Rose came out from the ground, a while away from the hotel, while her teammates spar before the exams, she wanted to finish one last training her secret combos. She took out a water scroll and looked for a certain Jutsu...

Description: A technique where water is is made into a large spiraling vortex that spins around the ninja. This technique can ber used both offensively and defensively. Offensively to attack the opponent,and defensively to deflect attacks. This is in conjunction with the Great Exploding Current in which the water sprouts out in a vortex like form.
Limit: Water Release, must know the Great Exploding Current Technique.

This Jutsu would be a great addition to her God of Water, Master of Water, and King of Water combos. Along with completing her other minor Water combos. However, there was not much time in the exam and she would have to finish this quickly. Rose went to a nearby Lake and got on it. She then began to concentrate into her massive Ninjutsu Master chakra.

A little while later, a bit of water began to swirl under her. However, this was the opposite of what Rose had planned, instead of coming up, a huge hole appeared under her and swallowed her into the bottom. After a while, Rose lifted herself from the lake, that was not what she was expecting, but at least she was doing something. However, the Great Exploding Current was already one of her mastered Jutsu, so it was not much. With that, Rose tried again.

Rose first concentrated her chakra again, but this time she guided the chakra with her hands in a series of twirling motion. The water began to rotate around her, and she lifted her hands up. A bit of water came up in the air all the way to Rose’s waist height, and then collapsed. This time it went up, great news to Rose. She tried one more time, concentrating chakra into her hands again…

Rose began to twirl her hands again. Once in a while jabbing them up, all until water began to swirl. A huge progress in fact, all the way to her head height. After that, Rose let the water collapse, because she could not get it any higher. However, all the way to her head was already enough for one of her minor combos. ‘Repulse Sinking’, with that, Rose struck the Tiger hand sign and summoned up a water clone 10 feet away, which began charging at Rose…

“Repulse Sinking!” Yelled Rose, as the clone drew close and fired a Teppodama at her. A swirl of water rose between the clone and Rose, and stopped the water bullet. The vortex began to spread after that, and pushed the clone before it could jump back. The push blasted the water clone all the way to a hole in the water. Which Rose obviously made, the water clone lost its footing as it reached the steep hole and fell in.

Inside, the water collapsed in a pluck above the water, and the force of it and the fall of the clone was enough to destroy it. Rose tried this again with another clone. She formed the Tiger hand sign again and summoned up the water clone, which came from the back this time, without turning around, Rose performed her combo. A swirl of water, now about 3 feet higher than Rose’s height, appeared, and blocked a wind needles. The vortex began to swirl, faster this time even without that much help form Rose’s hand, it pulsed out and pushed the clone back.

The same thing happened, the clone lost its footing in a giant hole in the water and fell in. It reached 20 meters into the lake before Rose closed the vortex and sealed the clone in. The fall, shown in the huge splash a few seconds after Rose closed the hole, and the fact of the speed and force of the closing, which was shown in a huge slash of water on the surface, was enough for the clone to be destroyed. Rose sighed, then sat down. One of her minor combos finished…

Next up was another combo ready to be finished, which was mostly just a extension of the Repulse sinking. This combo would take up about 4 seconds, which was longer than the Repulse sinking, 2 seconds. This was the Pulse Sealing, which was made to counter not only Taijutsu users, like the Repulse, but this would also counter Ninjutsu and sometimes Genjutsu.

Rose formed 2 water clones, although she only needed 1, this was a widespread move for up to six at full power though so it didn’t matter. Rose activated her Byakugan and got ready… One of the clones fired a Teppodama, while one charged. Rose quickly formed the tornado of water to repulse the Teppodama and stop the water clone. Rose then formed the Tiger hand sign and got a water clone to appear next to the other two water clones.

The one that charged earlier got blasted with a Teppodama into the air by the new water clone next to it, which collapsed into water later. The one that fired the Teppodama got blasted the same way, this time the water clone did not collapse. The real Rose and the new Clone Rose jumped into the air and performed the Tiger hand sign. Later, two holes in the lake appeared under the clones that were in the air. The Real Rose and the Rose clone next to her then raised the Tiger hand sign to their mouths.

After that, they both blasted Teppodama blasts at the clones, the tip of the Tiger hand sign touched the water bullet and caused the Steam Core to ready itself. As soon was the water bullets hit the two other water clones, the water bullet exploded and blasted the two other water clones with the force of a explosive tag and sent them in the giant hole in the lake. The clones both fell in 30 meters in a short time thanks to the blast, and the hole of water collapsed in on them.

