This took a lot of deliberation. I don't like that you put this up while the site was down, though I understand the reasons. You've been a mod before and know most of your shit. We could use mods right now with all the revamps. There's still stuff you have to work on but I'll give you a shot.

I am sorry, but I am going to have to say 1|2, denied.

I had to think long and hard about this, but I feel that, though you are fairly knowledgeable, you lack the judgement that a mod needs in order to appropriately do their duties, and though we may need mods I don't see that as reason enough to give you an approval. There was the issue with Flower's Training during the Update, which I feel you, among others, did not show appropriate judgement on. There is also the fact that you put this up while we were updating the site, there were many small jobs that you could have been doing instead of writing up an application for moderator.

I understand where you are coming from with me posting it up during the maintenance but I had originally written this up before we went into maintenance mode. I just wanted to get some more help during maintenance under my belt before posting it up.

In short it took me 5 seconds to post this up and according to the rules after two weeks I am allowed to notify people about it and it has been roughly 3 weeks since i put it up if not closer to 4. Yet I didn't message people as I didn't want to distract people with it but if they got the time that was great.

I figured if I did put it up during maintenance and was accepted then the fact I could give people the mod 1.2 from the get go. With grading flowers training I didn't see anything really wrong with that I just wanted to take a little break from doing all the big projects and do some basic staff duty and reading flowers training let me go off into my own world for a mo. Seeing I had read it anyway i didn't really see harm in adding in a grade either - I was just doing a basic staff duty. I do however see where you are coming from Zets and I do also appreciate and thank you putting your voice in on the matter.

Ko is extremely knowledgeable and has done quite a lot for NFRP during the update. Including taken on many projects as well. I wish him all the best for this application. And if anyone wishes to discuss my decision regarding this matter, please PM me as I actually think that despite his judgement, Kochou has the potential and attutide for a Modertor title.

I've debated this for a little bit Ko. I saw it when it was posted up. I thought about it and waited to make my decision. I was wondering what else was going to be said. I've read over the responses by everyone and even then, waited some more, thinking about it myself.

Ultimately... My agreement is with Zets on this one. The main issues I had with you becoming an assistant have gotten better. And on that, I am glad. However.... There are still some minor things, much like what Zets said, that make me hesitant on making you a moderator. I think you're getting there. And, in all honesty, I think you'll make it soon. But as it is now, I am just not fully ready to make you a moderator once again. For now, keep up with what you're doing. Continue to show that willingness to help. And in due time, the dark blue title will be yours once again.

For now, however, I will be saying 2/2 Denied.
