Weapons
Primary Weapon:
Nunchaku
Rank: "C"
Type: Main Weapon, Stick/Soft Weapon
Effect: A nunchaku is two sections of wood connected by a cord or chain, though variants may include additional sections of wood and chain.
Special: ---
Drawback: ---
Description: Chinese nunchaku tend to be rounded, whereas the Okinawan version has an octagonal cross-section (allowing one edge of the nunchaku to make contact on the target increasing the damage inflicted). The ideal length of each piece should be long enough to protect the forearm when held in a high grip near the top of the shaft. Both ends are usually of equal length, although asymmetrical nunchaku exist. The ideal length for the connecting rope/chain is just enough to allow the user to lay it over his or her palm, with the sticks hanging comfortably and perpendicular to the ground. Weight balance is extremely important; cheaper or gimmicky nunchaku (such as glow-in-the-dark ones) are often not properly balanced, which prevents the performer from doing the more advanced and flashier 'low-grip' moves, such as overhand twirls. The weight should be balanced towards the outer edges of the sticks for maximum ease and control of the swing arcs.
Limit: Must learn from a Master of Goutetsu 轟鉄 (Strong Iron) Capable of being bought in any Weapon Shop.
Cost: 1,700 Ryo

Personality:
Kaiser, who when younger seemed genuinely good as far as mannerisms and personality went, seemed to slowly stray from the straight and narrow, in a sense. While Kaiser acknowledged the seriousness of breaking laws, his reaction, depending on the felony at hand, could vary anywhere between publicly laughing at the Ne'er do well and, if said person had been released from whatever punishment they had been given, as far as throwing rocks at the person for simply breaking the law to begin with. Over the course of Kaiser's life, this particular trait has lessened to a extent. Kaiser still views the law as one of the utmost truths of the world, and believes without it, the world would descend into a chaos ridden wonderland. His treatment of the wrong doers has slightly improved, while unless some form of a direct confrontation, where he was provoked, Kaiser has stopped himself from physically hurting the said person, however even though that may not be true, Kaiser is still low enough to insult the person, albeit to some degree, as whether it need be to the person's face, or to a friend regarding the person.
Similar to his take on law breaking, his opinion on honor and what that means to him has shifted since his birth. Now as a trait that he carries to this day is the personal rule that lying is the same as breaking a law, which in some aspects, could be true. Those who preside over him in rank are beings he respects, while skill is a important factor, he believes rank holds a higher spot. While Kaiser could berate a opponent in battle, almost to the point of condescending, whether it be a difference in skill (if he is the one with the apparent 'lead') or provoking them to fall into some form of a trap. He is also able to recognize, and praise his opponent's ability whether it's beneficial to him or not, a trait others like him might view as dishonorable.
Kaiser hates fighting unarmed opponents if he is currently using a weapon, save for a kunai or a similar weapon. This hatred is to the extent of him allowing his opponent to retrieve a weapon, or even giving a opponent one of his kunai. While he still does it, Kaiser frowns upon attacking at the back of a enemy, as he views it as something that resembles fighting a unarmed opponent, and should he do so, he could go as far as letting the opponent strike him back, with a form of guard raised depending on the seriousness of the wound he had given his opponent. While still attempting to keep a level of 'calmness' those who Kaiser views as dishonorable, or irredeemable of respect, such as some one below him, or someone who stands on the negative side of one of his traits (Such as, a Liar, A Cheat, Or someone far below him in terms of skill and rank.) In battle he would attempt to completely destroy his opponent, almost to the point that it was deemed he had some form of murderous intent.
Despite coming from a virtually parent-less void of a childhood starting around the age of 7, which would later be reminded to him upon learning of his father's death, Kaiser shows a form of respect to those who are against them, by allowing them to bury their dead, or transport their wounded if the injury is severe enough to the point of dying. Yet again, while others may deem it dishonorable, Kaiser views honoring the dead one of the only other justices the world has, similar to his opinion on the importance of law. Now if a person who has committed a serious crime and died because of it, this 'code of honor' seems reluctant to that person and Kaiser seemingly ignores any respect he would of given him or her. Conversely, whether the person had been honorable or not, had they died in combat, against him or not, those men and women, along with those who are the parents of children, are the beings he views are apart of this 'code' and should be respected, although to a shorter extent if the person had committed a crime or such.
While Kaiser values comrades, some which he views as friends, he still has a set belief on the way he and his comrades work together. This applies to when they're in a conflict against another group, should something happen to the opposing faction's numbers that leave them to a single member, Kaiser, if he had one person fighting with him, would drop out of the fight, at least until either his comrade had been defeated, or the opponent did something extremely dishonorable through his eyes. Some of Kaiser's beliefs can clash against each other, forming a contradiction to a extent, which mentally affects him to the point where he can hesitate depending on the situation. While this is not as serious as bipolar-ness, or split personalities, it can drastically alter his judgment, to the point of breaking several of his own personal rules, just to stay true to one.

