Far Shot
Rank: "C"
Skill: TaiJutsu/Supplementary
Effect: Farshot allows the user proficiency to the 2nd Range Increment with thrown weapons.
Special: ---
Drawback: Must Aim for 1 movement before throwing.
Description: Normally the user may only shoot proficiently within the weapon's 1st Range Increment. This technique allows the user to increase their range proficiency by giving them a 2nd Range Increment. Example: The Knife has a 1st Range increment of 10 meters. With this technique the user's 2nd Range increment for this weapon is 20 meters. This increases the user's mobility attack as well as the stationary attack allowing the user to throw at further distances without worrying too much about close combat.
Limit: Must be a Throwing Specialist. Must know Precise Shot.
Amira had been throwing for the past couple of hours. She believed that she was ready for what she truly wanted. She look at her target and wondered if she could do what she intended. She looked at the shadow that the target cast on the ground, then to the target itself. She picked up a two sealing tags off of the table of projectile objects that had been set before her. She then climbed up the statue that sat within the middle of courtyard. She placed her hands along the base and pulled herself up so that she could climb up the torso of the man for which the statue honored. She pulled herself up to stand on the tip of her toes at the head of the statue. She looked at her target, then back at the shadow it cast. She knew exactly what she wanted to do. She balanced herself as she tied the seals onto the looped bottom of the hilts. She leveled herself and prepared to spring into a back flip.
She launched herself into mid-air felling the sudden rush of falling. She relaxed her hastened breathing in order to find balance in the impending throw. She looked down at her target and threw one of the blades at the target, letting it spin so that it would have a more accurate path. She let out another breath as she rotated her body in mid air to look at Kesuma. She quickly pulled her her blade back into an under handed throw from her left hand. She would have to wait for the next rotation cycle before she could finish. She launched the blade at her sensei this time. She was about 20 meter away from where Kesuma was leaning against a wall. The blade hurled at the other target missed and hit the ground in front of it opposed to the target itself. Amira prepared herself for the next rotation for which she would finish her throw.
She felt the wind rush around her as she spun in mid-air. she was 7 meters from the ground at the point that Kesuma came into view. She moved her arm and released the blade, allowing it to hurl towards he sensei. Kesuma's face suddenly changed from stationary to shock. He quickly drew a kunai of his own and blocked the blade letting it stick in the ground right in front of him. She landed 1 meter away from the target allowing herself to roll into its shadow. She quickly preformed 16 hand seals which activated the shadow shiriken technique. Kesuma grumbled "what the hell was that for!" as he began to loss the ability to move. "What in the name of hell?!" he asked now fairly confused. "Gotcha..." she said with a sly smirk. She pulled the kunai out of the shadow covered ground an released the technique. "I think throwing will come in hand" she said as Kesuma began to move again. "never...do that...again" Kesuma said looking at Amira with a degree of scorn. "yeah, whatever sensei" she said rubbing the back of her head. "anyway, how did I do?" she asked Kesuma as she looked at her untouched target. "well you didn't hit the target." he said with a sigh. "Wasn't aiming for it" she said nonchalantly putting the blade back on the table. "anyway, what's next?" she asked looking up at her sensei.
