Mission 1:
After having gained approval for the mission request he made, Ulyanin was quick to venture out and sight-see the village and go to the stores to see if anything fascinating were present; of course, he would also make sure that no baddies were there to give the people of the Hidden Cloud Village the sobs and the fears, as the fluffy-headed little weirdo thought of it. The cheerful wool head did not like meanies or bullies and wanted to make the village a safer place for him to snuggle in a pile of birds, and for children to play without being harmed. Being the ever curious little guy, Ulyanin was very observant to each detail that was deemed fascinating or worth a silly investigation; right off the bat, he found a commotion at a place that specialized in making tasty foreign treats called "pastries", with the apparently hefty perpetrator was running as fast as his weight allowed him. Trying to come up with a way to recover the boxes of stolen sweets without having them get damage, Ulyanin came up with an idea on how to save the food-napped treats by casting his Distracting Pattern genjustsu.
As the rather stout trouble maker became distracted, it seemed like he was placing the boxes of pastries on the ground to pursue whatever it was he was seeing. In any case, Ulyanin seized the chance to rescue the scrumptious morsels and return them to their rightful owner, but not before tying the ne'er-do-well up with a clothes line; with the owner greeting him as he gave the pastries back, Ulyanin's fluffy head was given patting and a pastry as a reward for his hard work. As the childlike person ventured onwards, he heard an angered voice shouting as authorities came. "I would have gotten away with it too, if it wasn't for that meddling kid", which came from the pudgy villain as he was released from the genjutsu before adding in greater exclamation, "you will know my vengeance twerp, I'll pay you back or my name isn't Smitty Werbenjagermanjensen". As this was happening, the ever happy wool head continued on his merry way as he continued exploring the village; the odd fellow hoped that there wasn't all too much trouble happening today for him to try an solve, but he was rather optimistic that he could fix things considering his childlike mentality.
Waddling along as he peeked around stores, alleys, and a few other places where things of interest could hide, Ulyanin was clapping in his usual enthusiastic manner when he saw things that fascinated him; much like the little red ant that was among the black ants, or how ramen noodles were made by the cook in his usual sou stall, or even how that weasel-looking fellow was behind a young girl and was reaching for her purse. Thinking they were playing a ball game, the eager little guy was going to take out his club to act as a hitting stick, but his marbles slipped out of his cloak pockets and were rolling as they hit the ground; as the thief tried to make off with the young girl's bag in the wake of her screaming, the hasty baddie ended up greeting the sky as he slipped and was in the air for a moment before crashing back down on painfully solid earth. The worried Ulyanin was scratching his fluff-covered head, thinking that he had hurt someone and did something wrong, when the young girl came forward and reclaimed her purse; what she had said next cheered him right up, "Oh, thank you so much for stopping that cretin from making off with my things", she began as she smiled warmly at the accidental hero, "if you hadn't stopped that thief, I wouldn't have been able to work here legally, and I would had to return to my home village".
As a reward, the grateful young girl had given Ulyanin a piece of candy and a hug, which made the fluffy-headed little guy clap cheerfully as he suckled on the fruity gob of sweetness; continuing onward in his silly excursion and apparent village patrol, the childlike person was hobbling and took in many of the sights and sounds from left to right and back. Much of the patrol that Ulyanin had to do was to make one or two revolution around the same areas that he had first gone through, considering as he had yet to cover one-eighth of the village's perimeter, he still had a lot to cover before making a second revolution; what was to come next would be a rather unsavory neighborhood that had many good people who were down on their luck, but it was nonetheless a place that had to be looked over for the sake of those who lived there. As was the case, Ulyanin proceeded into the neighborhood as though it were like any other, with the characteristic exuberance that the sheep-of-a-boy was known for; however, there were still some in the Hidden Cloud Village who were still carried a sense of wariness in terms for immigrants, even if such immigrants were as childlike and fluffy as this particular bushy head.
