Having found the Tensora Dojo, and master hand, Akai had convinced the man to teach him some of the style. Here, he was now being taught the style’s basic walking step. It was supposed to be used in order limit wasted movement within the style Akai watched with a keen observant eye, picturing himself using the steps as well. The master’s dominant foot was kept forward while the rear leg balanced on the balls of his feet. Aside from occasionally glancing at the master nearby, his back was straight and restrained from moving his head much. His front legs was likewise been and both feet pointed forward.
Yes, his appearance perfectly mirrored Master han, who had stopped talking to demonstrate after moving away and finishing the explanation. Supposedly, Akai was supposed to move within this stance in a particular manner. But, it was essentially a stance, right? It would simple. He watched master Han expertly glide across the floor in this stance without a single bit of misplaced motion, or the slightest crag and scuffle. It was a flawless movement, one he needed to emulate and make his own.
Being an expert, borderline swordsmen on his own, Akai got a little bit overconfident in the maneuver. Afterall, it was walking, and he’d already mastered to different sword styles. So It’d be a shame screw up here, granted he was only learning. As he was instructed, Akai lurched forward, smoothly transitioning the weight from one foot to the next and then bringing his body forward. As he brought his body forward though, the rear foot dragged and shuffled along the floor just a bit. Master Han told him to move around like this until he felt comfortable, or he said to stop. Akai gave a harsh glance his direction, but said nothing. He was master teaching him. If he didn’t feel Akai could confidently learn this style, then he’d quit teaching him.
