Curse of Pain Eternal
Rank: "A"
Skill: GenJutsu
Effect: This is a terrible and powerful Jutsu that strips the ability to heal damage.
Special: "Handseals"
Drawback: ---
Description: Affects 1 living creature. The user is able to perform this technique at a distance of 7 meters plus 6 meters per class level. The duration of this technique lasts for 50 minutes per class level. This technique may be negated. To enact this potent chakra, the user simply points at the intended victim after performing the needed handseals. Once hit, the victim can no longer heal wounds, either naturally or by Chakra methods; the wounds simply never close. Wounds do not continue to bleed, become infected, or cause additional damage over time. Poison, disease, infection from other wounds, ability damage, and drug addiction can be cured normally. Removing this Jutsu is possible with a Break Enchantment, and Dispel GenJutsu.
Limit: Must know the Enchantment Perception.

Kaius existed in silence, slumped on a sandstone wall, in a street almost void of civilians. The teen stood and blankly stared ahead as people passed by one after the other, though in his mind they were all absent, because as usual he was lost in thought; about a genjutsu he hadn't got the hang of yet. If it were just his lack of experience with the technique he wouldn't mind it as much though this was not the only thing that troubled the mind of this shinobi, this made clearly apparent as he raised his hand from his pocket for the world and himself to examine.
As he raised his hand he could feel the warmth of his own crimson life essence escape his wounds, oozing from all the tiny puncture wounds he had made on his hand earlier. They all collected together to form a single droplet in the sands below his feet. In some way Kaius had managed to take the effect of wounds never healing from this jutsu, evident by the fact his injuries hadn't even began to clot, though the bleeding effect still remained. Yes, this was his curse, and it was slowly killing him.
Though he was not to be bled dry one drop at a time, as this was his own chakra, he still had perfect control over it. This was simply a matter of trying to find out how this new genjutsu of his worked. He could always dispel it if he liked, though that would leave a foul taste in his mouth. The pain was also a grim reminder to keep himself focused despite whatever he may be doing. Speaking of which he had been expecting company for awhile now. The teen looked to his left, then his right.
There was only one person he knew who Kaius would be expected to wait for, Ryota. Though Kaius could never imagine the taller shinobi to seek him out, rather than the other way around. They had been summoned to train together by the higher ups, the same people who had also assigned them as partners. It was a compulsory thing, meant to strengthen there teamwork... or something like that. They couldn't have picked a worse time to force it upon them though.
He had other stuff to do, Kaius tried to remind himself as his wounds demanded his attention. For the time being he decided to focus on just that, so the little punctures in his skin could begin to heal already. For someone so adept in taijutsu, he was also gifted with great chakra control, the teen reminded and assured himself as he focused on the chakra he had cast the genjutsu with. Preventing wounds from healing was one thing, preventing them from bleeding was another.
So far he understood why these were different. To his understanding, or rather his assumption, it was enough to send chakra to an opponents brain with a command along the lines of 'stop healing' to prevent someone from healing. The brain would simply shut down any healing processes. Or at least this is what he figured; he did not know the exact science behind it. This would prevent the victim from being healed, the first stage of the technique.
Then there was the second stage of understanding the technique, his injuries reminded him. So far he had already attempted fueling the technique with more chakra though this seemed to have no effect, meaning the effect he desired would come from chakra control rather than simply using more power. To be expected from a genjutsu, the use of more energy is a trait found more frequently in ninjutsu. Though sometimes he wished genjutsu could be just that simple.
