The tendrils are not very strong at all, in fact, they can barely rip through skin, but they can if concentrated hard enough on the technique. It must also be used simultaneously with Shadow Imitation Technique, so it is possible to split the shadow and use both jutsus at the same time. Each time learned, the user can create two more tendrils.

Amira was making lots of progress under Kesuma's supervision. Her tendrils were more likely to pierce when they hit than before. She had also gotten fairly use to the drain that using it in conjunction with the shadow imitation brought on. "ugh...Kesuma, this is such a pain." She whined as Kesuma had her attempt to produce fourth tendril. "No, you need to have the technique to it's full potential, or else you will be sorry sooner or later." He said sternly. "ugh, fine...your impossible you know." She said getting into position before four targets that Kesuma had set up before her. Amira thought about the technique and how she would preform it. She focused her chakra into her shadow preparing the hand seals. Her hands were lightning as she preformed the 18 hand seals that the technique mandated. She had gotten so use to doing the technique over the past month or so that she was becoming fairly familiar with the feel of the shadow sewing.

Amira focused the chakra into her shadow. Three fully dense tendrils sprouted out Amira shadow ready to go. She weaved them about getting comfortable with feel of moving her current three tendrils. They required a good deal of chakra to maintain all of them at the same time, but Amira felt very comfortable with how they moved about by this time. The strands were now fairly energized as they weaved about in front of Amira. She was now visualizing a fourth tendril sprouting from her shadow. The flow of chakra increased as Amira willed a fourth strand to grow from her shadow. The strand slowly grew out of her shadow in a very shaky fashion. It struggled to form it's needle like shape as she tried to get it to rise a bit higher than 30 centimeters. It slowly rose higher and higher until it was equal with the other three strands. Amira felt the sweat roll down her brow as she pushed herself to extend her fourth shadowy strand.

Amira prepared her four strands to strike the targets that Kesuma Sensei had prepared. She struck all at once. She fell the first strand strike the target, splitting it in two. The second strand hit its target piercing through it with a clean hole. The third hit the target with a similar effect to that of the second. The fourth stand however had trouble responding. It slowly lagged towards its target in a very jagged fashion. It worked its way to its target gradually trying to gain more force as it went along. The tendril jabbed the target with a little bit of force, but was nothing note worthy. After the tendril came into contact with target, it dispelled back into her shadow. The other three remained stronger than ever. Amira quickly released her technique and cursed "damn..."

Kesuma sighed "Its getting better, at least you hit the target with it this time." He said looking at the fourth target that remained in tact. "Well its hard maintaining three of those things as it is..." she said sitting on a crate which was close to where she was standing. "this training is such a pain Sensei..." she sighed laying back on the top of the crate. "I just wish it would go somewhere you know." she added not doing anything but rest. Kesuma walked over to his student and patted her head. "If only that were so, sometimes we have to do somethings we don't like" he said lighting a cigarette. Amira looked at her sensei in awe. She had not known that he smoked. she coughed a bit, trying not to let the smoke bother her. "anyway, I'm sure it will get there eventually." she said relaxing as her teacher smoked, leaning against the statue.

Training became more intensive over the next few days. Kesuma was having Amira train at later into the afternoon. Amira was overall opposed to doing more work. Kesuma lead Amira into the courtyard. His five dummies that he had set up towards the middle were sitting still on their wooden posts. "Are you serious...?" Amira sighed as Kesuma displayed his dummies with pride. "Now you need to hit all of these dummies at once, If you can do that today then suppers on me tonight." he said pointing at himself with his thumb. "Ugh...alright lets get to it." Amira said standing before her false opponents. She prepared the 18 hand seals in her head as she focused her chakra into her shadow. She preformed her hand seals which produced four solid shadow tendrils to protrude from her shadow. She focused on the fourth on the hardest. It always seemed to be the problem child as far as her shadow sewing. It seemed to be more relaxed the past few times she had used it. The tendril, to Amira's disbelief it felt more natural as she began to mover her shadowy appendage about. "sweet" she muttered as she prepared to strike her now more effective technique.

Amira focused her chakra into the tips of her tendrils. They began to feel like sewing needles that were designed as an extension of Amira's own body. They moved about weaving around Amira's shadow finding their own target to strike. Amira prepared to launch her tendrils towards the dummies. She struck out at the first, piercing the target right through its imaginary skull. The second target was struck straight in the chest, impaled by the tendril that struck it. The third was lifted off of its post and tossed a good 5 meters by the third tendril. Now was the moment of truth. Amira focused on using her fourth tendril. It met her will as if it were a well trained dog. The tendril struck the fourth target straight through were the temple of the skull was located. It passed through the fourth and impaled the fifth target as well. Amira panted with all of the energy using all four tendrils used up. One more she thought to herself as she prepared to release the technique. The sound of clanking glass was all Amira heard just as she was pulling her tendrils back to their source.

