The incredibly loud blast produced by the grenade adds to its incapacitating properties by disturbing the fluid in the ear which also lasts approximately 5 seconds until the ear restores itself to its normal, un-stimulated state. The flash bang has a radius damage of 15 meters. It takes 6 seconds before it explodes.

Description: Simple in design, yet very multi-functional. The ninja tape is a black, single-sided adhesive strip that is rolled onto a spool. This adhesive strip is very sticky, allowing for a great adhesion to almost any surface (excluding water). The strip itself is very strong and if used correctly, can ho,d up to 200lbs or so (via layering the ninja tape). The strip is roughly 1 inch in thickness, and can be cut to varying lengths by the user. A single spool contains 20 feet of ninja tape. The ninja tape has a wide variety of uses, from being used to silence enemies, being used to bind and restrain foes, or even be used to serve simple medical needs (has been proven to prevent minor bleeding from cuts when applied directly to wound, though no healing properties other then the users has been noted). Personality
Masaaki is a calm and focused invidividual with little care about the world around him. Masaaki is very cunning which overtakes his intelligence in being that he thinks better on his feet and in a tough situation, than at a table and making a battle plan. Masaaki is also very ruthless and is very cold blooded and often will make the hard choices that people do not want to make and take up the responsibility. Masaaki is often very courteous and self-controlled around other people. Masaaki is also on the flip side a risk-taker and also very ambitious towards his goals. Masaaki is also very loyal especially for people that are useful to him. He also is very sly persona and will bend a persons words to better fit his situation but he is very trustworthy though if you express exactly what you want with no loopholes. Masaaki is also not the person to express feelings for whether it be emotional or romantic because you will meet a wall that not even love can break through. He is a very solitary person with little to no need in friends or most people for that matter. He also tends to be more observant towards most people even if he had know you for a while . With that in mind Masaaki can be considered an optimistic man especially in the face of adversity. He also is not selfish but usually puts himself first. Masaaki has a very commanding voice similar to Sosuke Aizen who also with that same life is a game attitude in his voice.

Masaaki face shape is is actually a hybrid between a oval and round shaped head with a very strong jaw line. His skin complexion is very fair and not pale or tan with a small scar on his cheek. Masaaki has dark and deep brown eyes that show no love and are cold and emotionless. Masaaki has very low cheek bones and has a near permanent slight smirk on his face as if he always thinks like is a game. Masaaki's expressions range from a very slight scowl to a very slight smirk on his face where as it seems as if he never takes anything seriously. Masaaki hair is short and spiky but still wild and unruly; it is jet black and does not move much in the wind or at all for that matter. Masaaki wears a sound village headband on his head similar to Naruto and is in the middle of his forehead. as for the top he wears a all black long sleeve cotton top that has the sound village symbol on the back in all white and is around 10 inches in the center of his back. His pants are all black cotton and nylon pants that stop around 5 inches below the knee and and ticked into his sandals. He has a black butt bag that is fastened to his waist with a leather strap and the bag itself stops just above the buttocks and does not drag him down at all. it contains 3 pouches one for his grenades and another for his 1 feet disks and another for general items. his shoes are similar to sound village styled sandals and generally have or allow much better movement than traditional ninja sandals
Background
Masaaki Mushin was born in the to a Rice Paddie chef and a servant. As a young boy he was very dedicated and focused person often getting very high grades in his school and also doing his best at school and at home. But Masaaki cold personality never earned him many friends and more often than not people did not even notice him, he was a shadow in life, always there but never noticed. Not even his parents could get through this cold disposition that cloaked their son, it got to the point where Masaaki would not even talk to his parents for days at a time while even living with them. By age 6 Masaaki was considered a prodigious genius with very he grades and would have a very good road ahead of him. But his live was cut short at age 8 when he was seduced by Otokage goals and dreams
When Masaaki entered the sound village he was a very young child that was around the age of 9 but oddly enough still kept his natural intelligence. Soon after entering the Sound Village Masaaki had made friends with all of the genin level ninja in the village Masaaki took a liking to these new people and started to lower his wall down around them and for a time was very happy and carefree until his team was killed by in a high level mission and the only reason why he lived was because he had been saved by Sound Village Jounin and brought to a safe location before he was also killed he was 9 at the time
In the academy, Masaaki had proven to be equal to or even better than some of the old students in ninjutsu and was natural better at using his taijutsu than other students. But besides his incredible ninjutsu ability what stood out the most was his natural speed, his speed rivaled even his teachers at age 13. Because of Masaaki tremendous potential Masaaki was trained only by the Otokage right hand and from age 9-12 where the Otokage's right hand specifically focused on strengthen his Ninjutsu and using his raw speed to its full effect. By age 13 he had so much raw speed that most people in the sound village could not keep up with him. So it was only natural that he would go to specifically train with Otokage but no at age 14 choose train with Otokage assistant until he is ready to take the chuunin exams

