In truth, the Tenjigoku no Metsuki have a special gland inside their body that secretes a chemical into the air at all times, filling the area within a thirty foot radius with an invisible pheromone. The male pheromone attracts women of course, while the female pheromone attracts men, however the pheromone that a male secretes and a female secretes cancel each other out, thus they are immune to the effects of a Tenjigoku no Metsuki of the opposite sex at all times. This also works on those already effected by the pheromone, thus those effected by the pheromone of the opposite sex can be returned to normal by the pheromone of a Tenjigoku no Metsuki of the same sex, creating a type of counter balance. Homosexuals, male or female, suffer the same effects as heterosexuals. Also, whenever anyone leaves the radius of effect, they become instantly better.

Preperation: Mix the blood of any Tenjigoku no Metsuki with crushed Cherry Blossom flower pedals, the blood can be no older than three hours, let sit for three days. It is the mixing of the glucose of the Cherry Blossom flower pedals that seems to keep the blood fresh, keeping in the traces of the pheromone that would otherwise dissipate within the three hours as the blood coagulates.
Special: 5% chance. Must take the blood of a Tenjigoku no Metsuki.
Description: The blood of a Tenjigoku no Metsuki can be used as a chemical agent for a specific potion, a love potion. Any who drink the blood of a Tenjigoku no Metsuki mixed with crushed cherry blossom flower pedals instantly become infatuated with the first person they see. The only time this will effect those that have drunk of the potion is dealing with the person that they believe they are madly in love with, clouding their mind with lustful thoughts and more love oriented thoughts, making it nearly impossible to raise a hand against that person. However there is an extreme side effect, those that have drunk of the potion become extremely jealous, maliciously attacking anyone of their same sex that even looks at the person they believe they have fallen madly in love with. The potion does lose its effect after three weeks, the person returning to normal with no recollection of what transpired during those very three weeks that they were effected by the potion. Homosexuals, male or female, suffer the same effects as heterosexuals.
Drawback: Instills an extremely violent jealous rage in those that drink it, causing them to become berserk and attack anyone of their same sex that even looks at those they are madly in love with, which can be quite dangerous for everyone.
Cost: It would cost too much for anyone to actually buy one of these potions, since they are so potent, and the fact that they actually make others believe they fell in love.

Effect: This special crossbow is capable of switching its primary effect such as switching it to focus on range instead of power. It can switch to any focus that the user believes is good for the current situation. The modes the crossbow can shift into are: power, speed, accuracy, range, and multi. When the crossbow is switched to Power mode, it is capable of releasing bolts with more strength that can penetrate a thin wall. However, the cost for the power is accuracy. When the crossbow is switched to Speed mode, it is capable of releasing bolts that can move at a high speed, making it hard to see. However, the cost for speed is power. When the crossbow is switched to Accuracy mode, it is capable of releasing bolts that have a 95% chance to hit its target. However, the cost for accuracy is power and speed. When the crossbow is switched to Range mode, it is capable of releasing bolts that can travel twice the distance than normal bolts. Range has no cost. When the crossbow is switched to Multi mode, it is capable of releasing two bolts at once. However, the cost for multi is power, speed, range, and accuracy.

Drawback: To use the different modes, the user must pull off the front piece of the crossbow and switch it with the desired mode piece which may take some time. In order to carry all the accessories, one must have a sack or bag of some sort to hold them in. All the modes have their weaknesses except for range, meaning that the opponent can easily figure out how to dodge the bolts if they are used incorrectly. The maximum distance the crossbow can shoot is 30 meters. (Range & Speed mode)

The crossbow is jet black and has a scope mounted on top above the trigger so the user is able to aim more easily. The front of the crossbow is detachable so it can be replaced with one of its other components. The bolts are loaded into a cylindrical container located at the bottom in front of the trigger that pushes the bolts into place so they can be shot out when the user presses the trigger. This container holds up to 25 bolts. The crossbow is fairly light weighing around 35 lbs and it cannot be used for extremely long ranges for none of its modes are capable of such distances.
Limit: Must be a (Cross)Bowman.
Cost: This crossbow and its accessories can only be bought by special merchants found in the Snow Country, Water country, Earth country, and Wind country. The cost for the crossbow itself is 3,400 Ryo. The power accessory costs 1,200 Ryo. The Speed accessory costs 1,100 Ryo. The Accuracy accessory costs 1,400 Ryo. The Range accessory costs 1,800 Ryo. Personality: Kisuke is the type of person that would rather watch someone die, than to watch them live. For some reason, the sight of death interests him. However, when he is the cause of someone else's death, he feels disgusted and completely loses his interest. He is usually quite until someone approaches him. When they do, he would listen to what they would have to say. From that first encounter, he would basically label them as someone he likes or dislikes.
If he dislikes the person, he will threaten them to leave him be or walk away, depending on how much he dislikes them. If he likes the person, he would talk back, but not much. He has been this cold ever since he made a promise with himself that he would stop the prophecy of his clan.
Appearance:
Kisuke has crimson hair and his eyes are gold. He wears a dark brown Tank shirt and black pants. He has a brown belt and brown fingerless gloves. He has straps around his arm which connect to a mini belt that is located right below his right and left shoulders. On his right arm, under the mini belt, is his clan's Tattoo which is similar to a japanese dragon. He also has a 4-way pair of straps which connect to a button in the middle of his chest. When the button is pressed, it unlocks a strap allowing Kisuke to get his crossbow ready or to strap it back. Kisuke carries a beige sack around with him which is where he keeps his equipment. It has a long thin strap which is wrapped around his Crossbow holder strap so he will have both of his hands free. The sack is almost unecessary because he has few things in there that he could put in his pocket. However, it is a sort of treasure to him because it symbolizes something special in his eyes.