Later, the water clone next to Rose collapsed as well. That Jutsu barely took chakra to do, and was more effective now that the tornado of water was used. This would be another middle combo in Rose’s array of many combos. With that in mind, she got ready to work on the next combo. This one not a extension, but just another minor combo. This one more of an attachment to her secret combo, the ‘Lunar Death’.

The ‘Hydra Swallow’ did however, needed multiple small water tornado heads to work. This meant Rose had to do some more basic training of her new Jutsu first. She got to work right away. Thanks to her huge amount of Chakra. She didn’t move her hands at all this time, and just concentrated into her water release. The chakra began to twirl itself into two large areas, which began to rise in a vortex as Rose controlled it.

The 2 tornado heads split in 2 each, making 4 smaller tornado heads of water, then split into 8, all of them able to fit a human now, all leading to two giant tornados that ended in one huge lake. Rose held this for as long as she could, but a big tree-like effect like this worn her concentration and the giant figure collapsed. Rose was not done yet though, she needed concentration for her combo, and that is what she would do. She did this by striking a meditation state.

While the meditation continued, water began to form a tornado or more every few minutes or seconds. Sometimes colliding to make a bigger tornado. After a while, Rose stopped to rest… After a small rest, having to do with visiting the hotel for some dumplings, Rose got back to work… She struck the concentration state. After that, tornado after tornado formed, colliding and rising. The lake was like a storm at this time, however, one mislead tornado hit Rose and ended her concentration.

Rose did not mind this, she had done a lot already, and the sun was hot, so soaking was fun. She got ready to officially perform the Hydra swallow now. Rose first formed the Tiger Hand sign again and summoned up her 5 water clones. All enemies this time… She the got ready for incoming attacks. Her Hydra formation could counter just about anything at this moment.

Haiku and Jin arrived at the lake. They watched as she trained. After awhile of watching, Haiku kind of broke the silence.

"Hey Rose! We're here."

He then shut his mouth because he was probably disturbing her training. He needed to train himself for the exams.

Jin and Haiku made their way to the location Rose had given them, both of them were feeling much better. But then again they couldn't have felt much worse. They entered the lake and Jin spotted rose Instantly, "Training as always, how am I not surprised." He called to her, "Told you she would be, Haiku."

[Nira]

"Hey Haiku, Hey Jin." Said Rose, not opening her eyes. A few minutes later, the tornado storm of water fell silent. "How did the spar go out?" She asked, although she pretty much knew who won.

Haiku kind of laughed and then smiled

"We kind of pushed each other to our limits......he beat me though..."

Haiku was still getting used to the fact, he hated to lose but he would rather lose to a teamate then someone else.

"People get stronger by experiencing everything." Said Rose, walking to the shore and molding a swirl of water in her hands. "So hows your arry of Jutsu coming along?" She added. smiling. Her eyes open.

"Well I'm doing fine I guess, I'm learning everyday. I'm currently working on a genjutsu Technique."

Haiku walked over to the shore and sat down. He missed home a little already. He wondered if his little brother was alright there by himself. He then closed his eyes and decided to meditate, breathing in the fresh air.

Rose smiled as her teammate went to meditate, and she herself went back to training, diving in the lake.

Kitsunetsuki (Spiritual Possession)

Effect: A Technique that works further, and takes the notion of the Ikamono Chikara no Chakra (Fake Chakra Power) and pushes it to another style of extreme. What occurs however is that the feel of the illusion becomes more real, becomes more fearsome towards the opponent's eyes as the user begins to tap into their very imagination.
Special: "Handseals"
Drawback: The user is only capable of this technique within a certain amount of radius. To those that are out of the range of the technique they are uncapable of feeling the technique or believe something may be considered to be somewhat fishy.
Description: By using the Ikamono Chikara no Chakra (Fake Chakra Power) the user pushes further with the technique, and becomes more fearsome. Instead of just the fake chakra flow, the user then takes the time to push foward along the very illusion. The illusion of a demonic figure comes forth. Fake wings, a prolongued disguised like face, enlarging nails, hair and eye color changes, while growing horns in whichever part of their body that they wish. With a GenJutsu specialist and first learned, the user is capable of pushing this technique into a ten meter radius. For every Difficulty class the user grows the distance of that technique increases by fifteen meters. For a GenJutsu Master the maximum distance that the user is capable of using this very technique is fifteen meters. For every Difficulty Class the user grows the distance of the very technique increases by Twenty Meters. The distance is the meaning of how far someone, or how far people may be before they are suddenly effected by the very technique.
Limit: GenJutsu User, and must know the Ikamono Chikara no Chakra (Fake Chakra Power) Technique

"Well I'm ready to train.....I guess Jin doesn't have to worry about falling into my genjutsu."