"Think fast!" Kesuma said quickly launching four plates in the air while launching a blade straight at Amira. Amira quickly responded. She sent three tendrils to strike the plates. Her other fourth tendril drew the kunai that was placed on the back of Amira's vest and got into its own rendition of the turtle stance. The Strand deflected the thrown blade just as the other three pierced their targets. Wait wasn't there a fourth plate Amira thought to herself as the plate now made its descent towards the ground. "Shit..." Amira cursed quietly as she pulled her armed tendril back into a modified throwing stance. She launched the blade and hoped that her blade would pierce the plate. She watched quietly as the blade flew to intercept the plate. The kunai hit the plate, but only caused it to refract into a different direction. The plate inevitably hit the ground and shattered. "Damn it" Amira said as the fatigue began to hit her. "so close..." she said as she released her shadow sewing. Kesuma walked over to her and patted her on the back. "That was pretty good, you reacted pretty well." smoke slowly rose from the tip of his cigarette as he spoke. "you know, I think its about time we went and got something to eat." he said looking at his destroyed targets and dummies. "yeah, whatever sensei" Amira said laughing a little bit as rubbed the sweat from her brow."

Amira had spent the past month perfecting how efficiently she could preform the shadow sewing. Kesuma was hard, but not impossible at this point. He believed that Amira was ready for a fifth tendril. The both entered the courtyard early that morning seeing as Kesuma was anxious to get Amira to the fifth tendril. She was so close. Kesuma looked at his student with a sense of understanding. "ready?" he asked putting his hand on Amira's shoulder. "yeah..." she said quietly getting into position. She got down on her knee preparing to preform the 18 hand seals. She focused her chakra into her shadow and preformed her hand seals. She watched with a small smile as the four shadowy tendrils rose out of her already existent shadow. They slowly began to rise up before her. She weaved them about her body, remembering the familiar feel of the tendrils she prepared herself mentally for the strain that producing the fifth tendril. "you can do this..." she muttered to herself trying to have confidence in her abilities as a Nara.

She focused her chakra into her shadow into another portion. The fifth tendril was, like the fourth, difficult to pull up out of the ground. The stress that always came when using the technique beyond her comfort zone hit her like a wave. sweat began to pour down her body as she forced the fifth tendril to slowly rise from her shadow. Its shaky existence shocked Amira. She had expected failure when it came to producing the fifth tendril. The past week had yielded nothing of value up to that point. Amira focused, trying to keep her new found tendril alive. Kesuma nodded with pride as his student began to reach her true potential. "not yet..." he muttered to himself quietly as Amira attempted to strike the dummy with her new tendril. The other four pierced the straw human shaped dummy. The new one however slapped it and crumbled back into Amira's shadow.

"damn" Amira cursed simply. Kesuma chuckled "not yet..." he muttered as he approached his student. "Amira, you need to focus and keep practicing." he said in his kind Kesuma way. Amira nodded "right." she said preforming her 18 hand seals again. She again was met with her four tendrils that were weaving about in a solid fashion. Amira again focused on summoning her fifth tendril. The strain was still pretty great as she attempted to make the tendril again. The sweat rolling down her forehead made Amira realize how much this technique actually took out of her. She focused her chakra into the fifth tendril, trying to equalize it. The tendril felt much more solid than last time. She struck the dummy with a more productive result. The strand struck the target with a decent amount of force. Nothing special, but the tendril did not breakdown as soon as it struck the target. It lagged about as it struggled to exist. It wanted to exist. Amira wanted it to exist. It stayed there with the other four for a few moments until it dispelled. Amira released her technique and looked at her sensei with fatigue. She sweated a bit as her sensei patted her on the back. "your so close, you will get there." he said with his usual encouraging smile. "yeah, yeah" Amira said not really interested in success as she was in the nap that she would be taking in a few hours.

