One vs one to the death! [Private Noboru]

It's been long since I stepped out away from the village. Well it's mostly because I am sick of my family already. My mum just got me a pink shirt! Like what? She expects me to wear that ugly shirt? They are a burden to the genius, Tensai Buru! So here I am looking to vent my anger on something or someone so I went to the forest and who knows I may bump into another ninja. Of course I would take my stuff along as well such as my buttbag, which holds a couple of grenades and kunais. And on my forehead is a one eyed goggle with a thermal vision function, how cool is that? Wearing my usual sparring suit out to the woods, I would be cautious as anything can happen.

Like a bloodhound whose nose was filled with the scent of that coveted sanguine fluid, Noboro hunted: his glaring yellow eyes scanned the expanse of the forest he had been exploring in with heightened efficiency as the Grass Genin bound tree to tree. With his usual equipment in tow sans his flowing black cloak, Noboro hovered above the head of the one he had sought after. The shinobi of the Rain surely had no idea that such a haughty dragon perched over his head at fifteen meters, as not even a sound came from the wildlife in the area to alarm the wanderer of impeding doom.

The Kusa-nin smiled as shadows danced off of his sharp, triangular teeth. He wouldn't attack just yet; having waited this far, Noboro squinted his reptilian eyes at the Ame-nin to gather some intel about his opponent from his vantage point before he swooped in for the kill.

Well it seems like this place was peaceful afterall. No signs of any enemies I guess as i walk aimlessly along the path. Then I felt a sudden chill. Well you know there really is such thing known as the sixth sense and I being the genius possesses it of course. How can you doubt the genius? It's not like there will be any harm if I shouted for anyone or something. But it really feels creepy around here so I guess I can calm myself down if I make some noises.

"Hello thereeee!!! Anyone here in this forest? Don't worry I won't tell your mum that you are fapping in this forest, maybe that's your fetish? Why not show yourself and have a friendly conversation?!" I yelled across the surroundings, hoping there would be a response as it gets really lonely around here.

Noboro jumped slightly at the boy's calling out before tensing his face up in a gruesome sneer. He was sure that he was the only ninja within the proximity, and was under the impression that surely meant those words where directed toward him. Had his foe seen him or not, he did not care; fueled by the verbal provocation, Noboro slid his quick hands into a fit of seals as he reared [body now at a crouch] his head back. His gullet expanded as charka poured into his bulging jaws before five fireballs rocketed out of his mouth, each in rapid succession after its sibling. The usage of the fire technique had felt so familiar to Noboro in a situation like this...

Oh! Yes of course; it had been weeks prior when he chased down another thieving Rain Genin. Apparently, the draconian youth had it out for Ame-nins.

His jutsu tore at his opponent with loud popping sounds as its projector leapt to another branch five meters away, giving him a slight arcing edge on his opponent [not failing to mention a new "hiding spot"] had he need to attack again. The Housenka technique wouldn't be any easy move to dodge, especially when it was fired from Tensai's backside. Even though the noise it gave off in flight could have been heard by the shouting fool, had he paid attention enough to hear it, anyway.

Housenka no Jutsu - Mythical Fire Phoenix Technique

Effect: The user is able to blow small balls of fire that can conceal projectiles to damage the opponent.
Special: Handseals

Description: The user performs a few quick handseals as they quickly take the same concept as that of the Goukakyuu no Jutsu. The user then spits out or hurls out up to five small sized fireballs towards the enemy. Each fireball creates massive amounts of burns but does not burst forth in an explosion. As each fireball makes contact with something, they spread out the fire creating a more of an area effect within the fire. The user is capable of using this technique in conjunction with multiple secondary weapons such as kunai or shuriken. The opponent is incapable of noticing the projectiles until the fire is extinguished in mid air. This technique is used typically to hide or to be used as a diversion for more of a powerful technique. As a D ranked ninja, the user is able of shooting 5 balls of fire. After the user goes up a difficulty class, they are capable of shooting 5 more fireballs.

"What the..?! I yelled as I turned my head back and saw fireballs coming at me as I heard noises behind. I have no time to count whether there is how many of them so I won't, attempting to dodge them by leaping and jumping in front. But I was almost too late as one fireball got to me, heating up my back area causing slight burns to my back. But i was not about to give up, well a genius never gives up as I faced the direction where the fire came from and then set forth a set of handseals, creating colors and lights in the air to attract my enemy attention, wherever he is, he should be startled by my genjutsu and be fascinated by it, hopefully to stun him so I can gather enough time for a counter attack.

