Fuck yes, it's awesome as balls out. It's not hot but it's not fucking cold, I'm going to go out-fucking-side just fucking because of the weather. I don't even have anything to do, but fuck, how can I not?
How does nodding even suffice as a proper acknowledgment of another person's existence? Fucking what?
Despite the lowering sun, Kaito left his home, tugging his coat over his shoulders as he thrust his arms through the sleeves. Pocketing his hands into his overcoat as he turned away after locking his front door, he made his way down the streets of the village, aloofness plastered to his atmosphere.
The village was bustling tonight, oddly, he had to wave at passersby more often than usual. A few individuals nodded their heads at him as he strode to nowhere, forcing him to nod back.

He never was great at understanding how to go about familiarity. Kaito was outgoing and friendly, sure, but he never knew what you're supposed to do when it comes to greeting. He was okay with waving, he loved high five'ing and bumping fists, but nodding at someone never appealed to him. He thought it was foolish; he thought it was even more foolish of him. He always nodded back.
Sighing, he wiped it off his mind. It didn't really matter, it wasn't significant. He came to a halt suddenly as he was faced with a snarling shadow on the wall beside him. It was jittery and barking at him, sneering at him as the man simply stared at it. He narrowed his eyebrows and grunted, forcing his feet one by one to move him along. He tried not to pay attention to the beast as it followed him. It tried to reach out, to strangle him or something, but Kaito gave a mocking laugh as it was unable to reach past its barrier.
"Fucking twat," he said, tilting his head towards the shadow. It growled softly before dispersing into a plain blob of dark. Kaito crinkled his nose and turned his eyes back on the sidewalk. After a few moments of consideration, he let out a huff and continued on his way, stopping by a small shop. He eyed the cafe silently before ducking in, looking around the small abode. Absently, he started towards the front, preparing for a purchase as he dipped his hand into his pants' pocket, feeling around for change. He was growing bored already; he didn't quite know what he'd expected before he'd left.