The afternoon ran on as Amira continued to attempt to make her technique sustainable. The strain had been intense until the nap that Amira was now enjoying. The cool breeze rolled over her face as she slowly opened her eyes to Kesuma sitting over her. "you ready to get it this time?" he asked kindly. Amira yawned and got up "yeah, I'm ready" she said sitting up. She felt refreshed as she stood up ready to take on the fifth tendril. She stood up in her stance and preparing to preform the needed hand seals. The 18 hand seals took an instant to preform as the four solid tendrils formed up out of Amira's shadow. The fifth one also sprouted out of her shadow, but to a weaker degree. It was solid, but only barely. Amira weaved it about and prepared to strike her target. The shadow lashed out towards the target.

She struck the target with a decent amount of force, and her shadow remained in tact. She focused her chakra to the tip of the strand and thought about how she had used her other shadowy tendrils as needles. She focused on the pointed nature of the shadow sewing and attacked with all five tendrils at the same time. They all jutted out towards the target stabbing right through it. yes Amira thought as Kesuma pulled out the clay pigeons. "Pull!" he exclaimed as he launched five into the air. Amira's shadow quickly reacted. The five tendrils struck each clay disc methodically. Piercing them so that they shattered. Amira felt less stress than she normally as well. She was finally feeling the technique as it was suppose to be felt. She began to weave her tendrils about like an octopus. "yeah, this is pretty great." Amira said having her shadow sewing pick up an empty crate, tossing it across the yard. "Kesuma, I did it!" she said feeling some level of success. She released her technique and walked over to her teacher. "so I see we've made some progress" he said with a cocky smile. "so, ready to battle test it?" he said preforming a large number of hand seals to produce on clone made of solid earth.

"fight!" he exclaimed getting out of the way as the clone drew his long sword that had been sheathed in its scabbard. "what the...! Amira exclaimed as she drew to kunai blades to catch an incoming blow from the clone. She ducked under a wide horizontal slash which nearly hit Amira square in the head. She pounded the clone in the chest with a quick Chakura slam to send it flying back a good 10 meters. She quickly preformed the 18 hand seals to produce her shadow sewing just as the clone was coming back for more. Amira stabbed her shadow at Kesuma's clone who would duck and dodge his way through them. Amira analyzed his movements as he weaved his way around her shadowy tendrils. He had just used one of them to propel himself out of the way when Amira knew what she wanted to do. She struck out with her four tendrils, letting them miss as Kesuma's clone jumped upon one of them to charge at Amira. She screamed in false terror just as she willed her fifth tendril to impale the distracted clone right in the chest. She lifted him up to get the maximum effect. Then after he had returned to a pile of hard stones She relaxed a bit. "good." Kesuma said as Amira released the technique. "your learning how to apply it to battle, which is what I wanted you to do." he said with a smile. Kesuma had a special training set up for tomorrow. For that would be Amira true test of if she was worthy to wield the shadow sewing.

Amira could not find her teacher. She had waited for him like she normally did when they met for training. Amira sat on a crate and waited. An hour went by before he showed up. "hey Amira ready for some more serious..." he was cut off as a kunai found its way into Kesuma's back. He had a look of shock, and fell over right in before Amira. "what the hell!?" Amira exclaimed as six bandits walked into courtyard. "so...ready to pay the price now?" asked a skinny bandit who seemed familiar. Shit they were the exact same bandits that had attempted to steal their money about a month ago. She began to analyze everything for the inevitable battle. The four bandits besides the large bulky one carried long swords, while the skinny fellow still carried his knife and from the size of his pocket she guessed he had stashed a few exploding tags in there along with his one kunai. The bulky fellow seemed to have gotten an upgrade, his armor and great sword were very fitting for his size. Amira could think of only one thing to say. "so boys, looks like you missed me." she said sly smiling.

She quickly preformed the 18 hand seals required for her shadow sewing technique. Five tendrils shot up just as the six converge on her. Her tendrils were merciless. The four unarmored bandits didn't stand a chance as they were quickly run through the side by Amira's shadowy tendrils. The armored fellow was the biggest issue. All she could do to keep him at bay was to push him back as far as she could. She tried and tried to pierce his armor, but to no effect. He smiled just as he was about to cleave downward onto Amira's head. Amira's tendrils quickly crawled up her enemies body. Holding his arm in place Amira was able to quickly send he shadow imitation at the skinny fellow who was looting Kesuma's body. Their shadows connected just as she began to over take the armored fellow. Her thin tendrils began to crawl into the chinks in the heavy full body armor. They quickly pierced right though his softy body, leaving a slimy brown residue as a result. Amira was throughly pissed off. She released her shadow sewing and began to approach the skinny band for whom she had just captured. She looked at the much taller man as he matched her hand seals that again summoned her shadow sewing with a distance of about a meter between them. "who are you?" he asked quietly in defeat. "your worst nightmare." Amira said as she jammed her shadowy tendrils into the man's throat. "thats for Kesuma sensei!!" she yelled repeatedly stabbing the man's throat with her five tendrils. Ooze began to flow from his throat as he dispelled into a puddle of mud.

