable, sticky, black ink. The ink is so sticky that it will cling to anything like glue, and if the opponent steps into it, they will be stuck in place. Immediately after the ink is expelled the user clicks their teeth, resulting in the ink igniting and a small-localized explosion. Due to the color of the ink, the flames will be pitch black in color.
Limit: Clan Jutsu.
Sumi Tobidougu (Hidden Ink Projectile Weapons)

Effect: The user spits out wads of ink that become projectile weapons as they fly to the target.

Drawback: Attack can be dodged or avoided by opponents.
Description: Focusing chakra into their throat the user can spit out wads of ink at the target. The ink forms into projectile weapons of the user’s choice such as: Kunai, Senbon Needles, Shuriken, Kamas, etc. After the attack hits a target it will instantly dissolve back into it’s liquid state, and evaporate away as to leave no trace. There is a limit of 10 projectiles for Genin, 15 for Chuunin, and 20 for Jounin.
Limit: Clan Jutsu.

Kagemane no Jutsu, 影真似の術 (Shadow Imitation Technique)

Skill: NinJutsu
Effect: The signature move of the Nara family, this jutsu allows the user to control their own shadow and merge it with their opponent's shadow, combining them. This links the movements of the user with the target; the target is subsequently forced to make any movement the user makes. It is an extremely versatile technique, as the user can contract and change the shape of their shadow, potentially grabbing multiple targets at once. The degree to which the user's shadow can be stretched is limited by its total surface area.
Special: Seals are used but unknown.
Drawback: Must Be Learned Multiple times in order to truly achieve something grand.
Description: Using the shadows of other objects, the user can extend their shadow beyond its normal range. The amount of time for which an opponent can be held is limited by the user's chakra, since the user must constantly maintain the jutsu. The jutsu is also more difficult to maintain at greater ranges or for multiple opponents, since the user's shadow must be stretched constantly. At closer ranges, it requires considerably less effort on the user's part. Additionally, the target can force their way free with enough effort, though the amount of effort required to do so is considerable. There are two tables or understandings for this technique that consists of the Difficulty class of the User as well as the Opponent, and as to how far the user is capable of using this technique. When first learned the user is only capable of using this technique at a distance of ten meters. Each time this technique is learned the distance increases by another Ten Meters. The user is capable of making their shadow split and by doing so takes up the distance of the total form of the original technique. This means that if a user has this technique to where they can use thirty meters and wishes to make this technique split to three shadows the maximum distance is ten meters per shadow.
Difficulty on Escaping: If the user is the same Difficulty Class as that of the opponent, it takes five rounds for the user to be capable of escaping if they try to escape the whole time. For every rank higher the user is from the opponent the technique lasts for one more round. For every rank the user is below the opponent the number of rounds decrease by one. Now for every two people you trap the technique decreases by holding by one round. This means that if you are a D-Difficulty Class, fighting against two D-Difficulty classes and achieved to where you have caught both of them, you can only hold them for four rounds.

Katon - Goukakyuu no Jutsu (Great Fireball Technique)

Effect: The user is capable of performing a few handseals in which gives them the capability of blowing a large body of fire in size of a large sphere that has great fire proportions and explosive capabilities.

Drawback: Depending on the Rank, is dependent on how strong or how much the user is capable of doing with the Goukakyuu no Jutsu.
Description: The user quickly performs a few handseals. The user then places the hand over their mouth creating a small like circle. This technique in turn is then to help the user control the great flame. The use then blows out and creates a large fireball that twice the size of a normal human body. When the "C" Rank version is first learned the user is only capable of blowing out the Great Fireball that is can not be moved or go anywhere else. This also means that the technique does not explode in a fieiry explosion, but burns greatly to anyone that is caught within the technique. When the user learns the "B" Rank version then the user is capable blowing the Great Fireball into the distance, sending it away from the use it to hurl towards the very opponent. This technique is only capable of going into a straight line and this is capable of having the size three times the size of a human body. This technique when launched at an opponent then becomes dangerous because at this point the technique can explode causing even more devastating damage.

Earth Release Skll (Doton no Jutsu)
Doton Soushi no Jutsu (Rock Creation Technique)

Effect: A technique where the user takes the time to formulate, or create Rock in order to use other types of techniques for great usages.

