Chapter One: The Fall of the Past, The Rise of an Empire; Kage Introduction Event

Plot: The silver haired goddess has rebelled against the previous authorities of the snow village at a time when the village was at its weakest condition - even rebelling on her own, managing to push the kage and his subordinates from their posts, taking the throne of the snow village for herself. Upon taking lead of the snow village, the female instantly took care of the old tower, as well as the employees of the old tower, who she found incompetent and is now calling every shinobi from the snow village - everybody that is willing to call themselves a true warrior of snow and is gathering them at the construction side of the new and almost complete tower of snow - The Tower of Hope. While this may not be the greatest celebration the snow village has had, it is a step necessary to be taken for the future of the village.
As mentioned above, the event will take place on the future construction side of the future and almost entirely complete tower of snow, The Tower of Hope and the invitations sent to the shinobi of the village will state that the gathering of all shinobi will be at noon and will last until the late afternoon when all shinobi will be dispatched back to their duties. The main event of the gathering will be at the end when the Yukikage herself will give out a speech to all shinobi of the snow village.

The mentor of Pricillia, as well as her personal maid and trainer in the arts of a shinobi, Katherine is invited to the event by Pricillia herself and has a special role in the whole event. She is the one who is going to hand the 'Blade of Snow' to everybody that participates in the event and is the one responsible for the personal guard of the Yukikage.

Appearance: [Picture] As a subordinate and a personal bodyguard of the white goddess, Katherine has been ordered to wear an angel's wear to this special for the kage and the village event. Having no right to deny the will of her mistress, Katherine has put on a special outfit, close to the outfit of her mistress, however, with a few details that can tell the two of them apart. One of those details are the metal chains that are locked to both wrists of Katherine, adding more to her vision of a fallen angel. The angelic wings on her back are also nothing but decorative wings which she can easily control with her chakra strings upon will. The beautiful white & scarlet dress the female is wearing is a perfect match to her scarlet red eyes and long white hair. Wearing a raven-black underskirt only adds more to the detail and reflects her snow-white colors. On her right hand, one can clearly see the tattooed cross that proves her loyalty to the Deus family.
Personality: Katherine is normally calm until she reaches her breaking point, which can be reached in many ways. As well as Pricillia knows, Katherine can tend to be rather aggressive around ignorant people, people that don't understand what she is saying or when she detects that somebody is faking interest in what she is saying. At all times, Katherine doesn't talk much, but when she does, she hates to be interrupted and if so happens, looses the will to continue speaking until the person that interrupted her doesn't leave her sight. Vengeful, aggressive and serious at all times, another scenario that can push Katherine to her breaking point is her having her life threatened in a way, as well as the life of her mistress, Pricillia.- ANBU Guards
There are ten guards on the construction side of the new tower altogether at all times and for this event, they are all gathered inside the lobby of the building where the Kage and Katherine will be giving out a speech. They are armed and ready to enter combat at any moment as their training requires and will not hesitate to attack if they witness that the lives of Pricillia or Katherine are in any sort of danger during the duration of the ceremony.

[[ GM-ing to this event will be done by me and I don't really need anybody to help me with it - I will be practically more than enough as it wont have lots of interactions with surroundings, NPC and whatnot. If accepted, this event will be taking place after I return to the village from the 3 Dead Bodies mission, ICly become Kage and demolish the old tower, so I am not in an immediate hurry to get this event accepted, however, the faster it happens, the lest I will have to worry about later. ]]
