Additional Comments

I am not the most qualified, but I have quite the muse for this, and I think I can help around. I'd like to point out my work on the Taverns as qualification for this, as Heero complimented them personally. I also think I can be a positive force for low-level events to keep newbies engaged. I want to be involved in site religious unifications and such, and I think I'm a good guy to make stuff happen.

The puppet would be made by you and accepted for the purpose of event prizes, are you up to that?

Quite so.
The reason it say no to "S" rank characters was because we have ample opportunities for them to flex their TP, and I want an event where slightly lower level ninja can shine more easily. I might change that, in hindsight.

I would edit the puppet, depending upon the reward specifications (I don't think regular members can see those.) But Im up to that.
