Must move through an opening. Unable to maneuver around obstructing objects. Can't attack while performing any Shunshin or Variation.
Description: User is able to move forward in a straight line along the ground in almost instantaneous untraceable speed while temporarily masking the user's movements within 10 meters. A puff of smoke is occasionally used to disguise the user's movements. It is accomplished by focusing the user's chi along the ankles and foot. User mostly moves just with their ankles and feet. Jutsu takes up no movements. User may only use this Jutsu half of the movements may allow in a single round while rounding down. Example: User has 5 movements, user is able to perform Jutsu 2 times per round.

Description: Simple technique used by channeling chakra to mouth, lungs, ears and eyes. With chakra moved to mouth and lungs the user gathers air from the water and is able breath underwater, chakra guided to ears protects from the aching caused by pressure, lenses of chakra protecting eyes work like swim goggles.

Description: Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to create a Bunshin clone. Unlike a normal Bunshin, the Mizu Bunshin has the ability to interact more with the environment due to it having physical substance. This allows the clone to carry out limited attacks on its target. The range of the clone is limited; however, it can not travel very far from the original body. If the Mizu Bunshin is injured, the clone will usually revert back into its natural water state. When first learned the user is capable of having or capable of creating up to Five Clones. Each time learned the user learns this technique the number of Clones is capable of increasing by one. The maximum amount of clones is Ten for the Difficulty Class of D Rank. For each Difficulty Rank Increase the number increases by five of maximum but learning is still one per learned.

Description: The ninja gathers air with his hands and mixes it with chakra, by doing this he transforms them into sharp and deadly needles. The needles are almost invisible so it is hard for the enemies to see them. This technique may be blocked by large objects, however something small such as a sword, or a staff will allow the needles to seperate still moving towards the object it was originally sent to. Not a powerful technique as the user is capable of hurling up to ten senbon wind needles that gives out minor cuts. However this could be used as a more of a set up technique to allow the user to perform a more dangerous technique.

Kaze Ya no Jutsu (Wind Arrow Technique)

Effect: User is capable of breathing inwards and exerting outwards a large like arrow to pierce into the opponent's body.
Special: User takes in a deep breathe filling their lungs with air.
Drawback: Only one may be created at a time.
Description: The user molds chakra and breathes in. He or she then blows out and an arrow made of wind is shot from the user’s mouth. This arrow may be blocked as it is just a large consumption of wind, however it can not be deflected away. This means that the object must be large in size enough to defend from one against the wind. The size of the arrow is the size of the opponent's mouth with the length of three feet as it can travel up to the distance of twenty meters. This technique is used for short range to steer an opponent away from the user.

Fuuton: Ranboukazenenten (Violent Wind Twisting)

Skill: Ninjutsu
Effect: The user spins on their heels three times, each spin releasing a violent burst of wind from all directions that is used to repel incoming attacks or push enemies away from them.

Drawback: The user can become dizzy after this attack, slowing their reaction times.
Description: The user performs the handseals and then applies chakra to their feet. They thin spin on their heels a total of three times. Each spin releases a violent burst of air that extends about eight feet out. This burst of air is used to displace incoming projectiles and possibly jutsu, depending on the opposing jutsu’s strength and element. (i.e. water or fire would be easy to disperse versus earth which would be difficult due to weight and density). This jutsu is also used to knock opponents who come to close to the user away from them. The user is capable of going into D rank training as many times as they want, each time increasing the number of their spins by one and thus the number of air bursts by one.

Effect: User hurls out a large blast of wind capable of leveling almost anything within its path.

Description: User performs the handseals as they take in a deep breathe. Holding it for a brief moment they quickly exert it as a large blast of air the size of the user's head, and double the length is sent out towards the opponent within the distance of twenty five meters. This technique is capable of crushing an opponent's ribs if hit directly, or capable of dislocating a shoulder if hit along the shoulder. This technique is sometimes used to break down large doors, or to smack an opponent away from the user when the user comes into a bind. Depending on the user's class level depends on the distance this technique may be used. When the user is "D" class the distance is that of twenty five meters. Each class the user is higher then that of "D" The distance increases by five meters. When the user masters the art of wind, the blast increases by doubling it size as the distance is increased by ten meters.

Drawback: It is easy to track down anyone who uses this technique anywhere besides an ice terrain.
Description: By manipulating water molecules and chakra underneath their feet, the user slides across the ground or water as if they were skating on ice allowing them to travel much faster then the average shinobi’s running speed with less strain on their muscles. With each step, the area stepped on is covered with some frost.