He said that kind of sarcastically because he knew that was one of his downfalls in the battle, but of course Jin was a strong ninja. He continued he little meditation session. He always meditated, about ten times a day, so relaxing and being able to focus on what he is doing was easy. He focused his Chakra, feeling it flow throw his body, while taking deep breaths. Afterwards Haiku placed his hands together, and began the handseals. He released his chakra from his pours and let the jutsu do the rest. His chakra turned an dark red, purple and black color. It looked like he was releasing some type of demon from his soul. Then the real jutsu began, as his skin began to turn into dark black scales.

He slowly stood up and let his bones protrude from his legs and arms. Then his ribs burst from his back and stretched out to form wings. His nails on his fingers and feet grow an inch longer, as his teeth shape into the teeth of a shark. Then horns grew from his forehead like some type of devil. His eyes turned a dark red color and his nails grew an inch longer. His clothes ripped from his body as his muscles grew and became more cut. Finally his spine stretched out through his tail bone to shape a long sharp tail that moved like a cats tail behind him. Everytime he did, it was more fun then the last. He then ended the jutsu and relaxed. He watched Rose practice in the water for a little bit.

Rose returned to her hydra form training. She struck the Tiger hand sign and summoned her 5 water clones. After that, she began the form. The 5 water clones charged at her. Rose summoned a hole in the water behind her, and 8 tornado heads appeared behind her. Two of them were close to Rose, the others were in random places.

As one Teppodama was shot and a water clone charged, Rose had one tornado near her absorb the water bullet while a random on engulfed the charging one and blew him into the hole in the water behind Rose. Rose kept on going, her random ones taking out water clones while the ones near her absorbed hits.

After a few seconds, Rose lowered the Jutsu as the last Water clone was destroyed. Another combo mastered, another step of the new Jutsu done. However, it would not be finished just like that. Rose got ready for another combo of hers. The Skyline Strike, combined with her combo known as the Aqua Rotation. Both which would need concentration and power.

After his talk with Rose Jin decided to get back to work, he still didn't feel like he had complete control over his clones. Making them was easy enough but controlling them was a different story, with his regular bunshin jutsu he could produce ten clones without using chakra but could only create five water clones which took up at least twice the amount of energy. In fact making five of them was pushing Jin’s concentration to its limits. He just needed more practice, but he wouldn’t even be this far without his bloodline limit. The Sharingan was proving more and more useful the more he used it, he knew it could predict movements but it was like Jin could see what his opponents were going to do before they even did it. He walked a few dozen yards away from Rose so she wouldn’t get caught in the crossfire of his training.

Performing the water clone jutsu’s hand seals Jin focused his chakra on the nearby water sources around him; the droplets of water began to form perfect clones of himself equipped with all his equipment and weapons. This time instead of five clones emerging Jin decided to step it up a little, six clones stood around him waiting for their orders. Jin had no problem controlling the clones at first, they pretty had a mind of their own, but he realized the further they got away from him the harder it was to control them. So for his chakra’s sake Jin kept the water clones close to him, each one pulling out their own katana. Ok guys, only Taijutsu in this one. Jin thought to his bunshin, they all nodded in agreement and got into offensive stances holding their weapons in front of them.

Jin, instead of unsheathing his katana, whipped out his windmill shuriken and extended it to the shuriken’s full length. The four razor sharp blades sprouted from it’s circular grip with a sound of grinding metal, the weapon had been given to him by his now dead friend Tensai. Before Heki, Tensai, and him he had ran into the village and picked it up for him, he had lost his old one fighting Seido. Jin held the shuriken close to him over his face, half of it covered by one of the blades. The Sharingan appeared in his eyes after he opened them; the clones took this as the signal to begin.

Quickly using his chakra to spin the shuriken rapidly he caught the first clone’s weapon in the spinning blades; this parried the attack sending it harmlessly to his side while Jin pushed his spinning weapon into the clone’s upper body. The shuriken protruded from the Bunshin’s back still spinning as the clone fell apart in front of him. Another two clones jumped high into the air behind Jin, using his bloodline limit Jin predicted their movements and spun his blades through each clone’s gut just before they swung their blades downward. Still spinning on his heels he decapitated another clone who had gotten a step too close, it returned to water droplets as Jin stopped in a crouched position his shuriken still spinning quickly behind him.