She had not realized that all of these bandits had been mud clones. She looked over at her fallen teacher who was now just a pile of rocks. She released her techniques and sighed with relief. "seriously?" she asked as Kesuma walked out from one of the side streets. "yes seriously." he said with a proud smile. "you have become more powerful than I had expected. Your a smart little girl" he said with a smirk. Amira laughed a bit as she fell to her knees with fatigue. She had used up quite a bit of chakra during that mock battle. She reclined back on the soft sand as Kesuma began to smoke a cigarette. "you are finally worthy of the title Nara" he said with a smirk. "maybe we can make you a chuunin one day." he said sitting down next to his already napping student. "You're always napping" he said resting his arms on his knees as he sat. "always napping" he repeated quietly as he enjoyed the slight blow of the desert wind on his old bearded face. Amira's snores were all he could hear.

A couple of weeks passed before Amira met with Kesuma. He had not shown up at her house to train with her since she had preformed her Shadow sewing. She began to grow board waiting in her yard with nothing to do. Then Kesuma appeared standing perfectly balanced on the wall. "Morning ready to get started?" he asked looking down at his pupil. "yeah...Whatever" she said climbing up to where her sensei was sitting agile on the wall. "alright today we are ready to work on what I specialize in." he said, proud of his mastery of the divine reflexes. That was why Etsu had originally asked Kesuma to be her teacher after all. Kesuma began to get up and run on top of the roofs adjacent to those of Amira's house. "come on slow poke, or I'll leave ya behind." he said running in an odd fashion.

Amira clumsily ran after he sensei trying to match him as he flipped and twisted his way across the roof tops. "what is all this" she said as she stumbled and almost fell off of the roof. "we are trying to get you to be more agile, you know so you don't die" he said doing a front flip over some piping along one of the roofs. Amira watched how Kesuma moved and prepared to mimic it. She put her right hand on her hip and her left was now extended forward. She dashed quickly and began to feel the rush of running. She flipped over a small gap in between two buildings and landed with a roll. She followed Kesuma to the best of her ability. She was still new to this whole free running across roof tops thing after all. She rolled over a pipe and returned to her stance. She quickly moved around a metal flag pole for which almost nailed her in the face. She was getting to be much better at using the stance to gain quick and agile speed. She finally caught up to Kesuma when they reached their courtyard. "now the real training begins." he said jumping down off of the roof, landing with a quick and effortless tumble.

Silence was an important trait for a ninja to have. At least it was according to Kesuma. Kesuma was having Amira sneak about in the middle of the night, to try and intensify how quietly she could move. Amira stood in her room waiting for midnight. Her father had just gone to bed himself as Amira opened up her window. She slowly pulled herself out so that she could grab onto the roof. Amira pulled herself up and looked across at the roof tops that were adjacent to that of her homes. She sprinted quickly on the points of her toes to muffle her movement as much as possible. She applied the cat stance while doing so which gave her a wide range of motion. She vaulted over to the next roof top tumbling agilely back into a sprint. She vaulted over some piping and continued to hop to the next roof. She loved the freedom that running about like this gave her. She was about to courtyard when she noticed the clones she had been expecting. "ha what a joke" She said observing her created foes.

Amira noticed two hiding the side streets, and two others patrolling towards the center. She slowly slid down into the ally hiding in the shadows quietly as one of the clones passed by her. She tried to apply all that Kesuma had taught her in the past week. She quietly drew her kunai that was placed inside of her back slot. She put it in her right hand, preparing to take down one of the two that stood only a few feet away from where Amira hid. He was obviously trying to observe the shadows, but the sound of her silent feet went unnoticed to Kesuma's clones. She slowly looked at the back of the now searching clone. She sprung up with her toes and jabbed her kunai right through the clones throat. It quickly dispelled into soft mud. The other clone took no notice of Amira's silent assassination of it's brother. It stood watch towards the interior. Amira converted her cat stance to a quick trowing stance, and threw her kunai right at the other clones head. Again she hit her mark quietly, the clone crumbled to the ground with a muddy thunk.