Suiton Soushi (Water Creation)

Skill: Ninjutsu
Effect: With this technique the user is able to create water from oxygen in the air for water techniques. When this water is created they can then manipulate the size and shape of the water, controlling it within their radius.
Special: This jutsu can be used as a source of Suiton jutsu without additional handseals.
Drawback: If the water is made for use outside specific jutsu or to manipulate the size/shape of water in their radius, then this jutsu requires handseals.
Description: By using their chakra a Kaishin member can manipulate the molecules in the air and allow them to take the shape and form of water. In doing so the user is capable of performing techniques that require a water source. The amount of water that can be made, as well as the radius depends on the rank of the jutsu. For D rank the user can create up to four cubic meters of water in a radius of four meters. At C rank eight cubic meters and a radius of eight meters. At B rank seventeen cubic meters of water in a radius of fifteen meters. At A rank thirty two cubic meters of water in a radius of twenty meters. At S rank fifty two cubic meters of water in a radius of thirty meters.

Aisu Soushi (Ice Creation)

Effect: With this technique, the user is able to create ice out of any source of water around them.
Special: This jutsu when combined with Suiton Soushi can be used as a source for Hyouton jutsu without additional handseals.
Drawback: The water source must be within their Radius. When controlling or Creating Hyouton outside of Hyouton jutsu then the user must perform the required handseals.
Description: By using their chakra a Kaishin member can lower the temperature around a body of water at an incredible rate to freeze the water into ice instantly; allowing for ice techniques to be used. In order to go into a rank of this technique a member must first learn the water creation technique of the same rank. If one wishes to train into the C rank Ice Creation they must first learn the C rank Water Creation technique and so on. The radius at which ice can be made depends on the rank of the technique. At D rank four meters radius. C rank eight meters radius. B rank fifteen meters radius. A rank twenty meters radius. S rank thirty meters radius.
Limit: Must have Water Creation Technique rank by rank. ex: D for D, C for C, etc. Must have Ice Release. Must be of the Kaishin Bloodlimit.
Kuri Buki (Ice Harden)

Drawback: Learning the ranks of the jutsu requires the specific class to be achieved.
Description: The understanding of this technique allows for a Kaishin user to truly harness the power of ice creation. This technique will determine how hard ice created is. The user must be the same class as the rank of jutsu they wish to learn. This means to learn the B rank version of this technique the user must be B class or higher and so on. At D rank the ice is as solid as regular ice. At C rank the ice is as strong as iron. At B rank the ice is as strong as titanium and cannot be melted with fire techniques below A rank. At A rank the ice is as strong as hard steel and can’t be melted by fire techniques below S rank. At S rank the ice is as strong as adamantine and cannot be melted by fire techniques. This technique is the base of all ice techniques used. The strength of every ice technique depends on this.

Deîpu Furîzu (Deep Freeze)

Skill: NinJutsu
Effect: Utilizing advanced mechanics of the Water Creation and Ice Creation, the user forms a ball of water near the freezing point, before hurling it at the target. Once the ball comes in contact with the target; it freezes on contact.
Special: "Eight Handseals"
Drawback: The user is incapable of moving while performing this technique. In addition the jutsu only moves along a straight line.
Description: Utilizing the Water Creation jutsu, they perform eight handseals before swaying their hand in a circular motion. The swaying of their arms drops the temperature of the created water as it begins to forumlate into a ball within one of the user's hands (preferably the dominate hand but this is not necessary). When the user is ready the ball is hurled at the target. The water in question is at a temperature which is near freezing point and instantly freezes upon contact within a meter radius for the B-rank version. The B-rank version is capable of completely freezing anything within the three meter radius; making this variation a death move requiring death approval.
Limit: Kaishin Bloodlimit, Requires Water Creation and Ice Creation.
Aisu Ken (Ice Blades)

Effect: The user creates one meter long blades of ice attached to their forearms.
Special: Snake
Drawback: --
Description: The user forms the hand seal, focusing chakra along their arms. Blades of ice will sprout from their forearms, growing to extend to about a meter long. These blades are as hard as the user’s level of Kuri Buki, and last until the user chooses to dispel them or are broken. These blades are sharp on both sides and at the point.
Limit: Must be Kaishin. Must have Hyouton. Must have Aisu Soushi, Suiton Soushi, and Kuri Buki.
Makyo Aisu no Senbon (Demonic Ice Needles)

Description: The user gathers water and chakra within the mouth, while performing the necessary hand seals. The user then spits out an array of small, thin water needles. The user can only spit out 20 water needles max, and each water needle expands to about 3 inches long and 3mm thick, being about the size of an average-sized senbon, but smaller. Upon exiting the mouth, the user utilizes the Ice Creation Technique to lower the temperature of each water needle to freezing instantly, transforming the water into solidified ice needles instead. These ice needles travel in a straight, cone-like wave, and can damage and slice with extreme accuracy, due to their individual size. The strength of the ice needles is determined by the user's Kuri Buki. Can only travel at the same speed as a thrown kunai.