The last clone held up his katana defiantly thinking he’d be able to stop Jin’s next attack. Rushing forward Jin released his shuriken which tore through the ground as the blades skimmed the grass, as expected the clone batted it aside leaving him completely open, spinning in the air Jin landed his right heel onto the bunshin’s cheek sending it spinning wildly into the opposite direction. It landed in a nearby tree then returned into normal water. After Jin landed he retrieved his demon shuriken, he inspected it, closed it, then returned it to the holster on his left forearm.

Seven clones charged at Jin, he was panting and sweat dripped from his forehead. Since it was around noon it was the hottest part of the day which wasn’t helping him any. After dispatching the six clones a few minutes before he had gotten cocky and made another extra clone, which was turning out to be a mistake. The Sharingan was still active in his eyes but he was exhausted, after nearly three hours of training and using the water clone jutsu at least six times he had about a third of his chakra left. He decided to stick with Taijutsu fearing he’d pass out if he used any more Ninjutsu so he had pulled out his katana and a kunai was gripped firmly in the other hand.

As the clones got closer Jin body flickered forward and slammed the hilt of his kunai into the first clone’s face, it was sent flying backwards into another clone behind it destroying them both. He then spun around slashing his katana to the right of him cutting another clone in half. After doing this he had left his left side exposed, a water bunshin lunged forward with its weapon aiming for his left side.

Luckily Jin had already predicted the attack and managed to avoid most of the blade, part of it still bit into his side leaving a deep gash just below his rib cage. He jumped away from the four clones and dispatched the one who had struck him with his kunai; this didn’t stop the others from lowering their weapons to eye level and charging after him. Jin’s sword dug into the ground stopping his backwards jump, and when he came to a stop he pushed off the blade’s hilt and ran straight at the bunshin ripping his sword from the dirt. He also held his weapon stretched out in front of him like his clones had, but instead of plowing into the clones he ducked under the closest katana and cut through the mid section of the leading clone.

His katana slicing through the bunshin like butter came to a stop when Jin swung it around slashing through the left bunshin’s shoulder blade. The last clone, just before it turned around, was stabbed through the back and skewered on Jin’s weapon. All the clones returned to water at the same time and Jin dropped his sword clutching the wound on his torso. The gash was bleeding freely now and needed medical attention immediately. He walked over to his pack and grabbed a package of medical tape. He used nearly all of it wrapping his body in it, the tape stopped the bleeding but he was sure he needed to head to the medical wing. Retrieving his sword Jin still held his side and entered the hotel heading for the medical station.

As Haiku and Rose separated for training Jin walked over to an empty part of the lake and decided to work on his water clone technique a little more. Still feeling a little weak from his and Haiku's spar Jin was going to try to keep the training light, he didn't want to hurt himself too badly before the exams. Stopping on a damp patch of grass just beside the lake Jin completed the hand seals for the water bunshin jutsu. Two clones formed from the lake in front of him and unstrapped their demon shuriken, as they spun their weapons on their hands Jin completed a short set of hand seals then inhaled waiting for the bunshin to make a move.

Both clones hurled their shuriken at him which he easily side stepped, as the shuriken embedded themselves into the trees behind Jin the Uchiha expelled two arrows from his mouth almost simultaneously. Each arrow spun through the air whistling as they tore through each clone's torso. The bunshin were tossed backwards and splashed into the lake then returned to normal lake water.

Haiku got up and stretched real quick and decided decided to practice more on his jutsu, because even though he had a long way to go, he had to finish this so he could use it in the Exams. It would be a major part of his so called "Magic Show". He didn't really have his audience like he did when he was home with his brother, but it didn't matter. He relaxed a little bit and then placed his hands together. He closed his eyes and focused on the move at had, sperating his mind from his body so he could really see invision the illusion much better. Then after invisioning it perfectly, he opened his eyes and made the handseals for the jutsu.

He put so much focus and imagination into it that he began the jutsu faster then he usally did. His body morphed into that dark gargolye like beast like before. He then yelled like some type of untamed beast as his snake like tongue swirled in his mouth and his sharp shark like teeth drooled of spit. Haiku let the wings on his back flap, but of course he couldn't really fly, it was just an illusion. This would be so great to use at the exams, to scare his oppenent away. He then did a little dance as a joke, one that he found funny. Of course it was, whats more funny then a dancing demoned, so he walked closer to the shore to dance for Rose

"Haha look at me, do I want to eat you and send you to hell for eturnity, or do I want to do a little dance for you, hahaha"

He was such a kid, playing around during training. He didn't care though, he was getting good at the technique. He let his tail whip side to side until he started to get tired of holding the illusion. His body slowly reshaped back to normal and brought Haiku's little show to an end. He then sat down at the shore next to Jin and watched Rose train some more. She was doing great, and he was happy to be on a team with such strong ninjas. He relaxed and leaned back on his arms.

