A Clearing in The Mist (1 vs. 1) (Invite)

In Mashimizu there are a couple alleyways that get no attention from anyone. They are a good place to lie about and sit. There is alittle crime there, but a trained shinobi has nothing to worry about. You won't fins someone there unless your looking for trouble. A brawl won't get reported. So it is a good, yet unused, place for trouble.

Daichi was hanging around in the alley ways. He was getting his headband well hidden in his pocket. He was adjusting it's setup so that it wouldn't fall out. he didn't need to alert people of a Amenin among them. Afterall, most ninja weren;t allowed to travel with there headband.

For a couple seconds Daichi took out his headband to look at it. It was hard to believe it had not been long ago when he graduated from the academy. He felt so much stronger now. Now all he wanted was to restore order to mist. Or take order from all other ivllages. Yet destuction was not his nindo. Realising he had been gaping t his headband to long, he stowed it away in his pocket. He looked down the alley and saw someone. They might of seen his headband!

OOC: May I ask whether this is a DE or NDE thread? Hopefully its DE so I can get some NDE missions done in Sand. And IIC 2 days is fine.

Getting sick of nature I wanted to take a break from all the swamps, lakes and rivers. Seeing water everywhere should be exciting for me as my home place is a desert but not this time round as there is really too much marine life, though I did collect some water to fill up my gourd tied to my back. With a katana and a butt bag filled with 14 kunai, I was ready to roll against any threats. Wanting to find something more modern around here I found myself walking towards an alleyway.

The alleyway seems to be about 20 meters wide and 100 meters long, just enough for my red orbs to cover the whole area. Walking into it I spotted a ninja looking at his headband awkwardly and then quickly putting it in his pocket. Being curious of the situation I wanted to find out who I was dealing with as he seems to notice me too. Walking towards him carefully in case he tries anything, 20 meters from him I would ask,

"A shinobi eh?
May I ask what village are you from? And what are you doing in this place?"

Tasukeru (Seeing Life)
Rank: C, B, A, S
Skill: Doujutsu
Effect: Allows a full three hundred and sixty (360) degree field of vision and some predictability to physical attacks. Unlike Byakugan, the user sees life in its normal colors during this tech, no details spared. Signs of life, thermal readings and X Ray vision is near perfect. Can also read a determine the difference of a regular shinobi to that of one with a bloodline or if they house any foreign presence by the different chakra waves displayed when observed through Tasukeru. This does not mean one knows the BL right away. Must have encountered the BL before in order to know exactly who they are. The ‘C’ ranked version grants the user up to 50 meters of observing. Each new rank for the Jutsu will add 50 more meters. This can be trained multiple times after all the ranks are achieved in order to add 50 meters onto one’s total. Each extra training is worth an S ranked training.
Special: Although one is born with this jutsu, one must activate the eyes through training.
Drawback: Heavy chakra drain over time, especially when multiple phases of the Tasukeru are accessed. While Taijutsu can be predicted, the Onigami are not designed to have fast twitch muscles. As such, perfect blocking simply won’t happen all the time.
Description: Summoned through will, the scarlet eyes of the Onigami will grow a very vibrant neon red and all life becomes theirs to fully observe. Once activated, the user has a three hundred and sixty (360) degree field of vision, as well as the ability to see into other people’s bloods. For those allied to an Onigami, this jutsu is revered for making the Onigami known as the ultimate scouts.
Limit: Must be part of the Onigami BL.

I look the man in the eyes. His glowing, red, freaky eyes. I wonder what the freaky tings could be doing. A word from my younger days pops into my head. My sister told me something about called the Uchiha. They had some jutsu called the Sharingan. It allowed the user to … imitate motion? Analyze a battle perfectly? It must be something along those lines. Wait. Did the Sharingan glow? I don’t think so. What could this eye be?

Yet this wasn’t high on my priority list. This man saw my headband. He knew I was a shinobi. He could be a Mizunin come to arrest any out of place shinobi. Heck he could be a shinboi hunter. He could be after missing ninjas. He could be after me because I have my headband which ninja aren’t supposed to have when they are hanging out outside of the village. Unless the go missing. Quite the pickle.

“I am a Shinobi.” I was terrified to say this. I only got the courage when I reached down to the scroll in my pack. I reminded myself that I could summon my weapons at any time. It was like my sister was patting my back and encouraging me. I was prepared to tell this man and attack him if necessary. “ I am from Amegakure no Sato. And you?” I said that as quickly as possible so he could not wimp out.

As a final act of courage I picked up his scroll and held it tightly in his right hand. HE was prepared to do whatever was necessary. I just hoped it wasn’t violence.