Description: What occurs is that the user attacks the opponent to launch them up high into the air. As they do so the user jumps afterwards to form up ahead of the opponent. The user then quickly kicks to his left side of the opponent striking the opponent's chest like area, but this is used as a diversion. The first attack is used in order to be blocked as the user quickly does a backhand strike towards the opponent's face, then a one straight punch to the gut of the opponent which sends then towards the ground. The user then finishes with a spinning kick where the user slams their left heel against the center of the opponent just as both hit the ground. This technique however may be changed up slightly too where a user may hit another location of the body, but the initial true hit of the heel is what makes this the Lion Combo.

Drawback: Some armors may greatly reduce the effectiveness of this jutsus. Other (large) sources of sound may cancel out this jutsu. Also, the users hands at the same time cannot be used for anything else (explained below). Visible to those with chakra seeing powers.

Description: While holding the the tiger handseal, chakra begins to flow between the small gap left by the two hands being held together. The user proceeds to position the handseal held over his/her own mouth now. All sounds emitted through the handseal are converted and charged by the chakra, to become far more deadlier. The chakra compresses, and alters the sounds wave lengths, forcing them into a smaller area (roughly the size of senbon needles). The entire process occurs within fractions of a sec and the user is able to create multiple sound bullets. The sound bullet itself travels at amazing speeds and are extremely hard to dodge.
-Upon hitting the opponent, the sound bullets travel right through the human body. Once inside the body, the sound bullet clashes against every cell in the vicinity, vibrating them violently. Water retained in the cell vibrate so much, that they explode upon themselves. To the opponent, he/she will suffer searing pain in the area where the sound bullet hits.

Drawback: The strength of the crescent is dependent completely upon the user's rank of this technique. Has little offensive capability besides potentially knocking an opponent away from the user.
Description: A Ninjutsu technique that utilizes the Wind Release. Performing the correct handseals, the user will channel chakra throughout their arms. This chakra begins to quickly wrap itself around the user's arms, mingling with the flowing currents of air around the user. Then, extending their arms forward, the user will perform a motion similar to a swimming stroke with their arms, moving them in a crescent shape in front of him or her. This quick movement will release the built up wind in a cone form towards the targeted location. The "D" Rank technique is capable of extending forward about five meters and is capable of pushing over something that weights fifty pounds or under, as well as small projectile weapons. For each Rank of the technique that the user learns, double the distance and weight capable of being pushed. (Ex: "C" would be ten meters and one hundred pounds, "B" would be twenty meters and two hundred pounds, "A" would be forty meters and four hundred pounds, and "S" would be eighty meters and eight hundred pounds.)

The speed of this technique is higher than normal because the momentum of a full speed run is transferred into the back flip, then into the upper cut; however it is C ranked because of the speed, and the skill required to maintain the momentum through the movements.

