The wood that the spoon was made of had the mixture turn brown and Emi knew that the added ingredient couldn't allow his potion to remain the same. But he was steadfast and just retrieved a stronger spoon made from non-corrosive steel. Then he poured in some extra water, which he previously had cleansed from any dirt by using his distill-machine. It was however important that it was on a fireplace as he poured in the liquid, but as it appeared to be boiling without the touch of flames, Emi just had it be. When he had added almost 2 liters to the mix and cooled it down to minus 15 degrees, the liquid began to turn into something similar to tar. He whipped around in the bottle, but he just couldn't remove it from the walls, which made him doubtful that the remaining steps would be able to make it any useful.
It was time for him to add in a second amount of blood into the mix, which he made sure would happen by him pouring it into a container before having it enter the bottle. That was because he didn't want to risk to poison himself if he accidentally had made a super poison. But as a puff of smoke erupted from the creation and formed a skull face, he was starting to doubt that he even could risk getting it on anything. So to cover himself up a little more, he put on an apron made out of leather before he gently put in two large scoops of milk and honey mix. That actually made it look a little friendlier, but he still doubted that it would be anything he'd even be okay with handing to his worst enemy. When everything was completely whipped together, he only needed to add another layer of the chakra into it.
As the first time, he had sever difficulties to apply it to the mixture and had to get assistance from his clones. The viscosity of the liquid instantly changed as he managed to merge the chakra with it, which made him believe that he actually managed to form the proper chakra system. He had felt a chill through his spine that he only assumed came from a success, but since there were so many faults already it wouldn't be saves, Emi just felt like he needed a win. Then the final process was approaching and he had to brig in a lot of new gadgets and tubes to put up around the bottle. The tube system had a lot of up and downs and swapping bottles until it finally reached a new type of bottle. Most of it looked strange to him, but as the system was carefully described in the book and it said it was the most important part, he went for it.