OOC: Right I won't, I just need that headband. Yeah first person is good. I use it cause it could express my character more though the downside is its hard to describe the surroundings and all.

It wasn't everyday that you get to meet a foreign shinobi face to face. I had always wondered how different the other villages ninja would look like and I can say they all look the same as we are human beings after all. Well you can't blame me as I basically live in the deserts where sand is the only thing I can see. Seeing him reached for something behind him would make me cautious of the ninja, well if he is looking for a fight I am definitely up for it, seeking for my blade with my left hand. But I stopped as a thought hit me, thinking about it we still don't know each other motives so I calmed myself down to see whether this situation is negotiable or not, blood need not be necessary.

"Koro~ I came from the proud deserts of Sunagakure, where the lands are challenging and tough but I survived with a piece of bun everyday. A headband outside of your village certainly seems weird but I won't ask as I don't want to be a busybody. You see that thing which is suppose to be on your head should be on my collection box so hand it over nicely and I can offer you something else, something much better than that loose metal."

“You may be from Sungakure with harsh desserts.” I say with shaky and fleeting courage. “Yet I am from Amegakure No Sato. Where the buildings are rubble and dead bodies line the streets. You live on a bun when I live often on squirrels from the forest. Only a true shinobi could steal my headband. I will not surrender it.” Only my weapon scroll provided me the courage to deal with the other shinobi. The sealed weapons provide me with the small shelter in a sea of nervousness.

I was slightly curios about this foreign ninja. But if he wanted to steal my headband he would have to die. I am following in my sister’s footsteps. She may be dead, but I still live in the rubble of her apartment. I still use the weapons she gave me. So I shall never surrender my shinobi status unless something forces me to. My sister doesn’t want me to die. SO I won’t die to be from Amegakure. I will do anything up to dying. Let’s see if this ninja really will take my headband. I sure won’t surrender it

I unfurl my weapon scroll. I don’t want to attack this guy. I just saw him grabbing at a knife. I don’t want to fight. I just don’t want to be attacked. Why was I stupid enough to leave my headband out? I could of totally avoided this awkward interaction. This guy was clearly stronger than me. He was also older then me. But could I take a guy with a toad hat on his head seriously? Maybe he was some kind of joke. I sure hope so.

Hearing the foreign ninja making a decision to not surrender his headband sadden me as I thought that would be the easy way out. But I admire his courage though, not backing down from a person wearing a frog hat should be admirable and that's what I am looking for in a Sand Ninja. Opps, I spilled some of the beans, but that's okay as all this was just my thoughts after all. But seeing him with his weapon scroll signaled me to attack as I could really be defeated with this narrow space and all, not wanting to make any mistakes I readied myself.

It seems like he is hesitant to attack but the cunning me would do so as I quickly formed the handseals required for a genjutsu. The blade was only a decoy to make him think I would use taijutsu and it should be a surprise to him when he is dealt with the illusions. I did take precaution of the weapon scroll of his as I readied my tongue in case of any weapons he may use. Planning ahead was the basic steps of a true shinobi and that what I am aiming to be, declaring it with a short and sweet sentence as the genjutsu takes effect:

I wouldn notice the sequence of handseals. As they started I thought I saw the tiger sign. That normally meant fire release. That was bad news. I now regret never learning the water techniques that many ninja from my village chose to use. When I duck down I stay down. Until I fail to feel any heat. After which I would look up and see lights. For a split second i would step forward, fascinated.

But why chase it? I don't want to scare it away. I'll just watch it from here. I put my hands in my pockets and watched the beautiful display of colors. It seemed like a new mist was made. A mist of colors and other amazing things. The man dressed up as a frog was a minor detail in the back of my mind. The huge alley I was in didn't matter. The only thing that could brake my focus was pain or something else more devastating. Or pleasant.

As I saw the foreign shinobi entranced by the magical colors I knew that my genjutsu was successful. Closing in on my victim with a shunshin I would then be 10 meters from him. I could kill him but choose not to, as we did have a decent, yet short conversation and furthermore he displayed some sort of courage which is admired by any human beings. Being in a good mood today I would just want that headband from him but there is still something I could offer him, something that may change his life, and I aren't forcing though I will save that for later.

I was within distance as I formed the handseals ending with the Dragon handseals for one of my many Onigami techniques, involving immobilizing of the victim's limbs. [Attempt]Sending chakra by targeting both of the ninja's arms and legs, rendering four of the his limbs useless. It would be pretty hard to break out of that chakra made cocoon as long as I keep my Dragon handseal up. If he was successfully immobilized then the genjutsu would stop, turning him back to reality. And then a question would be asked whether if I had scored a victory:

Effect: A Jutsu that allows a user to rush forward in almost instantaneous speed. Used to draw the user close to the opponent.

