Question/s on Utsurome Ritual and Seal.

I have a question or two on the Utsurome Ritual and Seal.

1. The Ritual is C ranked, so I'm guessing that a person could start with the Ritual, but what I'm not exactly sure on is, do you need the seal to actually see out of the replaced eye? Basically what I'm getting at is; would it be worth it to start out with the ritual?

2. In the description of the Ritual, it says that it halves doujutsus. Does that apply to the Kamyuja's chaos as well? So with the first stage of chaos, their strength goes up by a half, and speed down by a half? Or does it just mean that they can only see chakra auras with the one eye?

Just like any other questions that I've had before, I appreciate your answers and advice very much,

Heya.

1) From my understanding of it, you need a sealist to place it on you, its not something you can do yourself. The ritual itself is indeed C Rank and you could start with it, however, I believe it is something you need to know so you can perform it on another. Like you can't do the eye surgery yourself, and this whole procedure would be done with you unconscious, thus making the ritual preparation and seal placement someone else's responsibility.

2) I can't really say about the Kamyuja question, though I would say the only thing to be effected by the Utsurome would be the observation of your own aura as it is the most directly related effect to your eye.

Thank you very much for that reply. I really appreciate it. I think I'm actually going to wait to have the surgery, and seal placement done on my character until after I get approved. I'm still not completely sure about the 2nd question, but your answer does make sense. I'd have to ask Heero, or somebody that's completely sure about it to be sure.

2) Kamyuja techs probably don't have any draw back as it's not a prediction or a distance technique. I don't believe any draw backs in strength or speed would occur as it's a physical aspect of the bloodline and the aura reading doesn't really have any battle purpose other than sizing up your opponent really.

Like Jimmy said, it wouldn't effect Chaos. It's just effect that they can only use their aura seeing from one eye instead of two.
