"Well, I was informed there were no casuallties, truly a savings grace." But he shook his head, a frown upon his lips. "But yes, I was sick and not myself. In fact, I've not yet been cleared to be so far from home, but as you know by now, I'm the former Sandaime of my village. I will not be told to follow such petty advice." The last bit was said rather indignantly. "My experiment is over and I shalt not do such a thing again."



"Considering both our standings, I assure you, it's a personal matter. You see, we simply had to repay you for your kindness. After all, you fed us and babysat a short while while I wasn't myself. Although, originally, not even I could have guessed you were someone of such standing. You could have done anything and faced absolutely no consequences."


A subtle shift in their demeanor occurred as a pouch was withdrawn from their back. It was opened to reveal a large quantity of nuts. In a far more gentle, not quite as regal tone, again they spoke, "I wanted to give you a sample of an incredibly rare item. You see... I am alchemist." He picked a single morsel up and held it in the palm of his open right hand. "This is a nut from a saddilia tree, found, picked at maximum ripeness and prepared by me so that it will not spoil. The legend has it that one can increase your stamina and chakra reserves a stage higher than your max for a day. The chance is low, but I've been lucky enough to increase mine 3 times, and permanently."

I'd quickly grab the nuts and pick them up. If not stopped I'd hold them up and examine them. "I can't let you just give me this for free. At least where I come from a gift of equal value is in order." I'd pull out another set of armor that I was working on since my last generation of equipment. "Here. See if this fits." I already knew it would, the armor was really modular so the size was adjustable. It would be an exact copy of what I normally wore into combat.  I'd pick up the nuts and sort through them and then teleport them to my vault. "I'm actually very ecstatic you brought these to me." I said with a warm feeling budding in my chest. Of course I knew what these were and the power this man had given me was now at my finger tips. I was truely appreciative.

There is an auto injector harness built into the armor allowing the quick injection of vials or potions through the armor system. The armor has an integrated tracker, audio bug and camera attached to the chest. It also has two holodisc slots capable or recording information and playing back information. This can be accessed through the users helmet or his pipboy.

Shiki didn't seem to deny being a kage, so the silence was taken of comfirmation. The pouch was given away freely, since the gift was readily accepted. Shiki seemed to understand the value. His quick hands suggest that perhaps... he may have even desired such an item. The genuine expression of his face told as much. When presented with armor, Gekkido examined it first of all. It was not simply armor. It was... much, much more. It seemed expertly crafted as well. He knew nothing of the skill it took to create, only that was was not something to simply pick off the shelf in a shop.

"I see. That is quite the suit of armor. It is unlike anything I've seen before. Did you make this yourself? If so, you're talented beyond the abilities of normal men." He'd since tried the suit on and to his surprise, it did fit quite well, no, perfectly. However, the feel of it seemed like it might be adaptable to the wearers form. Interesting indeed.

"I appreciate this gift as well. I will put it to good use and spread word. As I'd said before, this trip was personal. Even so, I'd appreciate if the Mist and the Sand could remain as not enemies. My ancestors originate from these lands and even this village. I'm sure I'll likely peruse the countryside in the future just for those reasons"

Maybe he had heard of his talents as a chef or a hunter considering the village would have info on his past being from the outside and all."I'll make sure to be here." But if the conversation was over he would take his leave.With his new mission it would be easy to stop his training and come drop by to talk to the Kazekage. He just hoped he wasn't in anyform of trouble or the likes.

Entering the tower after having been gone for a far longer time than he would have at first thought, he did not come back in order to speak to the leaders or let them know that he was back and where he had been. No. He had come back here for a single purpose, and that was to catch up on lost time and make up for his lack of interest in village affairs. In so doing, he had taken on a task which he considered to be quite honorable, to aid the hospital in any way that he could for an undetermined amount of time. Checking in just long enough to deliver a report of his first two days in the hospital, he left and went back home, preparing himself for the next shift.

Richard entered the kazekage's tower. A new kage had been installed since he was enrolled as a ninja trainee, but that was fine. As long as the new guy was okay with his predecessor's less-than-traditional decisions as regarded richard himself, he didn't really care who was in charge.

But now that he was considered officially a ninja, it was time to get paid. That meant jobs. A benefit of working for the ninjas, that offset the increased difficulty of engaging in his nomadic tendancies was the much more ready access to work.

And interestingly enough, there were a few easy missions that essentially incentivized improving overall performance. As good a place as any to start.

This mission is repeatable and can be taken on by one person, or up to a squad of four (one captain). This mission is repeatable, but one must first wait three real life days before they may take this mission again.

It took her a while before she could muster the courage to enter the kage's tower on her own. The building itself was huge and she was going to meet the most important person in the village. But she knew that if  she wanted to grow and change herself  she needed to do this on her own, and that was why she told nobody about this. Slowly walking in with the sword on her back, the young genin approached the guard and asked for a meeting with the kage. "Im here to talk to the kage  and request a mission from him" She tried to make herself sound as older as possible resulting in an almost comical voice. Regardless she waited for the guard to allow her in and then she entered the tower.

After she was pointed to the kage's office she knocked and entered. " Im here to request a mission sir!".

He guessed he might as well make sure he took his studies as seriously, since he was being paid and all.

After having her mission accepted Galadriel had been asigned to the defense of the wall  which she took very seriously. She would show up on time and do her duty as she was ordered. After her s hift was over she would wait for the other guards to show up in order to take her place after which she would immediatly head back to the kazekage towr in order to inform him of her progress. The moment  she stepped into his office she would tell about her assignment and await for the reward.

After that she would then ask if  she could repeat such duty five more times in order to properly learn how the gate duty worked exactly.

The receptionist paused for a while and listened to the boy mulling over his words. "I guess they didn't go over this part in the academy. If you want to request a mission outside the village you'd need to be accompanied by a chuunin or higher. You'd need to speak to get permission from the kazekage or have a chuunin sign you out. The kazekage is pretty careful with missions concerning the land of moon. I think they own property out that way..." She said her voice trailing off on some other errant thought.

"I've been thinking about buying out a little bit of property out that way myself." She said aloud more to herself than anything but clearly trying to peak the young ninjas thoughts on the matter.
