Hmph, Child's play Now came the difficult part and that would be bringing the clouds to the world and causing them to rain. He looked upon the cloud painting below him and weaved the handsigns for choju giga but shifted the final seal to account for the change in jutsu. His chakra flower from his body and into the brush connecting with the ink used to paint before leaping to the scroll.
With the ink being one in the same the leap was easy and from the scroll the cloud began to 'inflate' It grew out of the scroll branching out to a meter at the highest part, before would reach out to a maximum of two meters in length and float up into the air. The cloud hung in the air as if attached to a child's mobile before shriveling up and turning back into a drop of ink that would drop to the floor with a splodge. Hmmm Dipping the brush back into the Yataké set's pot of ink he would sketch out a cloud once more. This cloud was painted identical to the one previously done and he put the brush handle in his teeth and his hands were graced by the beauty of the signs.
The chakra flowed from his body down into the scroll in front of him, it flowed into the painting of the cloud and ballooning from the scroll like the first cloud it grew forth. This time the cloud was five meters wide and two meters high it reached out towards the sky flying up in an attempt to grasp the sky. The cloud was currently ten meters in the air and the shadow cast put a smile upon Sumi's face. His art was alive and from the cloud a few drops of ink would spatter out like the first few drops before a storm. As each drip fell from the cloud it's size and shape would falter deforming and shifting it's size back into a puddle of ink which collapsed to the floor once more.
Dipping the brush back in the ink pot he would slide the ink dipped brush across the paper scroll painting another cloud. He looked up to the sky noting the fluffy form of the cloud to the north and with a minor tweak to the painting he would flash the signs through. His chakra would latch itself upon the ink painting pulling it from the page and inflating the cloud letting it grow up and reaching eight meters in length and four meters high. It was nearly at the size needed and he was going to finish the cloud's size creation.
The cloud hung ten meters in the air dropping a beautiful shadow over him unleashing a small barrage of ink droplets. Another smile and he would look to the sky with joy as the cloud held it's form while the droplets of ink fell to the floor. Rolling up the scroll he protected it from getting any ink on, after a second of two the cloud would disperse and the ink rain stop. Now I just need to work on keeping it there and raining [/blockquote]

The hour was early and the sun was barely risen when Sumi arose from his slumber, it was time for him to take the next developmental stage in his artistry. He was going to create weather but not just any weather, it was going to rain ink. Sitting on the floor with his legs crossed he withdrew his scroll and Yataké set setting them on the floor ahead of him, a flick of his wrist would unravel the scroll providing him with the fresh place to paint. Withdrawing the brush from his Yataké set he dipped it in a small pot of ink and got to work.
His brush strokes were fluid and purposeful with not a single flick of the brush wasted. The outline of a single cloud was swiftly and neatly done.

Ninpou: Sumiame no Ochiru no Jutsu (Ninja Art: Falling Ink Rain Technique)
Rank: "C", "B", "A", "S"
Skill: Ninjutsu
Effect: The user paints a raincloud, then brings it out of the canvas to have it rain ink.
Special: The user must draw the rainclouds. Then, "Hand Seals".
Drawback: The user is capable of getting caught within the ink rain, too. The ink rain can stain and ruin clothing. The size and duration of the ink raincloud is completely dependent upon the user's rank of the technique.
Description: A strange method of manipulating the artistic styles of the Li Clan, the user will first paint a raincloud and then, by performing the correct handseals, will have the cloud rise out of the canvas and up into the air, fifty meters above the user. The raincloud will spread out and then begin raining ink upon everyone below it. The raincloud, as it is made out of ink, will be a solid black in color. At "C" Rank, the raincloud can be no larger than ten meters in distance, and can rain for only three turns. At "B" Rank, the raincloud may be twenty meters in length, and can now rain for four turns. At "A" Rank, the raincloud may now be forty meters in length and may now rain for five turns. At "S" Rank, the raincloud may now be eighty meters in length and may now rain for six turns. At the end of the ink rain, the cloud will dissipate, revealing the weather conditions exactly as they were. If the cloud was painted with any special Li ink, the falling rain from the ink cloud maintains those same properties.
Limit: Must have Choju Giga. Must be a member of the Li Clan.
