NPC's:
Name: Shin’en
Rank: “A”-Rank
Description: Standing at roughly six feet, the man known as Shin’en has grown rather vile externally as well as externally with all the experiments he has performed upon himself. His skin has been bleached of all colour, and feels rigid and cold to the touch; his eyes, once a pale blue, have descended into a royal purple as a result of maltreatment of his own soul. He wears a brown, gold-trimmed cloak about his thin and pallid form. His movements seem creaky, as though made of wood, though he is not exactly frail or slow. The smell of his form is putrid enough to cause an untrained gut to retch in close proximity, and his voice grates against his throat as though his vocal chords are made of rough iron.
The soulcaster’s dark and ruthless experiments should be indicator enough of his persona; he cares not for the suffering, dignity nor ethics of any but himself, and is willing to go to any sinister lengths to achieve what he desires, which is presumably his own immortality. He even seems to glean amusement from the pain of others. The only things outside of himself that he seems to show any fondness for are his creations, which he treats lovingly, like pets.
Abilities:
Name: Undead Minions
Rank: “C”-Rank
Description: Corpses imbued with their own immortal souls, their appearance varies, but certain vagaries remain a constant; they are rotting, bony, torn and just generally in a terrible state of repair, but their reanimation has also lent them considerable strength, and they are completely under the complete, spiritual control of their master.
Abilities:
Potentially other hidden NPCs.[/ul][/ul]
Additional Comments
The Event I posted? I was planning on causing the shinobi to utterly fail, and for the necromancer to escape, only to have to be chased across the country, and the whole ordeal must be completed again at "A"-Rank or "S"-Rank Event stage, only this time the whole world has caught wind of it, and the prizes might be fought over... That's the kind of Events and Plots I want to create.
I'm sure everyone knows my habits with characters, how I fire them off like no tomorrow. That's the kind of inspiration I have; I want to fill this story with as much as I possibly can. I want to grow trees from seeds. People seem to like my ideas, too; staff and besides. I do not believe my writing capabilities will be in any question, as long as people don't mind reading walls, and I believe myself to be competent in all the other aspects GMing requires; I hope you share that belief.

Dreamfoil
Rank: Nearly Impossible, Huge
Type: Herb, Special, All Seasons, Longevity/Poison
Effect: An herb capable of giving life to a dead person, as well as taking life of a living person.
Special: Preparation: 2 weeks ; Duration:
Drawback: The plant will immediately wither and die if plucked and will never grow at the same spot again within a single lifetime
Description: This plant is used in the most miraculous medical cures, as well as lethal poisons and most tasty culinary dishes. The plant reaches up to 6 meters in height. The plant itself is surrounded by several sections of green leaves which stalk out and blend into the surroundings with blue feather pedals. These blue pedals are connected directly into the roots of the Dreamfoil and serve as a method of storing and containing chakra leeched out of the ground, which is then converted to its own delusional substance for the plant’s survival. Surviving off of chakra from the ground, these plants are only found in the rivers nearby underground swamps, the richest sources of decayed life, in order that they have enough life essence to grow off of. The plumes must be soaked in a liquid catalyst for 2 full weeks without being disturbed and while shaded from all light. After preparation if given to a dead body within 8 days after death, the plant will restore life. If given to a live body it will kill the recipient within 1d4 rounds. Must be digested. Herb consists 32 doses.
Limit: Must know Herbal Knowledge for Special Regions. 1% chance of finding.
Cost: 93,000 Ryo per herb. 2,325 Ryo per Dosage.

Peasant's Hope
Rank: Rare, Medium
Type: Herb, All Regions, Autumn, Heal
Effect: A healing herb for moderate wounds.
Special: Preparation: --- ; Duration: ---
Drawback: ---
Description: This waist-high shrub has thin, oval leaves, white flowers, and bright blue berries the size of large peas. Peasant’s Hope is a shrub that grows wild most anywhere and also takes well to cultivation. It grows from 3 to 6 feet in height with thin, oval, lanceolate leaves. It blooms in late summer and the berries arrive in fall to early winter, a fact that makes the shrub stand out when all other vegetation is leafless. Popular myth has it that Peasant’s Hope is a gift from the goddess of hearth and home given to the peasant Allydra, who took the goddess in and fed her when she was disguised as a diseased crone. The bark and fresh fruit of Peasant’s Hope are traditionally gathered prior to the first autumnal frost. Because of its varied uses in herbal and folk medicine, Peasant’s Hope provides healing of Moderate wounds within 15 rounds.
Limit: Must know Herbal Knowledge for All Regions Regions. 11% chance of finding.
Cost: 33,500 Ryo per Herb. 3,350 Ryo per Dosage

Madarch
Rank: Very Rare, Medium
Type: Herb, Underworld, Winter, Heal/Poison
Effect: An herb capable of making veins explode or heal serious wounds.
Special: Preparation: 1 hour ; Duration: ---
Drawback: ---
Description: Purple, with white undersides and orange speckling, this gaudy mushroom cannot be mistaken. Most mature Medarch stand 4-5 feet high and have crowns which are 3-4 feet across. There hard fibrous trunks are only about a foot in diameter, but they provide tremendous support. Indeed, a stout logger might have trouble felling one within 10 minutes time. The mardarch grows in dark, damp nooks. Thin succulent ridges run outward from the trunk, on the underside of the Mardarch's crown. The Juice within them is called Pelenaur (S. "Encircling Fire") and serves as a healing agent. When mixed with an equal part of water it forms a purplish potion which warms the body and within less than 2 hours, heals the imbiber's Serious cuts and blood vessels and restores normal blood flow. If the herb is not diluted by water the victim will churn within its channels and swell with frightening fury. Then will have unhealed wounds reopen and bleed out twice as normal rate. In some cases, a victim's veins simply explode. Herb consists 8 doses.
Limit: Must know Herbal Knowledge for Underworld Regions. 4% chance of finding.
Cost: 61,000 Ryo per herb. 6,100 Ryo per Dosage.