Jutsu takes up no movements. User may only use this Jutsu half of the movements may allow in a single round while rounding down. Example: User has 5 movements, user is able to perform Jutsu 2 times per round.

Drawback: Must keep the Dragon handseal. The user must remain still. Can only be used in one target.
Description: The user forms the needed handseals and chooses a target within a ten (10) meters diameter and soon after that a target's limb (user's choice) would be covered by the user's chakra, like a cocoon inmobilizing that limb, due to being covered by chakra it also stops the limb to be able to use chakra. This effect will stay for as long as the user maintains the Dragon handseal. Each C training gives the user the capability to inmobilize another limb.
Limit: Must be part of the Onigami Bloodlimit. Must know Shinkaku (Divinity).

I was depressed. IF this man realesed my legs I might be able to beat him. But why? He could have my dumb headband. My village is a pile of rubble. I've been tricking my self. I stopped finding my sister's hidden notes. I pretend that I am still living in her will. One of her notes told me what to do;

Become A Shinboi to keep yourself alive. Become a better Shinobi until you can support yourself through them. Master these arts until you can support the peole around you. That is my Ninja way [/font] [/size]

But only my hunting supports me. It hardly does that. The only way I help others is through an ocasional lesson in hunting. They might catch a dead squirrel. I am not an asset to society. I can at least listen to this man.

"Well I can take it myself since I know which pocket you put it in" I said as my mouth was open to let out an extended tongue, reaching for the victim's pocket and taking out an Amegakure Headband. Kind of rude to intrude a man's clothes but its all fair game in the ninja world. Continuing my dragon handseal I would continue to negotiate with him, whether I would let him go is still a mystery depending on what he says.

For that offer... Since you are a villageless ninja now without a headband, why not join my village, the mighty Sunagakure. Though we have to talk to the kage about that but I am sure she will be convinced. I have to be frank, it is a hard place to live in with all the sandy deserts and all but at least it toughens you hard to become a better shinobi which I know you have the potential to become. So why not accept this offer but you have to promise me your loyalty."

Seeing them man's tongue reach out and grab my headband, I shuddered. there was nothing natural about that. I wanted to slash at the man's tongue. I would of if I was in better circumstances. I watchced the awkward man as he ade a delibrate request to me. He was creepy, but not unbearably so. He was just an awkward guy that I had bumped into, fought and lost to. A man with an extendable tongue. Not the weirdest thing i've seen. I mean some people get there body parts replaced with pupetry.

The request sparked up something in me. I remebered my sister's ideals. I could go to his Sungakure. Where I could help more people. I coulld use and learn the ninja arts. I could leave the team of survivors in my village. They wouldn't ever find me. I could join a place where there was a ruler who couldband ninja together. I could become a true ninja. In Amegakure the world would crumble. In Sungakure the dessert may be harsh, yet that couldn't compare to the dificultly of a group of warriors with no leader. This setup would allow me to have what I need.

"I shall accept your offer. As long as your Sungakure has a leadder and a governmental order in place I shall go to your village. I will not promise to betray the location oif my village. When you called me without a village you were wrong though. A headband does not leave me out of my village. My village is in no shape to turn down a warrior. Headband or not." Is my long response. I wanted to get all that information out. I would listen politetly to the man, waiting for his answer.

If the man would invite me to follow him, I would respectfully follow him. He was powerful so I wouldn't do anything that may be considered a threat. I would simply follow the man who held my headband. If he forced me to I would reluctantly swear loyalty. Not like words are binding. I don't like to lie, but I can't trust anyone. people try and play nine year olds for fools.

I was delighted to hear that the ninja has accepted my offer as we have a new ninja in Sunagakure and that may call for a celebration but we have no time for that. We aren't exactly in a safe place as we are in enemy territory so we have to move fast. Releasing my dragon handseal I would let him free of my technique though I still remained cautious."You won't regret that decision. My name's Shinn Onigami by the way, they call me the Black Frog in Sunagakure, cool eh? What's yours? I asked politely as we haven't really introduced ourselves after quite a long standoff so why not do it now.

After he had done his introductions I would take off, going out of the alleyway towards my village, expecting the young one to follow and keep up with my pace as he hasn't really been injured at all in the fight thanks to me. So he should be able to follow a guy with a heavy and cool frog hat, "I will guide you along and through the mist later on so keep up, we have a long way to go."