After immediately completing the handseals for my genjustu, I would reach for my hira shurikens from my buttbag, throwing in the direction where the fireball came from and of course spreading the attacks at the branches as i knew my opponent wouldn't remain where he was after he attacked. Hoping that the shurikens would damage him in anyway and show his location.

Effect: A twisting pattern of subtle, shifting colors weaves through the air, fascinating creatures within it.

Description: A fascinated creature is entranced by a jutsu effect. The creature stands or sits quietly, taking no actions other than to pay attention to the fascinating effect, for as long as the effect lasts. This technique only lasts for two rounds when used. When the user performs this technique, they are capable of affecting at a range of thirty meters when the user is "D" Class, and then it adds ten meters for every class level higher then "D" Class. Those who see the Lights become fascinated and are unable to perform any actions during this time. The Jutsu will be disabled if the user is locked out of concentration such as being hit.
Limit: Must know Pattern Perception.

So my flames managed to reach him,

[/font][/size] Noboro chided darkly as he watched his opponent cringe from being hit by the Katon flame. He required more of himself as a shinobi; and seeing how his foe was one to make loud noise [ultimately, giving away his position], Noboro held his right arm in front of him to shield his eyes from the prismatic effects of what he deemed Genjutsu, for certainly it was used to allure and stun him. The wizardry, howbeit, had no affect on the Kusa-nin; but a stray star-shaped shuriken managed to make abode in his raised forearm as he grimaced with a low grunt.

With his flames having hit their mark, that pain had to have been much more to endure than a shuriken to a muscular appendage. Not even a full-minute had passed as Noboro dug into his ninja-tool pouch, rummaging through his equipment before his hand withdrew a canister from its slotted home. He threw the stun grenade down to where Tensai was, being sure to cover his eyes as the bomb exploded as it rolled toward the general location of his unwary foe. During the time in which the Rain shinobi would have been stunned [should he be] by the effects of the grenade, Noboro went back into his butt bag and hurled four bo-shuriken at his target. The small stakes where aimed at his torso [abdomen and chest area] and flew through the air with remarkable speeds giving kudos to their thrower's charka.

The young Dragon stayed on his perch as he watched to see what would unfold before his flaxen eyes [shuriken removed from arm by this time].[/blockquote][/blockquote][/justify]

Damn how am I gonna explain the burn mark behind my back to my mum? Arghh this bugger is pissing me off and no one pisses off the genius and gets away with it! My goggle with thermal vision slid to my right eye as I can see everything clearly now, including my foe with his body heat. He would definitely be stun by my next action as I immediately shunshin towards the foe, landing just infront of him as I ignored the thrown grenade.

[Attempt] My opponent would definitely be shock as he would cover his eyes, which is a mistake as I delivered my most powerful taijutsu attack, the bull rush! I strike with my right arm towards his chest area delivering a B rank damage and my opponent would fall towards the ground if the attack succeeded. Being a taijutsu master it would all happen so fast as a kunai would be drawn with my left hand and another shunshin would occur with a combination with an attack as I landed in front of my fallen opponent, a stab right at my foe's heart. Hopefully ending the battle.

Description: A vision that perceives thermal radiation and do not need a source of illumination. They produce an image in the darkest of nights and can see through light fog, rain and smoke. It detects heat signatures that are located around within field of vision. The hotter the image the more light is produced. Only capable of seeing through a single wall as it is completely solid unlike fog, smoke, and rain.
Limit: These types of items may be capable of being bought inside any Gadget Shop.

Shunshin no Jutsu - Oshi (Body Flicker Technique - Push) 2/3

Skill: NinJutsu/TaiJutsu
Effect: A Jutsu that allows a user to rush forward in almost instantaneous speed. Used to draw the user close to the opponent.
Special: ---
Drawback: May use 3 times a day. May perform 1 more each time learned. Passing amount renders the user's legs immobile due to severe pain. Unable to perform again unless gained medical treatment. Must move through an opening. Unable to maneuver around obstructing objects. Can't attack while performing any Shunshin or Variation.
Description: User is able to move forward in a straight line along the ground in almost instantaneous untraceable speed while temporarily masking the user's movements within 10 meters. A puff of smoke is occasionally used to disguise the user's movements. It is accomplished by focusing the user's chi along the ankles and foot. User mostly moves just with their ankles and feet. Jutsu takes up no movements. User may only use this Jutsu half of the movements may allow in a single round while rounding down. Example: User has 5 movements, user is able to perform Jutsu 2 times per round.
Limit: Universal NinJutsu or Universal TaiJutsu.[