Rose started up the Aqua Rotation, water swirling around her legs and bringing her up into the air. She then formed needles of wind and began to combine the two combos. She formed 5 more water clones to practice on, which was not much of a practice. Rose’s aim with the wind needles managed to hit two water clones in the head while she drop down and swirled her tornado around her and blasted the other three clones away.

After that, Rose followed up with the Repulse again and had the 3 water clones fall into a giant hole that sealed them in. After that was done, she went back to main training. She concentrated chakra and release her chakra footing on the water. Rose sunk into the lake. Where as a couple of tornado heads formed. They towered around the area and swirled up water. After that, a small hole on the middle of the lake formed and grew deeper. Then all the tornado heads smashed into the hole and caused a shockwave of effect.

This was the ‘Lunar Death’ Stage 1. There were much more stages, and the 1st one was still incomplete. Plus, there was suppose to be someone there to test it, but she didn’t have that much time. She sent a water clone to the hotel, before returning to training. The first few rounds were about to start, she would guess. She concentrated on her chakra source again and summoned up a tornado around her, swirling in a defensive power, unable to be seen inside she was…

After a little practice of this, the height now pretty much unlimited, she worked on the Lunar Death, Stage 1, again. She summoned up a water clone, and before the water clone could even move, Rose made a hole in the water under it. The clone could even get out as Rose summoned 3 more clones and that all stood at the corn and sent a tornado of water each at the 1 water clone, smashing the clone into water.

After all the water clones collapsed, Rose got her message from the one she had sent. She was going up against a Uchiha… She did care though, Chuunin exam is Chuunin Exam…

(I guess its not against the rules for me to keep trainin seeing how I somehow got left out of the exams, I don't even have a battle but I'm registered....I think Ren made a Typo)

Haiku didn't really pay any real attention to the clone that came from out of no where. He needed to focus all of his chakra on mastering this jutsu. He would do it and do it until he couldn't anymore. He sat back down and took a deep breath. He put his hands together as his chakra began to speed up. Then he closed his eyes for total focus, silencing everything around him. Then he began the handseals for the Spiritual Possession. The transformation began a little faster then expected. The fake chakra was put into affect, making a black, red, and purple color as if an untamed beast was releasing it's chakra into Haiku. His eyes turned red as his skin began to grow thick scales that seemed even longer then before, then his bones shifted in his body.

His thigh bones punctured from his skin turned into sharp sipkes as the scales began to cover them as well. His ribs burst from his back and spread into sharp wings, then covered in black scales to web the bones. Then his spine moved down pushing his tail bone and shaping it into a tail soon covered in black scales. Two horns grew from his forehead as more bones made there way out of his back turning into black spikes. His hair which was usaully braided soon broke free and grew about a foot longer while turning gray. Then his muscles began to enlarge and become more cut to give an image of brute strength. Finally his tail grew some spikes, and his symbol for the "pain" was tattoed on his chest. It was amazing, and it gave him confidence, hopefully this would be helpful in his battles during the exams.

He whipped his tail back and fourth and flapped his wings to practice making the illusion look more real. He knew if he was up against a Uchiha like Jin, he wouldn't be able to use this move sadly, and he would be left with his few ninjutsu moves, and taijutsu skills, which by the way weren't many either. As he sat in at the shore, cloaked in his illusion, he tried to convience himself that what he was doing was worth something. Of course a higher rank would bring in more money from better missions. He was here to win, but not the same reason as everyone else. He not only had himself to take care of, but he also had his little brother Teji to take care of. He thought of the face he would make when he told him he became a chunin. That would be such a great moment.

After about five minutes of being in this form, he released the jutsu and continued to watch the shore rise then float back into the ocean. It was a sight to see, this was definitly a nice and calm place to train. He closed his eyes and began to meditate some more, it would be helpful so he could do the move again without straining himself and using up all of his chakra during a training session. Of course there wouldn't be meditation in the battle field, but he could use chakra at a fast rate gathering up all he can give, and while that was good, it could make him careless. He wouldn't want to use his chakra so fast and not focus on how much he was using, that could be the end of the battle. For now he listened to the shore as he focused on his meditation.