Appearance
Aoi has quite a pale complexion. His eyes are a deep emerald green and his hair is jet black. His hair leans to right side and is quite long and slightly wavy. People from the Kaishin clan often look like the opposite gender. In Aoi's case this is only half true. Aoi has large eyes and a smooth and pale complexion but it is not enough to lead people to think is a girl. Aoi can be described as a cute boy.
Aoi is quite tall and skinny, making him sort of lanky. Aoi is well built in the fact that his body has many hard endurance muscles and not big, explosive ones. This is what makes Aoi appear skinny. Aoi's body type makes him produce small, endurance muscles. On his left upper arm there is a Kaishi tattoo that was put there when Aoi was a baby.
In terms of clothes Aoi is often seen is black and white clothes. When on missions Aoi wears a white shirt and a dark jacket on top to protect him and to keep him warm, he also puts on his forehead protecter with the leaf insignia inscribed onto it. Aoi also has a white sash that is across his waist. This sash is carry is sword which he often takes along with him on missions. When Aoi is not on a mission is seen wearing a white shirt with the top buttons undone. He is often seen wearing a black, wool cardigan on top. On formal occasions Aoi wears a white shirt with a red tie that lazily hangs low on his neck. Even though this is his formal wear Aoi's top button is still not done. He wears a blazer instead of a cardigan on formal occasions.

History
Aoi was born in the Water Country with his family that consisted of his parents and him. They lived just outside the Hidden Village. His parents were Non-ninja farmers who had some ability with chakra. They completely disagreed with the ninja system. They did not believe that ninjas should be trained as a military. The rest of the Kaishin family thought the same too, until Yuusuke Kaishin rose into leadership. He wanted for those who possessed the Kaishin bloodlimit to actively participate in the shinobi world. He wanted Aoi’s parents to fight, but Aoi’s parents completely disagreed and decided they would escape the Water Country and journey to the Fire Country where they had heard that war had not touch the region in a long time.
At the crack of dawn the family attempted to escape the Water Country. They travelled on a small fishing boat that the family owned. It looked all good. They had not been noticed and there was a breeze pushing them along. The Water Country is covered in a thick mist. This mist completely blinded the family as they travelled across the water. Suddenly the boat started the sway. Soon it was violently rocking. They had encountered a whirlpool. One particularly strong bump knocked Aoi from his father’s arms. The boy flew straight into the water. The boat was pulled into the dark depths of the ocean along with Aoi’s parents.
The bump had saved Aoi’s life. The boy thrown outside the whirlpool’s vicinity meaning that he did not get pulled down into the ocean. The boy grabbed onto a piece of wood that had come from the boat. Although Aoi had survived the shipwreck his future looked bleak. He was cold, hungry and in the middle of the ocean. It was three hours after the wreck that a Jonin from the Hidden Leaf village spotted Aoi. She was on a small boat returning from a mission in the Water Country. When Aoi was old enough Akira enrolled him into the Ninja Academy. Aoi excelled in the school because of Akira’s teachings beforehand and soon became a Genin. Once a Genin, Aoi tried to finish as many mission as he possibly could. He wanted to help the Leaf Village for giving him a new family and a new home. Aoi has a deep love for his village.
At the crack of dawn the family attempted to escape the Water Country. They travelled on a small fishing boat that the family owned. It looked all good. They had not been noticed and there was a breeze pushing them along. The Water Country is covered in a thick mist. This mist completely blinded the family as they travelled across the water. Suddenly the boat started the sway. Soon it was violently rocking. They had encountered a whirlpool. One particularly strong bump knocked Aoi from his father’s arms. The boy flew straight into the water. The boat was pulled into the dark depths of the ocean along with Aoi’s parents.
The bump had saved Aoi’s life. The boy thrown outside the whirlpool’s vicinity meaning that he did not get pulled down into the ocean. The boy grabbed onto a piece of wood that had come from the boat. Although Aoi had survived the shipwreck his future looked bleak. He was cold, hungry and in the middle of the ocean.
