Background
Mest is born in a small neutral village in the wind country. He lived alone in a small house and never knew anything about his parents ever since he remembers himself. He did village chores and people helped him out with food, clothes and money - in a small village like this, it would be an often sight to see kindness. He attended to the local school where he got his knowledge until he became 17 and decided not to finish his last year of school, feeling that he was educated enough. Actually, the teachers would say that he was on a whole different level than the other students comparing his intelligence with their. He left school and decided to take a job as a traveling merchant so he could make himself his own money.

One day, as he was returning from a nearby close village, Mest saw sights of horse footprints over the sand. It didn't bother him really much at that time but when he walked his first steps into the village and saw what has happened, it quickly came up in his mind that these horse trails were indeed by burglars and that his village was the first on their way. He walked through the streets to search for survivals but there were none. Most of the people in the village were old and lived in the village so he could easily assume that at least 95% of the villagers have been exterminated. Not having anything else to do in that village, Mest decided to travel his way to the shinobi village - Sunagakure.

Not longer after he arrived in the village, he joined the shinobi academy and spent a couple of years there, learning the basics of the art of ninjutsu. He graduated an year before he was supposed to and after that, done nothing as a shinobi at all. He traveled through the lands of Kaze no Kuni, searching for those burglars to seek revenge, however, after finding nothing for 2 years of travels, Mest returned to the sand village and took a part time job in a restaurant so he could make enough money for food and basic everyday needs - and some in addition as well. After these money in addition became enough, he bought himself a puppet and decided to return to the shinobi business.

Appearance
Mest has a short black hair with pointy spikes. At the base of his hairline, he allows a few strands to hang just above he forehead. Under his black robe's right sleeve, he wears bandages and sleeveless shirt beneath the bandages which allows him to move his arm freely in combat. Mest is tall with a rough body experienced countless of battles. He wears bandages all under his clothing which's main role is to hide his scars from the battle he has had. Quite muscular, not much of his weight is fat but instead, everything has been built into muscles and given this, he is quite strong too, looking as a mountain before his enemies. He also wears a black robe that helps him in combat, one way or another.

The main purpose of the black robe is to hide his hands' movements while he is controlling his puppet. This way, the enemy can end up rather confused if he is the puppeteer or no. Also, inside this robe, he can hide his weapons and finds it quite practical. The robe also has a hood which when put on, shadows over his face and makes it look black along with the robe and with this, he can be mistaken for his puppet who has a similar robe for that exact same purpose.

Under the robe, Mest wears a flexible T-Shirt and pants that allow him to move freely in combat. Mest's body build is perfect for a puppeteer because a puppeteer rarely engages into physical combat and physical combat are their weakness, however, with Mest whose body as said earlier looks as a mountain before the enemy, this disadvantage can turn to an advantage. Mest often works out and trains his body, not to get in shape but to get in better shape and ofter pushes himself beyond his own limits in his path of achieving physical might.

Personality
One of the best characteristics of Mest is that he is a really adaptive person. Not only to meteorological circumstances but to mental circumstances as well. He is quite fast to adapt in a group and tries to get along with everyone. Even thou he is good in adapting into group, he is not so good in communication and hardly speaks to anybody if it is not necessary in the given situation. Mest never talks without thinking and never says unnecessary things to avoid potential issues with his friends or further wars with his foes.

Mest is a man of action. He doesn't think about he is going to climb a cliff, for an example, he just starts climbing it and eventually goes on the top. This is the basic of this good characteristic of his as he does the same with most of his task. He also respects those who are ranked above him, for an example, a kage or a commander of his squad and doesn't ask questions when orders are given to him - he simply carries his orders without even thinking about what he is doing, doing it blindly and this carries him through most of his tasks. He knows his place and behaves himself in all situations.

Mest is quite emotional, even thought he doesn't show it. He can be angry, in-love and who knows that ever else but his face's expression will always be in it's default neutral state. That's why it is normal for people to consider it odd when he smiles or shows an angry face because it really isn't seen everyday. Mest also has a lot of pride and never shows his weak sides to others, even if he is struggling in pain or starving with no money, he will bear all his pains and not trouble anyone with them as he himself is more concerned about the others than himself. He is also quite tactical and builds himself good strategies to get himself easy money.

  Description: A puppet performance technique where chakra threads are attached to various spots on a person's body; the head, torso, both arms, and both legs. The person being manipulated gains the ability to not only use their own techniques, but the skills of the puppeteer as well. The origins of this technique lie on the battlefield. When a puppet user's puppets were all destroyed, they would begin using corpses. To perform this technique with a living person would normally require both parties to cooperate with each other. However, a highly skilled user can control the target by force if the person is severely weakened or damaged rendering them unable to resist. To perform the higher version the user must learn the "S" Rank version of this technique.