Drawback: Must be learned more and more in order to be capable of performing better, and capable of producing more Rock like formations for other types of techniques. Can not be used on Sand
Description: What occurs is that the user takes the time to push down into the ground their own chakra. As the user does this the user takes the earth like materials found within the ground which is the components of soil as they begin to formulate and harden them all around in order to create harden rock like materials. The user may slam their hands against the ground in order to use this technique or just by pushing their chakra down to the ground. A user can gain the capability of grabbing onto the very ground and molding a piece of earth into a hardened like rock. The more the user learns and the higher the Difficulty class the user becomes the more they are capable of mastering this type of technique. When first learned the user is only capable of formulating rock into the size of their hand. When the user learns the "C" Rank version this type increases to five meters in radius. Each time learned after that the distance increases by ten feet giving a total distance of thirty five meters in a radius distance. For each Difficulty class the User is the larger number this distance becomes. Each Difficulty class after C The distance increases by Ten meters. This means that if a user becomes S Rank in Difficulty Class and learns the S Rank Version of this technique the user is capable of formulating Rock within a Seventy Five meters Radius.

Doton - Shinjuu Zanshu no Jutsu (Double Suicide Decapitation Technique)

Effect: A technique where the user hides within the ground for a brief moment to surprise attack the opponent from under ground.

Drawback: ---
Description: The user takes the time to push into the ground by using their Earth Release. The user pushes into the ground quickly so that to be used against the opponent later on. The user at this point can not neccessarily move within the ground at this moment, but the user does know by feel of when an opponent is right above. When an opponent is right under the user reaches up to take the opponent and drag them back down to the ground in one fell swoop without movement or notice. The opponent is unable to move for one post and the user is capable of slamming out of the ground with one movement.

Henge No Jutsu

Effect: Allows the user to transform into an inanimated object (Non Moving) into the size of user while size of an animal or human decreases.
Special: Dog, Boar, Reverse Ram
Drawback: You can never gain the attributes of what you turn into. You are only capable of transforming into a human or animal that is of size, or few feet smaller. If hit once the user immediatly reverts back to their original state. If you transform into an inanimated object you can not move in any way for are transforming into something that can not move. The only way an inanimated object can move is if someone moves it for them. In animated objects in Henge does not have the ability to do or use jutsus.
Description: When using the seals of the Dog, Boar, and Reverse Ram the user cam quickly transform into any human, animal that is of size or a few feet smaller, or even a foot or two larger then before. At this level the user is capable of transforming into an object that is of size or a few inches smaller. The user at this stage is only capable of holding the form for five turns if transforming using E Henge, and Four Turns using D Henge at a time.

History:
Kuragari lived in a happy family. One of the branches of the Li family. His mother loved to paint and his father was an ANBU. He also lived with a brother who was 5 years his senior. They lived just within the village wall in a small house. The house was filled with artistic workings of his mother.
Kuragari entered the academy at the age of 5. He slowly learned how to control his chakra and fight. He concentrated well in class obsessed with becoming a top ninja and joining the ANBU like his father. He learnt all about ninja tactics and how to think like a ninja.
At the age of seven Kuragari's mother and father told him about the clan jutsus. He loved this idea, he had always been an artist at heart. His mother would teach him how to draw, and his father would teach him how to manipulate his chakra, to bring the drawings to life.
When Kuragari was just 10 his father was reporting M.I.A on an important ANBU mission, involving a group of rouge nin, all that returned were his gloves and arm guards. Kuragari took this news badly, he was now even more determined to become a top class ninja. He always wore his father gloves and armguards for good luck.
When he was twelve he graduated the academy. His mother told him something he would never forget that day. His father hadn't been on a mission the day he died. He had been accused of being a traitor and was tortured until dead. Kuragari, felt this was a massive injustice, his father was no traitor and had been murdered by his own village for no reason at all.
Kuragari quickly lost faith in his village. He didn't trust the higher ranked officials. He spent two years of his life causing trouble. Then when he was 14 his mother was taken away by Black Ops and never seen again. Kuragari knew she had suffered the same fate as his father. He began to lose more and more faith.
He is still living in the village 1 year on with his brother. determined to get some sort of justice for the death of his parents.