Hira-Shuriken (Overview) (2 slots; 30)
Rank: "C" Rank
Type: Secondary, 15 per Slot, Piercing, Shuriken
Effect: Is a concealed weapon that is generally for throwing, and sometimes stabbing or slashing.
Special: ---
Drawback: ---
Description: Hira-shuriken is constructed from thin, flat plates of metal derived from a variety of sources including hishi-gane (coins), and kugi-nuki (carpentry tools), and generally resemble popular conceptions of shuriken. In modern popular culture, these are called "throwing stars" or "ninja stars". They often have a hole in the center and possess a fairly thin blade sharpened only at the tip. The holes derive from their source in items that had holes - old coins, washers, and nail-removing tools. This proved convenient for the shuriken user, as well, as the weapons could be strung on a string or dowel in the belt for transport, and the hole also had aerodynamic and weighting effects that aided the flight of the blade after it was thrown. There is a wide variety of forms of hira-shuriken and they are now usually identified by the number of points the blades possess.
Limit: These types of items may be capable of being bought inside any Weapon Shop.
Cost: 1,500 Ryo per Slot, or 100 Ryo Each.

Kunai (Overview) (5 slots; 10)
Rank: "C" Rank
Type: Secondary, 2 per Slot, Piercing/Slashing, Knife
Effect: A digging tool, a bit like a trowel. The blade was soft iron and unsharpened because the edges were used to smash plaster and wood, to dig holes and to pry. Also used as a knife.
Special: ---
Drawback: ---
Description: The kunai is conventionally wrought in ranges from 6 to 8 inches, with the average at 7 inches. The kunai was used by common folk as multi-purpose gardening tools and by workers of stone and masonry. The kunai is not a knife, but something more akin to a crowbar. The blade was soft iron and unsharpened because the edges were used to smash plaster and wood, to dig holes and to pry. Normally only the tip would have been sharpened. The uses to which a kunai was put would have destroyed any heat-treated and sharpened tool like a knife. There could be multiple kinds of kunais such as handless ones, or even double sided kunais as long as they are within the same length.

Type: Secondary, 16 per Slot, Piercing, Makibishi
Effect: Makibishi are small, sharp objects that are mostly used to prevent someone from walking from one side to another, since they would hurt their feet if they tried to pass it.
Special: ---
Drawback: ---
Description: When pursued by enemies, ninja would scatter makibishi on the ground. In ancient Japan, common footwear consisted of sandals made of straw, called zori, which offered relatively little protection against such hazards. Makibishi spines were often hooked, and occasionally grooved to allow for a light coat of poison, to increase the damage they dealt to those unfortunate enough to step on them and possibly result in death.

[Lawful Evil]The Lawful Evil Code
Appearance:
Compared to some Shinobi, Kaiser may appear to be a combination of dull and oddity. Overall, Kaiser has a round shaped face, although it may be hard for some to tell, based from a few looks. Kaiser's eyes appear to be a Sapphire blue color, though in truth, they appear to be in a constant state of dullness, and any light they would have seems to be voided. along with this, the special markings the kyoudo possess are present on his face, namely two red lines that stretch along the side of his face, starting from his eyes and meeting near his chin, thus unless a good amount of Kyoudo are present within the area, making him 'a odd one out.'
As far as bodily structure goes, Kaiser appears to have a lean body structure. Along with this, his Skin is a pale color, almost to the point of his discontent, and has a certain luminescence to it that seems akin to kyoudo members. His hair seems to be a spiky mess, stretching out in different directions, and similar to his other qualities, the hair color is based from the Kyoudo as well, it's natural and current color being a bright white.
his normal clothing consists of a light armor. which is a bright blue, save for the occasional patches of white fur, found around the end of the sleeve closest to his hands, the collar around his neck and around certain plating. along the back of the right arm, is a dull yellow spine, that ends 4 inches above the elbow, starting from the shoulder. along the back of the armor, there appears to be a small ribbon attached to the back plating, although it's purpose is merely for visual purposes. The Right arm seems to be designed using the appearance of normal metal, giving it a normal sleek appearance, while the left hand has several ridges, from 4 -almost spiked- protrusions, that starting from the hand, grew in size the 1st being about 2-3 inches long, while the final was 6-7 inches long.
On Kaiser's back, Which is normally Covered by the armor, directly aligned with the neck, Only it's position is on the center of his back, is a symbol, which he believes is related to his clan, due to a drawing he saw within the scroll he read, tattooed to his back. The symbol is circular in shape, which is outlined by a bold black ink. The Interior of the circle resembles the Divided circle from Various pictures of Yin and yang, although the two divided sections are circular sections are closer to the opposite compared to the Yin-yang, The Circular sections are virtually touching one another. The Sections are both Orange in color, however the top half has a dark orange, while the lower half while still brighter, grows in brightness the closer you get to the Circle section. The Dividers of the two sections are both colored by black ink, and resemble to a extent the face markings that All Kyuodu Posses.
Kaiser, as far as the pouch that he holds some of his items within, is tied around his waist, using the same type and color of string that is used to tie the small ribbon on his back. The bag is a pale white slash gray color, similar to the patches of fur on the armor. the bag is placed on the left side of his waist, which overall would be near his elbow if he had been standing straight, with his arms pointing to the ground, unbent. While the Pouch contents include several smaller weapons, the only one that could be distinctly made out due to it's shape, would be the Nunchaku that he has within it.