  Description: The user vibrates the Chakra Strings and pushes the vibrations into the Puppet. From there the user can make either a part of the puppet, or the whole puppet vibrate violently. The vibration allows the puppet to be less accessible to being grappled and easier to escape.

  Effect: Chakra strings are a technique usually used by puppet users to allow them to control their puppets in battle.

  Description: The user is capable of controlling a puppet depending on the distance of the puppet. If the puppet surpasses a certain distance then the chakra strings simply disconnect leaving the puppet down along the floor. When first learned the user is able to control a puppet within the distance of up to 10 meters. Each time learned the distance increases by 10 meters. When the user reaches 200 meters there's an additional 10 Training Points needed to learn the technique. When the user reaches 400 meters there's again an additional 10 Training Points needed to learn the technique. These extra points do not go down by Class. User may learn an unlimited amount of times.

  Effect: Allows the user to effectively control puppets with lesser chakra strings allowing greater control per puppet.

  Description: When the user learns this technique they will reduce the amount of chakra strings needed to control a puppet. When user learns twice they will be to control Small Puppets with 1 Chakra String, Medium Puppets with 3 Chakra Strings, Large Puppets with 5 Chakra Strings, Huge Puppets with 9 Chakra Strings, Gargantuan Puppets with 11 Chakra Strings, and Colossal Puppets with 13 Chakra Strings. User must learn this Jutsu 3 times in order to control a Gargantuan Puppet. User must learn all 5 times in order to control a Colossal Puppet. After learning twice user will be able to control Small Puppets with 1 Chakra String regardless of continuous learning.

  Description: Normally puppets make creaking sounds from gears rubbing against one another and awkward turning that occurs within the puppets. This technique allows the user to control the puppet with better precision by buffering out the sounds that come from the gears found inside the puppets. This makes the puppet completely silent unless the users wish for the puppet to make excessive noise.

The user wraps their chakra strings around a line of Kunai/Knives and shoots the Kunai/Knives towards the opponent. The user is unable to change the trajectory of the Kunai/Knives when launched. The distance of the Kunai/Knives is dependent on the user's ability to perform Chakra Strings.   Effect: A Jutsu that allows a user to rush forward in almost instantaneous speed. Used to draw the user close to the opponent.

  Drawback: May use 3 times a day. May perform 1 more each time learned. Passing amount renders the user's legs immobile due to severe pain. Unable to perform again unless gained medical treatment. Must move through an opening. Unable to maneuver around obstructing objects. Can't attack while performing any Shunshin or Variation.
  Description: User is able to move forward in a straight line along the ground in almost instantaneous untraceable speed while temporarily masking the user's movements within 10 meters. A puff of smoke is occasionally used to disguise the user's movements. It is accomplished by focusing the user's chi along the ankles and foot. User mostly moves just with their ankles and feet. Jutsu takes up no movements. User may only use this Jutsu half of the movements may allow in a single round while rounding down.   Description: User may take different types of herbs while keeping them safe, and begin to plant the herbs, creating new herbs of the same type. Without this even a Wood Master would not be able to create an Herb of same effects. Every human is capable of learning types of herbs in regions found in the countries they are from. A user may only learn one region before going into Herbalist Specialist. The Regions a user may learn are regions they were brought up in which are the countries they are from, or the Hidden Village that their country is in. By knowing this technique the user knows and has basic knowledge of all Herbs found in one Region.

  Drawback: certain injuries may be impossible to cure or may take a long time to cure. The amount of chakra used is proportional to the injury required to be healed.
  Description: The user gathers chakra into their hands, creating a bright green glow around them. The user then forces the healing chakra into the body of the patient, healing physical damage. This technique requires three movements to heal a minor injury and six movements to heal a major injury, minus one for every rank in this technique above D the user possesses, to a minimum of one. Starting at B rank, the user is able to heal critical injuries with this technique. Healing a critical injury requires sixteen movements, minus one movement for every rank above B the user possesses. Remove one movement from this process for every difficulty rank above D the user possesses.
  Limit: Must be a medic, must know Gantai no Jutsu.

  Effect: Creates a bandage out of surrounding materials.

  Drawback: Requires concentration in order to make larger bandages. Requires some sort of material.
  Description: The user focuses chakra into a nearby material, such as sand, grass, or even water, forming it into an adhesive, sterile strip that’s reminiscent of a bandage. Once formed and applied, the makeshift bandage will remain without chakra input.