Masaaki is a calm and focused invidividual with little care about the world around him. Masaaki is very cunning which overtakes his intelligence in being that he thinks better on his feet and in a tough situation, than at a table and making a battle plan. Masaaki is also very ruthless and is very cold blooded and often will make the hard choices that people do not want to make and take up the responsibility. Masaaki is often very courteous and self-controlled around other people. Masaaki is also on the flip side a risk-taker and also very ambitious towards his goals. Masaaki is also very loyal especially for people that are useful to him. He also is very sly persona and will bend a persons words to better fit his situation but he is very trustworthy though if you express exactly what you want with no loopholes. Masaaki is also not the person to express feelings for whether it be emotional or romantic because you will meet a wall that not even love can break through. He is a very solitary person with little to no need in friends or most people for that matter. He also tends to be more observant towards most people even if he had know you for a while . With that in mind Masaaki can be considered an optimistic man especially in the face of adversity. He also is not selfish but usually puts himself first. Masaaki has a very commanding voice similar to Sosuke Aizen who also with that same life is a game attitude in his voice.

Masaaki face shape is is actually a hybrid between a oval and round shaped head with a very strong jaw line. His skin complexion is very fair and not pale or tan with a small scar on his cheek. Masaaki has dark and deep brown eyes that show no love and are cold and emotionless. Masaaki has very low cheek bones and has a near permanent slight smirk on his face as if he always thinks like is a game. Masaaki's expressions range from a very slight scowl to a very slight smirk on his face where as it seems as if he never takes anything seriously. Masaaki hair is short and spiky but still wild and unruly; it is jet black and does not move much in the wind or at all for that matter. Masaaki wears a sound village headband on his head similar to Naruto and is in the middle of his forehead. as for the top he wears a all black long sleeve cotton top that has the sound village symbol on the back in all white and is around 10 inches in the center of his back. His pants are all black cotton and nylon pants that stop around 5 inches below the knee and and ticked into his sandals. He has a black butt bag that is fastened to his waist with a leather strap and the bag itself stops just above the buttocks and does not drag him down at all. it contains 3 pouches one for his grenades and another for his 1 feet disks and another for general items. his shoes are similar to sound village styled sandals and generally have or allow much better movement than traditional ninja sandals
Background
Masaaki Mushin was born in the to a Rice Paddie chef and a servant. As a young boy he was very dedicated and focused person often getting very high grades in his school and also doing his best at school and at home. But Masaaki cold personality never earned him many friends and more often than not people did not even notice him, he was a shadow in life, always there but never noticed. Not even his parents could get through this cold disposition that cloaked their son, it got to the point where Masaaki would not even talk to his parents for days at a time while even living with them. By age 6 Masaaki was considered a prodigious genius with very he grades and would have a very good road ahead of him. But his live was cut short at age 8 when he was seduced by Otokage goals and dreams
When Masaaki entered the sound village he was a very young child that was around the age of 9 but oddly enough still kept his natural intelligence. Soon after entering the Sound Village Masaaki had made friends with all of the genin level ninja in the village Masaaki took a liking to these new people and started to lower his wall down around them and for a time was very happy and carefree until his team was killed by in a high level mission and the only reason why he lived was because he had been saved by Sound Village Jounin and brought to a safe location before he was also killed he was 9 at the time
In the academy, Masaaki had proven to be equal to or even better than some of the old students in ninjutsu and was natural better at using his taijutsu than other students. But besides his incredible ninjutsu ability what stood out the most was his natural speed, his speed rivaled even his teachers at age 13. Because of Masaaki tremendous potential Masaaki was trained only by the Otokage right hand and from age 9-12 where the Otokage's right hand specifically focused on strengthen his Ninjutsu and using his raw speed to its full effect. By age 13 he had so much raw speed that most people in the sound village could not keep up with him. So it was only natural that he would go to specifically train with Otokage but no at age 14 choose train with Otokage assistant until he is ready to take the chuunin exams

Effect: A Technique that is similar to that of Front Lotus with great Variations towards the technique, and yet not as dangerous to where they launch an opponent in the air, using an amount of combos on the enemy forcing them down to the very ground.

