Suiton Soushi (Water Creation)
Rank: “D”, “C”, “B”, “A”, “S”
Skill: Ninjutsu
Effect: With this technique the user is able to create water from oxygen in the air for water techniques. When this water is created they can then manipulate the size and shape of the water, controlling it within their radius.
Special: This jutsu can be used as a source of Suiton jutsu without additional handseals.
Drawback: If the water is made for use outside specific jutsu or to manipulate the size/shape of water in their radius, then this jutsu requires handseals.
Description: By using their chakra a Kaishin member can manipulate the molecules in the air and allow them to take the shape and form of water. In doing so the user is capable of performing techniques that require a water source. The amount of water that can be made, as well as the radius depends on the rank of the jutsu. For D rank the user can create up to four cubic meters of water in a radius of four meters. At C rank eight cubic meters and a radius of eight meters. At B rank seventeen cubic meters of water in a radius of fifteen meters. At A rank thirty two cubic meters of water in a radius of twenty meters. At S rank fifty two cubic meters of water in a radius of thirty meters.
Limit: Must be of the Kaishin Bloodlimit. Must have Water Release.

The Mistress entered the area smiling ever so intently. She was in this training area of all places simply to teach herself her bloodline jutsu. She could probably cause some delicious mischief with it if she mastered it enough. She smiled and walked herself into the training area she had reserved for just this purpose. She took a deep breath and gathered her charka into her body. She opened her eyes and took aim at her target. Three jugs made of glass, each with measurements on them. She took a deep breath, they were about eight meters away and she took aim and focused her chakra into the area. Then extended her chakra forward she pushed it inside each of the three pots. This itself was straining to do but she needed to accomplish this did she not? Another deep breath, another strain to keep the chakra held there. Then came her hands up from her sides, they began to mimic those of her teacher in her younger days.
The hand seals taking flight, performing the zodiac hand signs to summon forth the jutsu that helped her create water. She watched as the jutsu took form and flight from her body, in her mind’s eye she held the image of what she wanted to happen. There in the jug she could see clearly, in her mind, the water forming and the jugs filling up with water. She focused and waited and watched as the jugs began to fill with water. In her mind she saw the very molecules of hydrogen and oxygen combining and taking shape. Her jutsu was now taking shape as she wanted it to, but it was slow, very slow. The jutsu itself was not summoning enough water to have anything done with it. She began to focus harder, sweat dripping down from her brow. She took a shallow breath and focused, the cold air soothed her lungs and calmed her nerves. The entire time her sight line of the jugs never stopped being on the jugs. The jugs were not even half way full. She was focusing on all the jugs at once and they each were just over a quarter full.
She took another deep breath and withdrew her chakra form the three jugs. She moved from her spot walking up to the jugs and emptying them. Then taking another deep breath she began hand seals once again, focusing them, being eight meters away. She then began to focus on one jug and focused her chakra there. She began to pump chakra into the jug and funnel the chakra through it. Soon the jutsu, fed by the chakra of the Mistress, began to show results. The jug was filling with water, faster than last time, not horribly fast, but still faster. She took another breath into her body, the cold air felt so wonderful to her straining body. She then glanced at the area and focused once again, redoubling her efforts. She began to pump and cram charka down into the jug and smiled as the jug began to fill with a new sense of urgency. This pleased her ever growing need for self-satisfaction.
She took another deep breath of cold air as she focused her mind towards the jug. Snow was starting to fall but she dismissed it. She pushed her chakra towards the jug, at the same time she felt the pull of the jutsu eating the chakra. Soon her chakra was converted into water and placed inside the jug. The Mistress began to push more chakra, she wanted to fill this jug up and she was close to it. She was sweating now from the strain. She hoped her make-up did not start to run, regardless if it did she could pull off some despairing beauty look. She focused more chakra and watched the jug start to fill up faster and faster. By the time she was done the jug was full of water, freshly made. She took a step towards the water filled jug. If she had to guess it was probably enough for two cubic meters of water. She would of course need to increase that by a little bit more, but that would come later. Taking another deep breath she wiped her brow and then regained her posture. She cracked her knuckles, something she would not have done if not around other people it meant time to get to work again.
