In regards to the announcement Usiel notified us about, I decided to try out for an Assistant position. The reason was is I do indeed enjoy the community here as well as the mechanics, I can see myself being here for as long as possible.

In regards to this account, which I made during the beginning of October, my original and first account was in fact made in September. Which I say in regards to anyone wondering why I'm applying with a young account. hassrox

I try my best to understand the complex rules we have here, which I believe I've a firm grasp on, and hope to learn even more as an Assistant-- as in I hope this'll be a great learning experience. I try my best to answer questions in the support forum from time to time, even though our lightning fast staff beats me to it at times, as well as help new players in the Cbox when need be. Well that is all, if there any any question I will try my best to answer them diligently.

With chakra moved to mouth and lungs the user gathers air from the water and is able breath underwater, chakra guided to ears protects from the aching caused by pressure, lenses of chakra protecting eyes work like swim goggles.
Limit: Anyone can learn it, the techinque doesn’t even need a scroll, smart ninjas should be able to figure out the process on their own.

Drawback: Depending on the Rank, is dependent on how strong or how much the user is capable of doing with the Goukakyuu no Jutsu.
Description: The user quickly performs a few handseals. The user then places the hand over their mouth creating a small like circle. This technique in turn is then to help the user control the great flame. The use then blows out and creates a large fireball that twice the size of a normal human body. When the "C" Rank version is first learned the user is only capable of blowing out the Great Fireball that is cannot be moved or go anywhere else. This also means that the technique does not explode in a fiery explosion, but burns greatly to anyone that is caught within the technique. When the user learns the "B" Rank version then the user is capable blowing the Great Fireball into the distance, sending it away from the use it to hurl towards the very opponent. This technique is only capable of going into a straight line and this is capable of having the size three times the size of a human body. This technique when launched at an opponent then becomes dangerous because at this point the technique can explode causing damage that is even more devastating.

1) Although a minor issue, it seems, for the blood limit slot could you include "Uchiha"

2) Before going on with creating a character in which someone plans to have as Uchiha. You must meet all of these requirements listed:

-A user must make a character that is not an Uchiha beforehand.
-User must have completed 5 events or interactive missions.
-User must have gained at least 750 TP with a previous character and must be active.

Reference: Restrictions at the bottom of the first post.

3) For weight, please include a unit of measurement such as 'lbs', or pounds.

4) For the two apparel items you've selected, you simply can only choose from a select list of 15 slot holder items. Also, apparel is considered as a secondary item.

This custom is awfully familiar to this technique, located in the earth release techniques:

This process is complete on the second last post of their lifespan, signaling their imminent demise.
Special: "Handseals"
Drawback: Will only remain active for a short time.

Example: A "D" Class Character of the Zassou clan wishes to start with the Tsuru Tako (Vine Octopus) Ritual. The user subtracts 9,000 Ryo from their 13,000 Ryo. So from your 13,000 ryo allowance for primary weapons, you'd be using some of it for an augmentation ritual. You'll need to subtract the performing price from your allowance (13,000) You get eight augmentation points at the start

Book: Has a % chance of finding, so it cannot be started with in the first place.