Drawback: Must launch the user into the air.
Description: What occurs is that the user attacks the opponent to launch them up high into the air. As they do so the user jumps afterwards to form up ahead of the opponent. The user then quickly kicks to his left side of the opponent striking the opponent's chest like area, but this is used as a diversion. The first attack is used in order to be blocked as the user quickly does a backhand strike towards the opponent's face, then a one straight punch to the gut of the opponent which sends then towards the ground. The user then finishes with a spinning kick where the user slams their left heel against the center of the opponent just as both hit the ground. This technique however may be changed up slightly too where a user may hit another location of the body, but the initial true hit of the heel is what makes this the Lion Combo.

Effect: The user focuses sound chakra through a blade, creating blades of sound.

Description: The user channels elementally recomposed Sound Chakra into the blade of a weapon, causing it to vibrate a high speeds, causing the blade to give off a constant, low thrum of sound. The user then swings the weapon at the foe, releasing a crescent-shaped blade of sound that flies off at high speed, attempting to cut through the foe and dealing a C rank of damage. This cutter has a range of ten meters, plus five meters for every character rank above D the user possesses. The user may relearn this technique to increase the number of cutters by one each time, to a maximum of four.

"Oto Dangan" (Sound Bullet)

Effect: Small invisible sound waves pass through opponents body, but harms body on the molecular level.

Drawback: Some armors may greatly reduce the effectiveness of this jutsus. Other (large) sources of sound may cancel out this jutsu. Also, the users hands at the same time cannot be used for anything else (explained below). Visible to those with chakra seeing powers.

Description: While holding the the tiger handseal, chakra begins to flow between the small gap left by the two hands being held together. The user proceeds to position the handseal held over his/her own mouth now. All sounds emitted through the handseal are converted and charged by the chakra, to become far more deadlier. The chakra compresses, and alters the sounds wave lengths, forcing them into a smaller area (roughly the size of senbon needles). The entire process occurs within fractions of a sec and the user is able to create multiple sound bullets. The sound bullet itself travels at amazing speeds and are extremely hard to dodge.
-Upon hitting the opponent, the sound bullets travel right through the human body. Once inside the body, the sound bullet clashes against every cell in the vicinity, vibrating them violently. Water retained in the cell vibrate so much, that they explode upon themselves. To the opponent, he/she will suffer searing pain in the area where the sound bullet hits.
-This jutsu is best used on open extremities of the opponent
C-Rank:The user is able to create three sound bullets that travel a maximum of 40 meter
B-Rank:The user is able to create 6 sound bullets that travel a maximum of 60 meters.
Fuuton: Kaze Wangetsu no Jutsu (Wind Release: Wind Crescent Technique)

Effect: Creates a cone of pressurized air that extends from the user's hands.
Special: "Hand Seals"
Drawback: The strength of the crescent is dependent completely upon the user's rank of this technique. Has little offensive capability besides potentially knocking an opponent away from the user.
Description: A Ninjutsu technique that utilizes the Wind Release. Performing the correct handseals, the user will channel chakra throughout their arms. This chakra begins to quickly wrap itself around the user's arms, mingling with the flowing currents of air around the user. Then, extending their arms forward, the user will perform a motion similar to a swimming stroke with their arms, moving them in a crescent shape in front of him or her. This quick movement will release the built up wind in a cone form towards the targeted location. The "D" Rank technique is capable of extending forward about five meters and is capable of pushing over something that weights fifty pounds or under, as well as small projectile weapons. For each Rank of the technique that the user learns, double the distance and weight capable of being pushed. (Ex: "C" would be ten meters and one hundred pounds, "B" would be twenty meters and two hundred pounds, "A" would be forty meters and four hundred pounds, and "S" would be eighty meters and eight hundred pounds.)

Effect: A three hit combo attack designed to knock a foe into the air and keep them there momentarily.
Special: No hand seals are required to perform TaiJutsu

Description: The user rushes an opponent and performs a very fast back flip, aiming to kick the foe in the chin with one leg, then in the torso with the other to knock them into the air, followed by a swift uppercut to the chin or torso, depending on whether the foe dodged the first part of the attack, or whether they're in the air already. The speed of this technique is higher than normal because the momentum of a full speed run is transferred into the back flip, then into the upper cut; however it is C ranked because of the speed, and the skill required to maintain the momentum through the movements.