Amira quickly retrieved her blade and began to follow the shadow the buildings that surrounded the statue in the center. She remained silent as she moved about avoiding the shadows extend til she noticed her new target. The scroll set at the foot of statue would be what Kesuma wanted her to capture this time round. She moved quickly trying to avoid the notice of the two towards the interior. She swiftly used the cover of night to shift herself to the base of the statue. She used her toes to propel herself forward without making too much sound. She quickly rolled behind the statue and looked for her scroll. She saw it just before her, She was about to grab it when Kesuma came up behind her and tapped her shoulder. "Ahhhh!" Amira said in genuine shock. "gotcha" he said laughing in his jovial fashion. "good job, Amira" he said as his student finally decided to calm down. She sat down and sighed "sensei..."

Kesuma was actually quite the beast. He was quicker than anyone she had ever met in her life, and he was excellent with his long sword as well as his knives. He had been trying to instill techniques into Amira's head that would come in handy when fighting someone who has the advantage of range with any sort of sword against Amira's kunai. "Kesuma, training on such a beautiful day...Come on" Amira whined as she pulled her two kunai out of her vests back slot. She got into the cat stance and prepared herself to attack her sensei. She applied the silent feet technique in the fact how she moved. She stood on the tips of her toes and quickly glided towards Kesuma. Kesuma quickly slashed at Amira from the side. She quickly responded by raising her right kunai to meet to blade. She continued to slide along the blade aiming a kick towards Kesuma's chest. He caught her foot and easily tossed the light weight Amira. "what was that?" He said recomposing himself. He stabbed his sword into the ground and used it to lean on. "you need to get a hold of the weapon, Amira" he said getting back into his stance.

Amira again charged at Kesuma. "whatever" she said not really interested in the fight between her and Kesuma. She kept her right arm extended as she ran, which gave her a decent amount of options in terms of preparing a block. She quickly slashed at Kesuma from the side. He deflected it with his blade with ease. He prepared a powerful jab towards Amira's torso. She quickly altered her stance to the side, dodging the blow. Instead she used her right blade to slide down the length of the 3 foot long blade. Sparks flew as Kesuma's body moved closer to her as the momentum of his jab forced him to advance. Amira used her left blade on the other side of Kesuma's sword to act as a locking mechanism. Amira had a decent amount of control over Kesuma's sword which is exactly what the technique required. Kesuma smirked and kicked Amira right in the chest, which she had not expected. "wha...!" she exclaimed as her sensei nailed her in the torso with a well aimed kick.

"Not quite there yet are we?" he asked putting his sword in his scabbard. "you might want to use my sword to your advantage next time." he said with a degree of seriousness. "you need to at least disarm me...give yourself a little advantage." his words were more out of concern than scorn. He patted her head with his quick smile. "you will need to move about more if you want to avoid getting thrown or kicked by the way." he added with a laugh. "ugh...your telling me." Amira said sitting down and taking in all that her teacher had just said. She wasn't quite sure how she would do it, but she had an idea of what she would try next.

Amira quickly got up and looked at her sensei. She got back into the cat stance and prepared to charge at her teacher again. She moved at him in a zig-zag pattern. This gave her greater mobility as to where she would attack her teacher. She swiped her blades at him to where they connected in a clash. Amira ducked under his blade and allowed it to pass over her head after the blades contacted. She prepared herself for the jabbing motion that was sure to come. Kesuma jabbed his blade at Amira. This time however she was more prepared. She slid down the blade with her left blade this time using her right as the lock. When the kick came Amira used the blade as a balance for which to roll herself over. She jumped and let her weight fall til she was on the other side of the blade. Using the now open Kesuma she kicked him in the side with a decent amount of force, which failed to faze the expert warrior. He slowly lowered his blade. "good show, we will keep working on this concept after lunch." he said going over to the converted crate that held their assorted sandwich meats and bread.

Limit: Must learn from a Master of Meimei Undoushinkei (Divine Reflexes) Style. Must know Cat’s Horns: Silent Feet.

