OoC: This is where I`m training with being an actual wrestler. So the techniques I use is going to be between spars, matches, etc. So it`s not going to be like practicing a punch by hitting a tree.
IC:
I`m in the stadium where the ring is held for pro-wrestlers when a show is up. Right now it`s a training ground for others to get a work out and even where people sign up to be a wrestler themselves. The information about me was transferred from Frost to here so I can get in the ring right away. Everyone with different ranges of skill are able to be in the same show and are scheduled accordingly, matches. The show has changed, once it was all but simple matches between pro-wrestlers then went down the track of pure entertainment were the actions are staged. Now it is both, all the matches are real and everyone has the right to cheer up the watchers are have the watchers cheer them.
In the ring with another pro to spar and to increase my range of skills I put my hands together. The opponent went at me with her upper-body lowered to grapple around my waist. With my hands still together I struck with an ax chopping motion, downward, onto her shoulder. The middle of my left hand, on the side, contacted her skin. I could feel the natural increase of power. The synchronicity of both of my extremities caused to exert pressure much more then I could easily do with simply using one hand. However landing a hit like that causes my other hand to shorta slip and rotate so that it has contact to her skin as well. She got close enough and grabbed me around my waist and flipped me over slamming me to the ground.
She is using full power and greater, wrestling is the strongest sport or at least it`s what they say. Treating like an actual match, she did not wait or hesitate and went at me then grabbed me again. Lifting then throwing me up in the air and finally completed the maneuver with a powerbomb-driver or sit-down powerbomb. The ring is made out of a very powerful substance to withstand the power of the most skilled wrestlers, not made to soften them. Flipping me over from tossing my leg over so she doesn`t drag me up when she tries to get up. She went at me while I was still one the ground and tucked on of my arms between her legs and grappled my face, the crippler crossface technique, using her strength to cause damage.
I am a rare exception to get in the ring without any training before hand. I have worked on my body for a long time now and it is in great condition, I wouldn`t be hurt so easily and my strength is naturally up to par with these pros. However, with the power she is exerting onto me is actually really good for me to get used being hit with very powerful impacts and even constant strength such as her submission she has locked on me. After a while I moved my other hand palm first on the ring`s surface. Now said hand touching my shoulder, I pushed down to cause my body plus her`s to lift off the ring slightly. To create a space between me and the ring. I quickly slid my hand across under my upper-body and stretched to reach my other hand pass her legs.
Now my hands are together with a clutch. Then I moved my left leg up and now the bottom of my foot is on the ring while I`m still in the hold. Pushing down with my foot to lift myself and her off the ring. I quickly moved my other leg though the space between me and the ring. Then with both my legs I lift up both of us and with the position of my right leg I easily spun my body around. With using the strength of my clutched hands I drove her shoulders downward the ring after the rotation. With my hands held between her legs the impact was able to transition nicely with the impact of her and the ring. Once she hit the ring, she did not let go of the hold, I used my legs to run and drag her at the turnbuckle of the ring. Then when I got close enough I lifted her up with my strength and used the double ax method to swing her onto the pole behind the turnbuckle with my clutched hands.
The motion, along with the swing, I also used my legs by going up on the ball of my foot and rolled onto the tip of my big toe. To exert the most I could give in force when she impacted the pole with the back of her head.
