[/i] is how the movement system works in the first place, as the majority of the site seems to believe my view on the movement system is the correct one and use it themselves. It should be, it is the better version for obvious reasons. I have even seen the version I explained used in many other combat situations. I am aware the movements aren't set to exactly .57 of a second and are just guidelines, but this is also irrelevant in my situation. Anyway I won't delve into how ridiculous their version is.

If you have an issue with battle moderation itself then it should simply have been brought to head staff.

On the issue of the movement system the battle moderator is absolutely correct. All movements can be used in a single second. Movements do not equate to speed. Hand seals per round don't divide to movements. And defense does not take movements.

I am not entirely sure what you want of this thread. Would you like head staff to go in an lay down a decision?