Description: Similar in shape and form to Kageran, this technique allows the user to charge a different flow of chakra to the back of his eyes in order to see through smokes, heavy mists, and fogs. Due to the fact that this skill takes a flow of chakra to the eyes similar to the Kageran, but different, it can't be used at the same time as the Kageran, only one or the other. The user will see as he normally would should the smoke not be there. So if it was a bright day and someone dropped a smoke bomb, the user's sight would not be impaired in the least. If it was night time, however, and someone dropped a smoke bomb, then the user would still be hampered by the darkness, but the smoke wouldn't be an issue.
Limit: Only the Tenjigoku no Metsuki can do this.

Description: Gathering a large amount of Chakra into his hands, the user slams his hands into the ground, mimicking the many Doton techniques that require the connection with the earth, but instead of a wall of earth coming up to protect the shinobi, smoke hisses out of the Chakra that has been gathered to the hands of the user and creates a large field of smoke in the surrounding area. This smoke is by no means magical, nor does it hinder breathing in anyway. It is purely a sight hindrance. The amount of smoke depends on how much Chakra the user has gathered, and considering the fact that the smoke is nothing more than a sight hindrance, the smoke produced can possibly exceed the size of a small town, should the user have that much Chakra. The normal size of this shield, however, is approximately a circle with a radius of 20 feet. The smoke generally dissipates in five posts, this time is unaffected by how skillful the user is.

Effect: The user draws back an arrow and instills it with chakra. The arrow spinning is so strong that it could easily puncture through wood or a thin layer of metal.

Drawback: The spinning arrow makes a lot of noise. A high-pitched whistling noise can be heard from a fair distance and provides a high amount of warning for the opponent. Not effective for assassinations.
Description: Gathering chakra as an arrow is knocked and drawn, the user fires the arrow. The chakra causes high spinning and a high noise, but allows for easy penetration of almost any type of substance. It is extremely damaging and due to the winds being drawn along with the arrow, can cause a forceful push backwards for the target when struck.
Limit: Anybody can learn.
Kentoshittou no Jutsu (Aimed Shot Technique)

Effect: Gathering chakra into the arms and the eyes, the user of this technique basically targets as opponent. When the user pulls out their bow and knocks an arrow, that chakra is instilled into the arrow. Letting the arrow loose, the chakra in the arrow homes in on the target, nearly guaranteeing a hit unless the target uses preventive jutsu.
Special: Dragon, Horse, Ram, Dog seals in that order.
Drawback: This technique uses a lot of chakra. If used more than three times in a day, the arrow will flobble around in the air until it lands, nearly guaranteeing a miss.
Description: The user gathers chakra into his hands and eyes, looking at a target. Then, pulling out his or her bow, the user knocks an arrow and melds the chakra in his hands and eyes into the arrow. When the arrow is loosed, the chakra within the arrow flies in the most direct path towards the opponent.

Description: The arrow looks normal up until the tip part. The tip is flat, similar to a fake arrow. When released from a (Cross)Bow, the arrow can fly for 10 meters before it lands. It moves in an arch pattern so the user has to shoot it at an upward angle.

