As she crossed through town and into the wilderness she crossed a path of tree's and found the entrance to a cave. Though it seemed empty she knew better than to assume anything in the wild. Mae drew her blade and passed the cave on her way to the dojo. It loomed into view soon after, obscured by a grove of tree's.
As Mae entered the Dojo, she was astounded to see her teacher standing in front of a room full of students preforming the basic movements of the Tensora. He never once looked at her, only nodded as she took off her winter clothes and adorned her own katana. Today was the Unsheathing technique.
She stepped into the front of her row, settling into position with her dominant right foot forward and her left set on the ball of her foot. She took a deep breath to calm her nerves and took a slight step, first one....then two. The floor seemed to disappear as she entered her own world, completely detached from all other things in the room but her fellow disciples and her master.
She then placed her right hand at the top of the hilt while taking a final third step. She bowed as a slight fifteen degree angle, maintaining a hard control of the muscles in her abdomen then returned to her walking stance. Mae then removed the blade slowly, pulling the sword up then out as she settled into a ready position.
She relaxed back onto her dominant foot and angled the sword at where her opponents neck would be. Her muscles were rigid but firm and her form was well composed and perfect. She stepped back to re sheathe her blade and move on to the next stance in her practice.

Heaven Unsheathing Technique
Rank:: E
Skill: Taijutsu
Effect: The user learns an efficient way to unsheathe the weapon.
Special: Katana, Wakizashi, or Tanto.
Drawback: This isn’t exactly Battojutsu, which focuses entirely on unsheathing. As a result, it has no offensive or defensive effect at all, but rather is just used to unsheathe a weapon.
Description: The user takes three steps forward walking normally, bows fifteen degrees, holds the sheath, and grips the top portion of the handle in the right hand using the correct gripping technique (thumb forward). The practitioner then removes the blade by pulling it upward, then holding it in the Ready Stance.
Limit: Must learn from one of the five Tensora Masters. Must know Heaven Ready Stance.
