Couple of things Gohan,

1. Don't go calling members noobs, even if they are. Please refer to them as members

2. I have been impressed with your knowledge of the site from the start, I think you have good potential at being staff, though I am a bit on the fence if you are matured enough site wise to be staff.

3. Although I am leaning towards giving you a shot, I first want to see what other staff members have to say before giving my 1.3 or 1.2.

I agree with Ko on all points. You are terribly active which is a plus, but the main troubling thing for me are a few points.

Expressing a want to scrap for the sake of Augments after the fact that you were elected Kage. Scrapping, or attempting to scrap, out of the Exams also leaves a bad taste and doesn't set much of a good example of patience which is one of the main attributes needed.

What makes me indecisive about it iare those precise points, you are active, you are online often and you learn fast. However, you ran for kage, scrapped rather quickly after receiving the office and with the pace of the CE's.

I will remain indecisive, though I am willing to sit and listen to any further reasons you feel these points should not hinder your progress, and that we should further consider you for staff. ^^

The scrap was so that ryosuke would get chuunin since theres no way in hell we would have won (lets not debate this). As for losing the title, keep in mind that I was the only shinobi in my village who even bothered running for kage in the first place and became kage like the day I was accepted.

I understand about being kage etc the week you are accepted and that instantly giving you more responsibility and how it cut you off from participating in certain aspects of a character, though using Ryo to defend yourself in such a manor I don't like.

I like you but as I said you are not site mature enough to be staff Imo and that comment just proved my point.

I am not debating anything, I am pointing out concerns.

I do know you were the only person in your village to step in for Kage, and as such, that is taking on the responsibility of being a 'Role Model' for the people here and to inspire some activity. Though admirable, I dont know how anyone feels about scrapping your Kage for the sake of someone else not in your village to receive a title.

I'll see what the staffers have to say though ^^

Gohan, im not accusing you of lying in any way. I just don't think you are ready to be staff yet, a few little areas that need working on. Knowledge and activity are a big part but not everything.

I think you could be a good staff member but I would like to see you around for a little longer first. I've seen some posts in support but I'd like to see more there and more in bios, even if people gripe. As long as its not in NF they can deal with you posting there as it gives us something to judge you off of.

I'm going to say 2/2 for now, but with a totally open invitation to apply again later.
