Right I know all about the checking back through the posts and the fact that I admittedly haven't posted as much help as I could have. I have however been helping in the cbox and even specifically not helping so not to confuse new people while one staff member is already on it. Half of being staff is having the right attitude along with the knowledge and I know it is one of the reasons why a lot of staff applications are denied, I feel like I still have the right attitude for staff and can once more be a good and dependable / worth while member of the team.

Now it is down to you, denied or approved I won't mind too much as if denied I will re apply after my second holiday at the end of august but with approval I will not let anyone down and my knowledge will be back on track and helping people.

In all honesty, I understand that you were Moderator for a time before things went sideways. However, I haven't seen you nearly enough to entrust the title of Assistant or Moderator to you at this point. You mentioned your recent posts, so I'm sure you understand the criteria that we expect before we Accept or Deny a staff application. And with your recent posts, I don't see much going on in the role of staff.

Helping in the C-Box is all well and good, but there are multiple people who do the same thing. I can't let that be reason enough to give you a staff position, because then more people would flock to applications and use the same reference.

Beyond that, I'd like to see more activity from you before we grant you anything. I'd say to give you Assistant before Moderator, as that has always been our system. You work your way up, not go right back because of your past experience. You should know this, as well. It's kinda disappointing that you'd believe that you could go straight to Moderator and circumvent what has already been set in place.

However, I'll admit that you were good on staff. So with time and effort, I'm sure you'll earn your place back on the team. But for now, I'm gonna have to deny.

Small Note: You stepped down, came back some days later, applied for Moderator, had an issue with C-Box powers, and were denied the position. That doesn't represent good standing. The opinions of other staff may differ, and I didn't want to bring the obvious back up. That is my reasoning.
