Man of Steel (Possible Spoilers)

What did you guys think of the Man of Steel movie? I hated it :3

I havn`t watched it but I heard that, ya know all the stuff on the earth right, he just destroys everything. And ppl were like "thank you superman!" while they should`ve been " look at all the damage you`ve done!". Though I`ll tell you one thing that I don`t like is the dumb costume. Why don`t they just make it colorful, right now it looks like some old rags that hasn`t been washed. And let the man have some outside-underwear on >_>

Was there anything specific ya didn`t like about the movie, or is it just not good all around or too many issues to list?

Honestly, I was disappointed. Apart from big explosions and pretty good fight scenes, this movie failed to offer up anything. The plot was pretty trite too. I did like the soundtrack though, really good.

It certainly wasn't at the caliber of something like the Dark Knight trilogy. I did enjoy the effects, and I thought Michael Shannon did an...acceptable job at portraying Zod. I'd agree with the popular opinion though; it was rather disappointing. Then again, I've always preferred Marvel films over D.C.

This movie, since it's basically the same verse as the Batman movies. It's Nolanverse as people are saying. Batman is the better super hero. He refused to kill. Even after the woman he loved died, he refused to kill. Batman risked his life to remove a nuke away from the city. He was the hero they needed and deserved. Superman on the otherhand allowed countless thousands of people die as buildings fell upon one another during his senseless battle and his actions to go after the one object that honestly wouldn't have harmed anyone. That was not Superman.

I am not a superman fan so my opinion is bias but I didn't like the film. I only thought they had some decent-ish cgi and effects
