It was a sunny morning in Otogakure, and Logi returned to the field once more to further his skills in NinJutsu. He pondered whether or not he should take a break from all this raiton training, and do something different, so he did. Logi decided on learning a distractive technique; Something that wouldn't do much damage, but would be strong enough to keep his enemy at bay while he moved about. Taking off his coat, and putting down his katana on a patch of dirt, Logi was now ready to begin training.
He stood in the field, with feet shoulder-width apart. He then proceeded to form these handseals: Snake, Tiger, Monkey, Bird, Monkey, Snake. Making sure he bent his thumbs when performing the tiger handseal, Logi soon finished off the sequence of handseals. Bending his thumbs was important because it's something he didn't do last time he trained, which led to him not being able to perform the technique he was learning properly. Logi concentrated on circulating chakra around his body, but mostly to his hands. The chakra originated from his abdominal area, and was flowing around his body at a slow speed, so slow that it took around 10 seconds for the chakra to reach his chest. He distributed his chakra to his hands, evenly. Logi envisioned the chakra as being a light green color, as to represent the Fuuton element.
Now confident that he had gathered enough chakra, Logi put his hands in front of him, about 10 cm apart. The hands were in an open position, as if he was holding a ball with two hands. He focused his mind on gathering air around him into something more... solid. As he closed his eyes, he began to envision the space between his hands acting like some sort of a vortex that sucked in the air around him, and concentrated it into that one spot, about the size of a football. He focused on compressing the air, to the point that he could actually feel it between his hands. The air itself was almost invisible, but he could see something hazy. The same haziness that you can see on a hot day, in the distance.
Logi now thinking that he had gathered enough air, began to infuse chakra into it. He pictured the chakra that was circulating around his body. He imagined it flowing through his arms, into his hands, and then slowly leaving his body, through his fingertips. Once the chakra left the body, Logi would imagine it fusing with the ball of air he had in between his hands. By fusing with the ball of air, the chakra gave it some structure, making it something that Logi actually felt. The chakra also lowered the haziness effect, so much so, that Logi could now not see the ball of air, only feel it.
Once he had infused the air with chakra, it was soon time to execute the technique. He looked around and saw a tree. It was old, Logi could tell that by just looking at the bark, It was chipping away in some places, and was probably very brittle. Deciding that the tree would be the target of this attack, Logi gazed straight at it. He then imagined the ball of air in between his hands turning into lots of sharp needles. The feeling of the ball regressed, giving Logi the signal to go. He pushed his hands forward as hard as he could towards the tree, and the air needles were now traveling towards it.

LEARNING
- Fuuton Kaze no Senbon (Needles of the Wind)
Rank: "D"
Skill: NinJutsu
Effect: User hurls a mixture of senbon needles in the form of wind to cut into the opponent.
Special: "Handseals"
Drawback: ---
Description: The ninja gathers air with his hands and mixes it with chakra, by doing this he transforms them into sharp and deadly needles. The needles are almost invisible so it is hard for the enemies to see them. This technique may be blocked by large objects, however something small such as a sword, or a staff will allow the needles to seperate still moving towards the object it was originally sent to. Not a powerful technique as the user is capable of hurling up to ten senbon wind needles that gives out minor cuts. However this could be used as a more of a set up technique to allow the user to perform a more dangerous technique.
Limit: Must have the Wind Release
