[SECOND POST]
The bubbling water would lie below his feet as he contemplated trying the technique one more time. He wasn't sure he would have enough energy to have it in him though. There was already enough training being done for the day that he could be winded by the situation. He would think about the reactions his body would take into consideration before he pulled it off. Though regardless, he would make up his mind and decided to put his healthiness in jeopardy.
Though he wasn't as healthy as he would want to be, he still ventured out into the rain when he wasn't supposed to. Though he never does what he's actually supposed to. He would begin to do the handseals as the colors of chakra began to flourish around his arms, the first time he's seen something along these lines. He almost took a step back from amazement of the color, making an aura around him. He channeled it into his body and calmed it, leaving him with a question mark above his head.
Channeling the chakra to the bottom of his legs, he could feel it tingle at his hair, and making it stick up on its ends. His pants would begin to flicker in the wind as it blew by, almost making him lose his concentration. Yet the rain kept falling to the floor, and retracting around his feet, as if he was a magnet to the water. Unsurprised Deibi would continue doing what he was doing.
Shooting his chakra to his toes, and out of his shoes straight into the ground, he could feel it escape him. As it poured into the ground, the water below him began to bubble once more. He would visualize the shark in his head already, holding the handseals and pressing up, attempting to get the water to rise from the ground. He would try his very best to get it to levitate, and after a long while of morphing his chakra he would get a result from his trying.
Multiple flakes of water began to flicker from the small puddle lying below his feet, and milk their way up to the space in front of Deibi's face. Surprising him, more of it would enter the air in front of his face. He would close his eyes and envision the water morphing together to make one big blob. Yet after just about three minutes of channeling the water through the air, he would quickly run clean of chakra, and his his hands and feet against the ground. He would hold his stomach as he breathed heavily.