Kitsui Kaba (Close Bull Rush)

Effect: You become an expert at delivering a Bulrush. One who delivers a devastating blow capable of blowing though concrete, charging forth with such strength that obstacles does not matter. A full power bulrush feels as if it is much stronger then it should be. When the user learns this technique they are capable of using Sensai Kaba (Master Bull Rush) without a running start.

Description: With this technique, the user does not have to rush, or really the user does not need a running start. This technique enables that of the Sensai Kaba (Master Bull Rush) capability without taking a running start. The user takes the understanding of Bulrush to a newest degree to where whenever they make connect, a rush is more powerful, more dangerous then how most people are capable of using the Bulrush. This technique feels as if the strength of the technique increases depending on the Class level of the user. Whenever the user first learns this as a "D" Class character, the technique feels as if it is a "B" Rank technique. This means that whenever a user bulrushes through a defense, the defense takes the hit as if it is trying to stop a "B" Rank technique. When the user becomes a "C" Class character, the rank of the technique feels that of an "A" Rank technique. Finally when the user reaches "B" Class, the technique feels as if it would be considered as a "S" Rank technique.
Limit: Must know Sensai Kaba (Master Bull Rush)

The speed at which his foe could move startled Noboro, so much so that the blow that came following the initial shunshin sent him flying backward before gravity seized control. With his arms having already been sprung up, the Bull Rush blow had hit crossed appendages in a last ditch attempt at defense; tumbling downward, Noboro's fingers hurriedly worked into seals as [out of the corner of his eye] he saw a stone that weighed nearly twenty-three kilograms. The scapegoat had been found.

While the replacement technique took effect before his body hit the earth, his opponent had shunshin'd before him, ready to deal the final blow; unfortunately for the quicker one, the speed at which he was moving in for the killshot would be enough to cause tremendous amounts of pain to surge through his arm, quite possibly resulting in a fractured forearm had he not been strong enough to break through the boulder.

In the shaded underbush of the forest [12 meters to the left], taking a knee, was Noboro. He had to catch his breath as he waited to see what would become of the supersonic cyclops.

Kawarimi no Jutsu (Body Switch Skill)

Skill: Ninjutsu
Effect: The Replacement technique. A technique where one quickly replaces their body with an animal or an object by making it seem like they were attacked, this usually distracts and confuses an enemy and create a chance to attack.
Special: ---
Drawback: A user may only switch with an object of similar size from the nearby area. A user must perform the jutsu ahead of time, and not within the same round they are attacking in. The Background must be explained correctly in order to perform. The user may not switch with an object on them, only something around them. The technique only works within a distance of five meters from the user. Objects changed may only be of at the most two feet in different fo size. A user may not perform this technique, and perform other techniques after because it gives out the position of the user. This technique does not work on area effect techniques that exceed the user's capabilities of performing Kawarimi no Jutsu (Body Switch Skill)
Description: The Kawarimi no Jutsu, allows a ninja to dodge attacks, whether they are weapons such as kunai, ninjutsu, taijutsu, or any other attack type. Coupled with other jutsu, it can be very effective in confusing your opponent, and catching them off-guard. The only downside, is it often takes a strategic mind to effectively utilize it, not that it can't be useful in the hands of an inexperienced ninja.
Limit: An academy Jutsu that all is capable of performing if they wish to do so.

ooc - hopefully that is passable; in any case, since this is for s&g's -- do you mind if i try this kg ive been rping with for a few years out? i plan on using it here and what better way to get some rp posts using it out? if you comply, i will briefly explain it in my next post, along with several of the techs that i will be using.

Ooc: haha its okay. Its just a light battle anyway. But I think the grenade would take 6 seconds to activate, that would be enough time for me to attach my goggles which already have the thermal vision and i just have to focus my right eye. so I would be able to shunshin towards you before you can take out your shuriken.
6 seconds is enough time to do all this in my opinion.

As he opponent scanned the area for him, Noboro slunk off into the blackness of the forest, his movements quick and silent as the wind itself.
