Kade is relatively tall for a boy his age. However, despite that height, or perhaps because of it, he has an incredibly slender frame, giving off the appearance of being fragile. However, that could not be further from the truth. Kade keeps his body fit with constant feats of athleticism in order to be a shinobi with the strength to achieve his goals. His eyes are a pale blue reminiscent of a Yuki no Kuni afternoon sky, with a skin tone about as pale, even though he spends hours in the sunlight searching for rare plants of note. His hair is akin to charcoal, a deep black with the tiniest flecks of natural gray within it, giving him a rather unique appearance.
He matches his apparel to his hair, usually appearing in dark colors. His preferential attire would include a black kimono with highlights of crimson, deep emerald, or dark sapphire around the edges or within a sash worn across the waist. While wearing a katana or wakizashi, Kade tends to keep the weapon stored on a waist sash on his left-handed side. Any secondary weapons are normally stored on the right-handed side of his sash.
He has a preference for wooden geta sandals, feeling most comfortable with them on. In general, he avoids wearing the accompanying tabi socks. While his mother still lived, she hated the fact that he wore his geta this way. Refusing to wear the tabi with the geta is one of the few things that Kade does in order to help remind himself of his deceased parents.
03 COGNITIVE;
ζʹ— Demeanor; Kade usually stands relaxed and at ease with the world. He doesn't let anything bother him, at least on the outside, and always keeps his cool both inside and outside of battle. He will usually stand sentinel to his allies as needed, but his posture is never strained, simply existing.
Kade will always take the moment to stop and smell the roses, both literally and figuratively. As an aspiring herbalist, Kade will take any opportunity to observe the flora about him to see if there is anything worth harvesting. While this can cause dismay amongst his comrades, Kade's high level of stoicism rebuffs any emotional distress that his allies' dismay might cause him.
ζʹ— Alignment; Lawful Evil
ζʹ— Purpose; Kade has only a singular purpose in life. It is a drive that has fueled him since the beginning, and will burn through his body until the day that he dies. Ambition. Kade desires only to be the greatest; to reach the highest pinnacle of knowledge, strength, and mastery that this shinobi world has ever known. There is always room for improvement. For this goal, Kade would sacrifice anything, break any bond, and sever any hope within his reach.
04 BIOGRAPHY;There was one thing that Kade's parents taught him before they died. Life was about power. Whoever lived and whoever died... it all came down to who had the might, wit, and drive to achieve victory over life's circumstances. Through power, one may survive long enough to witness beauty, experience love, and conquer the mongrels who would stand in the way of the furtherance of yourself.
There are many ways to be powerful, Kade's father said to him, each with their own flaws and strengths. There was physical might, that of the brawler, which could be earned through proper training and endurance. All shinobi of the world need to possess this might, or else they would be crushed underfoot. Another source of power is, of course, wealth. A good shinobi would also have access to this type of power, for there were things that could be bought that would otherwise be insurmountable. Finally, there were bonds -- whether bonds of kin, friendship, loyalty, or servitude, ever person had a bond with others. The more beneficial bonds that a person had, the more might that they had to draw upon. It is these types of bonds that make a Hidden Village successful, and it is the combination of these three types of power that could make a man truly mighty. To be the most powerful, one would need to have a great amount of all three.
When Kade was 8, his parents were sent on a mission from which they would never return from. Kade, knowing in his bones that his parents had failed and that they had succumbed to the might of another, vowed to never make that mistake himself. He would be the strongest that he could be, and he would excel at his own pace in order to bring a new age of peace to the world, an era where his might alone would make the Great Nations quake.
Through further years of meditation, Kade learned how to manipulate a multitude of the elements. His command over the Elemental Releases began to grow powerful. Over time, he learned how to manipulate the arts of Fire, Water, Lightning, Earth, Air, and Wood. It was the final discovery, that of the Mokuton, that triggered a surge of power that he hadn't experienced before, and in a bright vision, he witnessed the ghost of his mother lay a set of scrolls under the floorboards of his home.
When the vision ended, Kade moved towards the scrolls to discover that they were detailed accounts of his mother's clan, the Ikebana. The scrolls contained the basic knowledge of flower manipulation that he would then also begin to study and attempt to master. Through time and diligence, he gained the foundations of the Ikebana Clan and would, only later, truly begin to delve into their secrets.
With this knowledge in hand, Kade decided that it would now be time. He would attempt to delve into the world of the shinobi, where his parents had died. Would he finally be strong enough to conquer that which had taken his parents from him? Or was he the same kind of weak as them?
