This is where people will post when having actions done around, or in the tower of the KazeKage. It is a large establishment that rests a distance off from the main village, and each who inhabit this place are able to view the village in its entirety. ANBU are posted at each entrance, as well as hidden relatively close to the village's location so as to bring down the awareness of alert levels.
The Tower of the KazeKage consists of:
Enter here when meetings are to take place, or when the KazeKage summons one to the Tower for matters of business. Commoners are only welcome into the main court and dining hall, but only for certain periods. When under alert, gates are closed off and no commoners are allowed. All doors are locked, and only ANBU and capable shinobi are active in the field.
The Tower of the KazeKage consists of:
- The Main Court. When one enters the Tower of the KazeKage, they are brought past the gates and into a large court. The walls of the Tower are high enough to block too much sand from getting in, so there are somewhat large patches of grass and statues of various animals in their most proud stance, made of stone. It also branches off into living quarters for council members, as well as the immediate family of said members.
- A Dining Hall. Very big room. Food is prepared behind doors located at the back of the room.
- The Council Room. A circular room with a huge window at the back of the room. A circular table of wood make rests in the center of the room, chairs spread out. The quantity of chairs depends on the number of council members present at the time.
- The Scroll museum. This is where important documents or jutsu scrolls are kept. Only the Kage has access to this room, and others must be given permission to enter. Constant inventory is kept up with, so thieves and the like will be found out easily.
- Office Of The KazeKage. This is the room where the KazeKage usually resides when in the tower, a place where few get to enter. In this room rests a large table, scrolls, and seats for those who might visit to sit in.
