"I excel in Toujitakumi and medical techniques. I'm more of a long distance fighter and I'm a genin."
After saying this, Yamato continued healing Sanji.

With a look of utter concentration on his face, Yamato began looking for the hidden negative energy in his hand. Once he removed all of them, his technique should be complete, and he would be able to heal his patient. He would have to find some way to shorten down the amount of time he was spending, since he felt like he was wasting too much time. He had been finding patterns with the negative energy, so that helped.
Splitting his concentration in two, Yamato looked for the hidden energy. Unlike the last two, hidden energy could be virtually anywhere. It could be hiding in a clump of positive energy, or it could be hiding in plain sight. He wouldn't know where unless he actively searched those specific spots. He didn't know how, but the hidden negative energy had a knack for blending in with his chakra. This made finding it much more tedious than it should've been.
The first spots he decided to look in were the positive energy clumps. He knew he would find some there because positive clumps with no negative energy inside of them felt different from positive energy clumps with negative energy inside of them. Sure enough, after a few seconds of looking inside a positive clump, Yamato found a negative energy. Swiftly taking it out and tossing it, he continued to look for more.
It wasn't that hard to do this in both of his hands since he was looking at positive clumps in both of them. The only thing that was different with doing it in both hands rather than one was that it took a little bit more concentration. Something he was steadily improving. Multi-tasking delicate tasks would do that to you. After a few moments of working, Yamato was positive that he removed all the negative energy from the positive clumps. Now on to the next step.
The next thing Yamato had to do was search the empty space in his hand for any negative energy. He was forced to do this task one hand at a time, because he wasn't that good at multi-tasking yet. A few more practices of this technique, and he would be. Whenever he found a lone negative energy, he would grab it and toss it out of his hand. Once he did this in one hand, he moved on to the other. Soon the only energy left in his hands were positive energy.
Placing his hands over Sanji's body, Yamato began moving his positive energy inside of him. As he did, he watched as the remaining wounds closed and healed. Yep, this technique was already way better than the one he had performed last time. This was because he had only completed half the technique and this time he had performed the whole, complete one. Once he was done healing Sanji, he removed his hands and turned towards Phyre.
After saying this, Yamato continued healing Sanji.

Stretching his limbs, Yamato turned towards Phyre and began to answer her question.
"It's going good, and Sanji should be completely healed."
Turning back towards Sanji, Yamato spoke again.
"You do feel better...right?"
It would be awkward if Sanji was still feeling some sort of pain, but Yamato was confident he healed him. He would find out soon enough.