Personality: Kisuke is the type of person that would rather watch someone die, than to watch them live. For some reason, the sight of death interests him. However, when he is the cause of someone else's death, he feels disgusted and completely loses his interest. He is usually quite until someone approaches him. When they do, he would listen to what they would have to say. From that first encounter, he would basically label them as someone he likes or dislikes.
If he dislikes the person, he will threaten them to leave him be or walk away, depending on how much he dislikes them. If he likes the person, he would talk back, but not much. He has been this cold ever since he made a promise with himself that he would stop the prophecy of his clan.
Appearance:
Kisuke has crimson hair and his eyes are gold. He wears a dark brown Tank shirt and black pants. He has a brown belt and brown fingerless gloves. He has straps around his arm which connect to a mini belt that is located right below his right and left shoulders. On his right arm, under the mini belt, is his clan's Tattoo which is similar to a japanese dragon. He also has a 4-way pair of straps which connect to a button in the middle of his chest. When the button is pressed, it unlocks a strap allowing Kisuke to get his crossbow ready or to strap it back. Kisuke carries a beige sack around with him which is where he keeps his equipment. It has a long thin strap which is wrapped around his Crossbow holder strap so he will have both of his hands free. The sack is almost unecessary because he has few things in there that he could put in his pocket. However, it is a sort of treasure to him because it symbolizes something special in his eyes.

Description: Similar in shape and form to Kageran, this technique allows the user to charge a different flow of chakra to the back of his eyes in order to see through smokes, heavy mists, and fogs. Due to the fact that this skill takes a flow of chakra to the eyes similar to the Kageran, but different, it can't be used at the same time as the Kageran, only one or the other. The user will see as he normally would should the smoke not be there. So if it was a bright day and someone dropped a smoke bomb, the user's sight would not be impaired in the least. If it was night time, however, and someone dropped a smoke bomb, then the user would still be hampered by the darkness, but the smoke wouldn't be an issue.
Limit: Only the Tenjigoku no Metsuki can do this.

Description: Gathering a large amount of Chakra into his hands, the user slams his hands into the ground, mimicking the many Doton techniques that require the connection with the earth, but instead of a wall of earth coming up to protect the shinobi, smoke hisses out of the Chakra that has been gathered to the hands of the user and creates a large field of smoke in the surrounding area. This smoke is by no means magical, nor does it hinder breathing in anyway. It is purely a sight hindrance. The amount of smoke depends on how much Chakra the user has gathered, and considering the fact that the smoke is nothing more than a sight hindrance, the smoke produced can possibly exceed the size of a small town, should the user have that much Chakra. The normal size of this shield, however, is approximately a circle with a radius of 20 feet. The smoke generally dissipates in five posts, this time is unaffected by how skillful the user is.

Effect: The user draws back an arrow and instills it with chakra. When the user releases the arrow, the chakra within the arrow will cause the arrow to spin in a rapid fashion, increasing both velocity and trajectory and allowing a forceful entry into the opponent. The arrow spinning is so strong that it could easily puncture through wood or a thin layer of metal.
Special: Horse, Dog seals in that order.
Drawback: The spinning arrow makes a lot of noise. A high-pitched whistling noise can be heard from a fair distance and provides a high amount of warning for the opponent. Not effective for assassinations.
Description: Gathering chakra as an arrow is knocked and drawn, the user fires the arrow. The chakra causes high spinning and a high noise, but allows for easy penetration of almost any type of substance. It is extremely damaging and due to the winds being drawn along with the arrow, can cause a forceful push backwards for the target when struck.
Limit: Anybody can learn.
Kentoshittou no Jutsu (Aimed Shot Technique)

Effect: Gathering chakra into the arms and the eyes, the user of this technique basically targets as opponent. When the user pulls out their bow and knocks an arrow, that chakra is instilled into the arrow. Letting the arrow loose, the chakra in the arrow homes in on the target, nearly guaranteeing a hit unless the target uses preventive jutsu.
Special: Dragon, Horse, Ram, Dog seals in that order.
Drawback: This technique uses a lot of chakra. If used more than three times in a day, the arrow will flobble around in the air until it lands, nearly guaranteeing a miss.
Description: The user gathers chakra into his hands and eyes, looking at a target. Then, pulling out his or her bow, the user knocks an arrow and melds the chakra in his hands and eyes into the arrow. When the arrow is loosed, the chakra within the arrow flies in the most direct path towards the opponent.
Limit: Anybody could learn.

Drawback: The user is only capable of doing this THREE Times per day after learning it the first time. Each time learned the user is capable of going into this multiple times. Each time learned the user is capable using this technique an extra turn per day. If the user uses this technique more then stated, the user's muscles will cramp and render the user unable to run about.
Description: This jutsu is a high-speed movement technique, allowing a ninja to move short distances at an almost untraceable speed. To an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. A puff of smoke is occasionally used to disguise the user's movements. It is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily boost the user's reflexes. The amount of chakra required depends on the overall distance between the user and their intended destination. Shisui Uchiha, one of the most talented Uchiha, was feared as "Shisui of the Body Flicker" ("Shunshin no Shisui"), likely referring to this technique.