Lunch had been pretty satisfying. Amira felt refreshed and ready to go again. She looked across the yard at her sensei who was now rolling his neck and preparing himself. "alright, lets get to it" he said pulling his sword from its scabbard. Amira pulled out her two kunai for which she had stashed in the back slot of her vest. "alright, whatever you say Kesuma" she said getting into the cat stance. She stood on the points of her toes and began to move towards Kesuma quickly. She felt light as air as she was closing the 10 meter distance. She watched his upper body which would indicated his sword strikes. She was now within range of Kesuma's sword which meant she would need to prepare her right arm to block his soon to be incoming blade. His weight shifted in his torso with a pulling back motion which indicated that he was going to be swiping his blade straight across. Amira lowered her blade to about her hip so that her blade would meet Kesuma's. The bladed clashed with a little display of sparks. Amira quickly continued to use her forward momentum to slide along the blade her own blade. She felt the warm sparks that riding the blade created. She placed her left blade on the other side of the blade to lock it in, so that it could not be moved about. Amira had him right where she wanted him

Kesuma did exactly as she had expected. Again he tried to kick Amira away from himself while struggling to pull his own blade free. He quickly stretched his leg out to form a well developed kick aimed at Amira's chest. She quickly shifted her weight to her left foot using it to propel herself over Kesuma's blade. She used the blade as a balancing pole for which to rotate over. She landed agilely on the other side of the blade while still holding on to it tightly Amira shifted her body mass as she landed, twisting her arms in a jerking fashion. She attempted to disarm Kesuma which to her disbelief actually came to pass. The long sword was pulled right out of Kesuma's hands at an extremely odd angle. She tossed it to the side, where it flew about 7 meters away. It landed on the ground with a loud clank which resonated around the courtyard. "gotcha now" she said charging at her teacher with both of her arms pulled back for a strike.

Kesuma was fairly agile for a 56 year old man. He jumped right over Amira as her blades struck nothing but air. He jabbed her right in the back sending her straight to the ground. "not today grass hopper" he said laughing. "good attempt." he added walking over to his sword and pulling it off the ground. He dusted it off and placed it back in its scabbard. He then sat down on a crate only a little distance away. He sat there and light a cigarette while Amira just laid there on the ground. She felt the cool sand on her face, and the breeze on her back as she laid there. She sighed and slowly began to drift of into a nap. She was asleep in a moment. "ugh, its always naps with this kid." Kesuma said shaking his head.

Amira sat with her sensei and looked at the makeshift table laid before her. Kesuma had placed an assortment of exploding tags, kunai, arrows, and other assorted weapons before her. "were going to be increasing your range Amira." he said puffing smoke out of his mouth as he threw is cigarette on the ground. "so lets get to it." he said taking one of the kunai knives from the table and launching it across the courtyard, where it met its mark at the center of the target. "your turn." he said nodding his head towards the table so that Amira could pick out the weapon of her choice. She automatically reached for the familiar kunai which she knew she could throw with some accuracy. She stood about 20 meters away from the target and focused in on her target. She could slightly make out the small ringed target. He really expects me to hit that? she asked herself as she got into the stance. She pulled her blade back by her ear into an over handed throw. She zoomed in, and prepared to make the throw. She steadied her breathing and tensed her muscles ever so slightly.

She released the blade with a quick throw giving it a little spin so that it might find its mark more accurately. She watched as the blade flew out towards the target. Slowly she sighed noticing that the path of the blade would not meet where she had intended. It did hit the target which was a relief to say the least. The only issue was that it hit one the outer ring. It was not exactly as Amira had hoped, but she had hit the target. "not bad." Kesuma said as Amira picked up a pair of kunai from the table. She got back into her stance and pulled her right blade back into an over handed throw, and the other into an under handed down by her right hip. She again relaxed her breathing and focused on the target. She centered in on the target and launched the blades both at the target. She twisted her blades for a bit of spin which would help them with accuracy. She watched as the blades followed their path more precisely. They landed with a tiny wooden thunk. They protruded from for the targets middle rings, each on the other side of the target. Amira smiled seeing that she had hit the target from so far away. "now if only I could do it on the move..." she said laughing a little bit. She yawned as she picked up one more blade from the table.

She got into her stance with her feet positioned at a 90 degree angle she pulled the blade back in her right hand up by her left hip. She prepared the under handed throw which would hopefully give her enough momentum. She held the single kunai by the tip of the blade, her fingers caressed the point with care. She pulled her arm forward, releasing just as the blade was square with the target. the blade flew at the target with a slight whistle as it broke the wind around it. The blade smacked the target dead in the center. This was what Amira had hoped for. This meant that she could begin to work on throwing on the move, and at different angles. She smiled at Kesuma who continued to look at the target. "Your definitely doing better than I thought you would." he said scratching the back of his neck. "yeah...but throwing is such a pain." she said leaning against the table lazily. She was proud of her actions, but dreaded the work they required. Laziness was something she couldn't help but feel. She was a Nara after all.
